I'd give ZERO stars if I could ! The night shift crew F*CKING SUCKS A** ! they could care less about how long you wait , they give people orders out of ORDER , and they don't even care if you get waited on/place a order at all. Manager is unprofessional as f*k , he doesn't care he'll make a drink in your face and go dip outside when you're still waiting on your drink/order. I didn't have a big order at all it was literally 3 drinks and it took 30+ minutes , which was half assed .. and the girl that made the drinks came around in the lobby up to the table i was sitting at and complained that having to make me and my company's three drinks was "ghetto," you can't make ts up. At this point , fire everybody and get a whole new crew. They deserve the exact attitudes and service they give out. Ambience is decent , they're loud and busy worrying about if everyone can see them; instead of actually being productive and having a certain standard when it comes to their JOBS. For starters filet o fish alway's has tarter sauce, must be optional. The customer service is not what McDonald's would appreciate saying you gonna have a long wait we are working on a large take out order for doordash. Awful experience everytime I have been. It really seems like whoever is in the kitchen reads the tickets & does the exact opposite of what is on it. 2 horrible experiences in less than 3 week. First experience I mobile ordered so they even had a heads up. I get there & go to the second speaker & someone says "Please hold". I wait & wait & wait while I see three other cars in the other lane place their order & be told to pull forward. I finally just pull forward because I have already ordered & paid, I just needed the food. I get to the window & a wonderful women named Tameka (forgive me if it's wrong) helps me & is so nice. She asks me to pull forward to wait for the order so I do. 14 minutes goes by & she brings out 2 bags of food & 4 drinks. She asks if we had 2 fish sandwiches, a 40 piece nugget & a happy meal with 4 drinks. We did not. She apologized & says she will have our food made now. Another 26 minutes goes by & still nothing happens while I watch multiple people in the drive thru receive their food & go. I finally go inside & another wonderful lady helps me & goes to bag my food immediately after. The entire trip in total was 55 minutes which is absurd considering I mobile ordered. In the second experience I ordered a Big Mac with no lettuce & no pickles. Tell me how & why I received a Big Mac with NO MAC SAUCE, add tomatoes, extra pickles, extra lettuce & no onions???? I just genuinely cannot fathom the stupidity in this establishment. read more

The milkshake machine is always out of order and they seem to have no desire to fix it ever. It's been this way for years and I don't see why regional franchise managers don't do anything about it. I gave them a one star because they don't appear to make any effort to keep their shake machine in working order. I personally think they don't want to fix it so they won't have to clean it daily. read more

I just got home from the McDonalds in Covington, TN on Highway 51 ... with no food. I ordered a simple order - 2 apple pies. Paid and pulled up to pick up window. Was told it would be 12 minutes for the pies to cook. Not in a huge hurry, so I said I would wait. They said pull up to 3rd "wait" window. I did. I waited and waited and waited. 12 minutes, 15 minutes, 20, finally at the 30 minute mark, I went inside. Stood there unacknowledged for another 6-7 minutes. Then told the lady (after I had to flag someone down and say "excuse me, excuse me, could someone help me please?") and said since there were still no pies to please just give me a refund. She said okay and walked away and went back to filling orders. So I waited and waited some more. Went to register and told the young man the situation. He hollered over to the same lady that I needed a refund. She said, "I know, just a minute." She FINALLY came over, after another 5 minutes, and gave me my $2.51 back no apology, no explanation, no nothing. What a pitiful waste of my time and what lousy customer service. There were at least 10 people working back there, but it was a total clusterf#%*! We wont be back anytime soon. read more

Terrible service. They have gotten my order wrong multiple times and the most recent order took 20 minutes to come out and it would have been longer if one of the employees hadn't came out and walked by us as they were handing someone else's mobile order that got there after us. Never going back again. I'd rather drive all the way to atoka than go to this store that is only 10 minutes away. And you can't even review them on google reviews. read more

I just left McDonald's and I have to say, the managers don't respect patrons health and safety when it comes to giving out the right order. They gave my order to a customer in front of me in the car line. I saw the guy rummaging through my order for a while, then he gave them the sack back. They asked me to pull up. The manager brought me that same order I do believe because she was bringing it out before I could run in the building and walk up to the counter. I don't trust them from now on. That manager need to be fired from the looks of these reviews. I will not be going back to McDonald's in Covington TN. read more

McDonald's in Covington is sooo pathetic!!! Place our order they have my husband pull up and wait for fries.. 15 min later they bring out the bags and inside is 1 single French fry not a 2 full orders of fries but 1 single lonely cold fry about a inch long!!!! Wtf.... ooo and asked to add Mac sauce to my burger they put so much on there it literally covered the whole burger inside and out oozing out the wrapper... yeah and they wonder why they have 2 stars. read more

We stopped here on our way to Reelfoot Lake for breakfast. Have to say we've been to better ones. I ordered two egg, bacon and cheese biscuits which were fine. My granddaughter, who is a vegetarian, ordered the same but, specifically told the order taker to make sure there was no bacon on the biscuits. We got our order and sat down and sure enough there was bacon on both of hers. Of course we went back up and got replacements but, gee wiz how can you screw up biscuits like that??? read more

Ok I've been to a few pretty poorly run and managed Fast food places over the years - really some ones were I thought wow - how is this place still open . But this McDonald's locations has now risen to the top - as the most pitiful fast food location I've ever been to in the entire world . Seriously not kidding. To start, When you entry the place it smells as if the toilets had overflowed or a grease trap had been left open. That should have been my point of just leaving but I foolishly continued to place my order. - which literally was comprised of 1 French fry order and 2 drinks. We watched in amazement like a silent picture - in slow motion of 5 to 7 people just moving about in Brownian motion - just randomly killing about until the order was complete - and not even correctly - when I told the clerk that's not how an iced coffee usually comes - I got the typical attitude of an employee that either hates her life, her customer or her job or a combination of the three. I had to wait 6 minutes for them to to take my order, by that time it was 10:32 and they told me they were no longer serving breakfast, I would have been alright with this had I not heard the car at the other speaker pull up and start placing a breakfast order which they accepted. I thought they were supposed to serve breakfast until 11:00 anyway. read more

We went through the drive-thru to order a kids meal for my 4 year old, a boy who loves to have fries, apples, AND go-gurt with his meal. I am always happy to pay the extra .50 so he can have all three, especially since at once point he wouldn't touch fries wearing gloves, yet this is the ONLY McDonald's in the mid-south area that will not do it. They've done it, but told me that next time they wouldn't do it because they aren't allowed, and they were a bit rude about it when they told me. I was surprised because we've been to several different McDonald's from Covington to Bartlett and Cordova, and all of them will give us the extra side with no problems. Sometimes I am charged for it, sometimes not, but the point is that this is the only McDonald's that will not honor that. I tried substituting the go-gurt for the fries since my son didn't like fries, and they wouldn't even do that. So my question is, if it's there for a side option, why should a child be forced to eat fries if he will only let them go to waste? Why shouldn't he be allowed to choose what he will actually happily eat? This store should take that into consideration in the future, because we won't be back due to our experience in the drive-thru. Customer Service was not impressive. read more
