The service at this McDonald's is horrible. Today I ordered two Blue Raspberry icees and a McDouble. I waited a while in line because the vehicle at the second window had a large order. When I pulled up my tree was ready and I pulled forward to check it and saw that it had a glob of mayonnaise on it. I turned around and parked to take the burger back in to be replaced. There was a young man ordering in front of me and a man ordering from a digital screen. The girl asked me could she help me at the counter and I told her what happened and she also saw the glob of mayonnaise on the burger. She took the burger to the back and asked for it to be replaced. I then hear someone say "It's just Mayo what's the issue?" So I respond and say "Does a McDouble come with Mayo? Because I didn't ask for it, you can just give me my money back at this point." The girl comes back with a new burger in a new bag and gives it to me and I checked the new McDouble at the counter. It looked fine however I called in to speak to the manager about the verbal exchange over my burger having mayonnaise on it and how I felt it was very unprofessional and unpleasant to hear. She responded with "Well did you get the burger" I then asked her was she the on that I heard saying "It's just Mayo" and she hung up on me. I called back and asked what was the general managers name and she said "Nikki" . I asked was there a last initial and she said "no". I should have not of had to have such rude service over something that was on a crew members glove. Went inside to get coffee and waited just to be told they didn't have any made that it was after 12 after sanding there for 5 mins while they just stood around . They have nice food but sometimes it's very slow and when me and my folks ordered chicken from there sometimes it would be cold or there would be very chewy weird disgusting pieces of raw meat inside of the chicken so we stopped getting chicken from there but otherwise the rest of the food is pretty good very nice shakes but it gets a little unusual at night so I would recommend going during the day and NOT getting chicken read more

Me and my husband decided to go to this mcdonalds to get dinner since it was so hot 90+ degrees outside. We had our 8 1/2 month son with us we waited in line for over 20 minutes waited at the speaker for over 5 minutes we order an artisan grilled sandwich combo meal a mcchicken and a cheeseburger and instead of the woman telling us over the intercom that it was going to take 10 minutes for our order to be ready so we just left. This is not the first time this has happened last time we went my husband was in line for a half an hour and had to wait another half hour for the order to be completed. A time before that we had went and got 3 bacon mcdoubles 3 mcchickens and they only gave me two bacon mcdoubles along with an attitude.
