Fast and got order right line was long but got through really fast well spoken lady that took my money.

Every time I come in here either there's no cashier and/or they are complaining because no one wants to do the register. I stood up front waiting for someone to acknowledge me for over 15-20 mins for a doordash that should have been ready before I even arrived. I thought tilgman rd & nanticoke rd was the bad McDonalds in this area, but this one is definitely trailing right behind with them. One of the male managers is extremely rude & unprofessional, he'll make orders & just leave them sitting on the counter & wont hand them over to the customer or dashers. Everyone there seems like its gonna kill them to even smile or act somewhat happy. Also they will press that the doordash order is ready wayyy before it even is ready to help theirs timers. All staff is completely unprofessional & it's ridiculous. There was a young man though that I will speak up for, he was running the food outside to the cars that were in the drive thru, but he didnt know how to run the register either. But he actually would acknowledge me & grab my order for me since the manager back there wants it to just sit there & let it get cold. Thats the only employee here that I believe deserves recognition. They definitely should train him to do register though because he's got amazing customer service compared to the rest of the staff here. read more

I don't know who just took my order but the woman sounded like she had an attitude and I suggest she fixes it before she's rude to the wrong person. Live about 30 seconds from this location and have 4 kiddos so we frequently stop by this McDonalds. Typically I do mobile order and pull in a spot to pick up. Always pretty quick service. Order received is right about 95% of the time, it's been awhile since we've been missing something. And the staff that comes out with the order is friendly. read more

Never put tea bag in bag end up with hot water , then when advised they treat you like you want something free, manager is completely rude with little or no respect for their customers, We live in Delmar and I'd rather travel 100 miles than to ever go back to that disaster again read more

Around noon, the "Manager" who refuses to give her name or wear a name tag, harassed my little sister into tears. She lied about how the Mickey Ds App is to be used - as we've been going here for months without an issue cropping up over the app at least - lied about the staff working in the building, lied about our order going through, and refused to issue a refund. She was verbally abusive to myself and my sister when she had to get me for help, and only relented after several minutes where she revealed our order WAS there and had been waiting long enough to totally melt. I was most offended by the employee who told me that the ice cream machine is not working after I told him about I wanted was a free ice cream cone with a coupon I have. With his greedy smile, he doesn't have the guts and balls to fix the machine earlier ago. This store doesn't even deserve one star. Employees don't care about the food they serve. They ruin orders no matter how simple they are. Food is always cold, old and unfit for anyone to eat. Fries are soggy and cold. Don't estate your time or money at this store. Drive the extra 2 or 3 miles to chik fil a or somewhere else. The best thing this store can do is fire their employees and start over. If another fast food restaurant came to Delmar, everyone at this McDonalds would be out of a job. read more

If I could give this McDonald's a zero I would. it was the worst experience I ever had at a McDonald's ever... I ordered online and paid threw app to pick up threw drive threw the manager claims my order was voided, by an employees mistake but on my app it said was able to pick it up. this service is horrific and the manager know abso nothing. now I supposedly have to wait weeks to get my money back for a mistake from incompetence and lack of knowledg. i will never but from here again please do not waste your time or money. read more

The employees were all rude except the nice lady who took my order. Ordered cheese burger happy meal w chocolate milk and medium free no salt. Pulled up to the window to get my order happy meal with ketchup, girl ignored my request for ketchup and kept saying pull forward. I stated to her can my daughter get some ketchup and napkins please. She responded with an attitude. handing 3 ketchup. Since I ordered fries too, I said can I get more than 3. She responded nasty and handed 3 more. Then she said pull forward. I stated once again can I get napkins. She stated pull forward and stated to her you can't give me napkins, because my daughter had already started eating her happy meal. Then with an attitude she handed the napkins. She told me pull forward again, I stated why. She said because it your fries are not ready, I asked how long will it be because I had somewhere to be. She said 2 min. I said I can wait 2 min here, she rudely stated again with an attitude pull forward. I said please give me my money back for a refund, then she said pull forward after taking my card. The mean woman at the window said she ain't pulling forward without her card. I said I had my information stolen after being separated from their debit card. Then the head of crew nicely came to window and said we can bring out to you, because you have to sign a receipt. I told her thank you so much for explaining that to me. The mean employee looked at me with an attitude. Then out comes another employee with the receipt for me to sign. I asked what do I sign it with, she stated nastly a pen. I said where is it, she turned around and went and got a pen for me to sign the receipt. I have never had horrible service at this location before until today. This is disgusting to treat good customers like they are disposable. I will not be returning and letting all my family and friends know about this poor service at this location. I am going to cancel my card because I am concerned the mean employees could have wrote down my card information while I was waiting outside. A customer should never be out of eyesight view of their debit card. Also, I learned never to eat from angry hands. If they already mad fixing my food, how can I trust them to bring my food out without doing something to it when I am out of sight. It McDonald's so it has cheap food. I usually stop here to pick up happy meals for my girls but everytime they forget something in the order. Usually go thru the drive thru. Last week ordered 2 happy meals and 10pc nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. Got home no sauce in the bag frustrating. This week I knew to look for the sauce and once again no sauce, had to ask for it along with my drink. Asked about my kids chocolate milk was told in the bag looked in the bag no milk. When we got home realized no fries in the happy meals. If you are going to stop here better off going inside or checking off every item that you order before you pull away read more
