Horrible. I placed a mobile order leaving the grocery store because I noticed that the drive through was empty. I had to wait at the speaker for anyone to take my order. At the window, I was told I'd need to wait another 2 minutes and instructed to pull ahead. It took 6 minutes to get my order: 1 QP Deluxe. When the order finally came out, it came out with the order of the person behind me in line. That means that delivery of my mobile order was delayed until the order of the person me was complete. It's McDonald's - not too much more to say, is there? Well, ok, I'll say something. Same ol' run-of-the-mill food and service that you'd get at any other McD's. Actually, the service is hit or miss, but in the end, I'm not there for a friendly conversation! Plenty of parking. Updated dining area. Double drive-thru. I don't go to McDonald's except for a diet coke or ice tea because nothing is even remotely good for you anymore. I don't like getting the receipt and used to be asked if I wanted it; now they just shove it at you. I tried to hand it back to the kid at the window, and he told me they don't take outside garbage and slammed the window on me. I had a few expletives I said to myself in the car drove around the corner, got out of the car, and threw it away. This is by no means the first time I have experienced bad behavior from the employees at this location. I talked to some friends, and they said they no longer go to McDonald's anymore. read more

I'm not one to usually write a review about a McDonald's, but here we are. I am just so thoroughly impressed with a how wonderful the service was and how genuinely sweet the employees were and it be how quickly I got my food they were at least five people in front of me in line and we all got out within 30 to 40 seconds in the entire line of the meal process. Things have changed for the better at the Delano McDonald's. We used to hit up the drive thru on a rare occasion but definitely steered clear of the inside as it was less than appealing in many ways. Not the case anymore! After a daycare field trip, we stopped in for lunch with 2 teenagers and 5 children ages 4 and under. I ordered for everyone and the cashier reworked the order into meals and such for cost savings for me! While eating, she came by to see how everything was and then stopped by one more time to give all the kids a couple stickers each. The kids were thrilled and my teen daughters even commented how crazy different it was in there. It was very clean and the staff was very attentive. read more

Horrible! Stopped in here early morning to grab breakfast for my mom and I. Employees are seriously lacking good customer service skills. First, the card reader in the drive-thru wasn't working, then it did, and my card kept getting declined (in spite of the fact that I successfully used it at the gas station afterwards)... had to cancel my order and go inside. Once again, declined. Changed my order and paid with cash. Got home and realized they only gave us one hashbrown instead of the two ordered, and the one we did get is stale as all hell. Trying to call and let them know this, but no one is answering... though they may just be busy with a rush. Otherwise, VERY disappointed with the service received here today. Stop by McDonalds tonight around 8:40 for an ice cream cone and water. After waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes I was told that the ice cream machine is broke. So apparently no one communicated to drive through person otherwise the could have told me before I ordered. Anyways the offer 3 cookies instead, my daughter said no so I asked for my money back. They called Manager to come to window, she slams open window, asked how I paid, I replied cash. She goes to till gets my money and comes back slams open window again, throws the money at me, slams window shut and walks away. My change it the ground, u say in drive through, no one can to window until I honked. Different lady came to window, but could not speak English. This Manager needs to fired for her actions. The cashier was rude and had an attitude when ordering. When I gave cash to hand them they slammed the change back on the counter and didn't even hand it back to me. 2 weeks in a row they screwed up our order. The first time they left out the french fries. Then we had an order for a southwest chicken saled with ranch, we confirmed it on the ticket, and they screwed it up. I do not recommend spending a dime at this location as it seems to be run by a bunch of high school children. I called and asked for the manager and all I got were reassurances that they would re-train. Well, what good does that do my family?
