Was in Transit thru Dallas Airport to Calgary, Alberta Canada. Bought meal ,at this Terminal D location ID 31310, Merchant 506695, Receipt Order No 479 at this location which included large Tea with cream n sugar. My flight gate was 20D n i am senior citizen. Picked up food trusting all was good n walked back to my flight gate. Surprizingly when checked Tea container there was NO TEA BAG inside or in the meal bag. Did not have energy to walk back and claim but lived without tea bag sipping on hot water instead. Bizare experience. Hope this does not get repeated, specially with another Senior Citizen.

This was the closest food choice to our gate where our flight was leaving. Hubby had to eat something as they give you only a cookie on the flight. I go to the counter and order two cheese burgers. Asked if I can pay by cash and they method of payment was accepted. After I ordered I noticed self ordering screens. Personally note a fan and was thankful a live person took my order. Truthfully during Covid why would I want to touch a germs screen? It wasn't like there was a sanitizer nearby? Before you could even blink my number was called I showed my receipt and left. I brought the burgers on the plane to eat. I am sorry to the other passengers as you know McDonald's has a wonderful aroma all their own. The burgers were as expected no issues there. Thankful the location was close to our gate.

It's McDonald's breakfast! Got a biscuit with egg and a Dr Pepper. Total time spent to order and get food: 3.5 minutes. They were busy too.

It's your typical over priced Mc in the airport. My bacon egg & cheese was super dry but it will get me through to my destination today. U were forced to use the kiosk to make your order because of Covid but it didn't give me a good feeling on how often they were cleaning the screens ‍

very disappointing dining experience at McDonald's at Terminal B of DFW airport. Ordered my favorite filet O fish and chickens nugget meals both are not fresh and dry. The fires look dull and no longer crispy outside. Even more strange, I found my Diet Coke full of ice with very few Coke, so I talked to the staff who responded lukewarm and had no intention to refill it... so I give up arguing with this particular McDonald's. Don't come it only ruins your love to McDonald's.

We got chicken nuggets and fries and they came out quickly and fresh! Wish the fries were better salted but otherwise a good airport meal.

Rude staff, never say thank you and I always do and am friendly. Rarely give the sauces you ask for or the wrong ones.

Yesterday at the airport I made sure to order it custom and it came out great. I would choose Whataburger over Burger King any day. I try not to eat fast food too often, but this place doesn't cause me much issues in moderation, nor did I have issues after on my flight.

    - Whataburger at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport…read more After finding very limited breakfast options at the airport lounge, I walked over to Whataburger because I had missed the chance to try it during my previous trip to Texas. Coming from California, I have access to plenty of good burgers, but Whataburger had been talked up enough that I was curious to finally give it a try. The service was not particularly welcoming. I stood at the counter looking at the menu and waited for the employee to acknowledge me or ask whether I was ready to order. Instead, she looked away and did not say anything. When I stepped closer to the counter, she finally asked, "Do you want something?" Since it was around 6:00 a.m., I asked whether they were only serving breakfast or if the regular menu was also available. She told me they were serving everything, so I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. My food came out in about 10 minutes. The burger and fries were fine, but nothing about them really stood out to me. The service was also fairly middle-of-the-road overall--neither especially good nor terrible. One frustrating issue was the table. It looked normal, but it was extremely wobbly. A small movement caused my drink to tip over and spill, and I had to get a refill. Based on how unstable the table was, it seems unlikely that I was the first customer to encounter the problem. Overall, Whataburger was okay. I would not go out of my way or find myself craving it, but if someone handed me one of their burgers, I would still eat it.

The chicken pho, however does not require much. The stock, noodles and broth were already pre-made. I waited about 20 minutes and asked him what was going on. He said sorry let me get right on it. He then proceeds to scald himself on the hot broth. Clearly lacking prioritization and multi-tasking skills. I cant blame him entirely though. This is a management problem and shortly after 3 more employees showed up to help out. I definitely did not tip and the guy was adjusting the tip jar trying to guilt trip me into throwing a few dollars in for his mediocre service. Uncle roger would not approve of this place for pho. They used glass noodles and only provided lime slices as garnish. Nothing else: hoisin, sriacha, bean sprouts, a little jalapeño didn't kill anyone. For $17 after tax in dfw, it's a sad day here.

Portillo's is typically a hit or miss with us here…read more Depending on what you get will actually determine how you like the food. We always get the [Jumbo] Hot dog, which is not as big as you'd expect, but it's tasty. We enjoyed eating the Jumbo Chili Cheese Dog, Char-Grilled Maxwell Street Polish Sausage, and the Char-Grilled Polish Sausage. These are all the hot dogs we typically order. We're not fans of the Italian Beef Sandwich nor the Big Beef Sandwich; they typically have a lot of gravy in them. The Char-Grilled Italian Sausage Sandwich wasn't worth it. If you side the gravy and don't add peppers (an extra charge), you'd literally just get the bread and the sausage. The fries and onion rings are usually mediocre, but it's good served as a meal. On the other hand, the staff has always been kind, both in-house and drive-thru. The place has never been too crowded.

It was one of those places you just kept going back to because the food was consistently great and it felt like a true Chicago institution. So when Portillo's finally came to Texas, I was thrilled. Let's start with the star of the show...the Italian Beef with hot peppers. It's incredible. Order it dipped and you will be in food heaven. And if you really want the ultimate Chicago move, make it a combo by adding the Maxwell Street sausage. That combination is absolute perfection. Messy, bold, and ridiculously good. Of course, the Chicago-style hot dogs are outstanding too. Just make sure you order it the right way and "drag it through the garden." That means the full lineup of toppings, just like they do in Chicago. It's the real deal. The sides are fantastic as well. The crinkle-cut fries are always solid, and the onion rings are super crispy and addictive. If you're trying to behave a little, the chopped salad is my wife's favorite. It's fresh, loaded with flavor, and honestly one of the best salads you'll get anywhere. And here's the surprise for people who haven't tried it...the hamburger is fantastic. Big, meaty, juicy, and full of flavor. I'll say it plainly. It's better than just about any fast-food or fast-casual burger out there. Bottom line...Portillo's isn't just another restaurant. It's a Chicago legend that delivers every single time. I'm glad Texas finally got the memo.
