Like all of us, have been to many McDonald's locations & this is hands down one of the better ones around. There is ample and clean space to sit inside. Noticed a play area for the kids also which looked clean. Don't see many of those anymore these days. The staff albeit young, are respectful and I personally have not had any issues with customer service. The seating area & the kids play-land looked clean. And of course there is a drive thru, which can be really packed at times but it moves quickly. I have never got my order messed up here, although I do make sure every time to double check before leaving the lot. The food is always hot and never tasted stale. Dinging a star as whenever I have gone to the restroom to wash hands, it seems to always be a mess, at least on the mens side. read more

I'm so deeply offended. I went to McDonald's today for a breakfast sandwich. I was greeted rudely after ordering the first sandwich she assumed I was done and instead of asking me she told me to see her at the first window we told her we weren't done ordering and then ordered my next sandwich I was going to order a drink but then told me my total and rushed me to the window. I got home ready to eat my sandwich and my sausage wasn't on there only the egg. Had the WORST customer service and came across the rudest worker in my life last night. I was with 5 other girls in an Uber at night after the bar (yes we were having fun). We were in the drive thru giving our orders, which took a second because there were 7 of us total (yes we were wanting to buy our Uber driver McDonalds) ... but the worker was so rude and so impatient and said he was cancelling our order. We went to the window and apologized but the worker just stared us down and said he cancelled our order. This guy had a huge power complex and needs to chill. You work at McDonalds. For a McDonald's this place was 100% in my book. I stopped by on my way to skiing for a quick breakfast. Food was hot and fresh, service was very fast, and management is great. A lot of the staff seem very young but the manager is constantly praising and communicating with her staff to ensure they provide the best service. Store is extremely clean too. Just remodeled (rebuilt?). The new indoor playground is nice, well-kept, and clean. Enough tables for parents to sit and watch/eat while the kids play. Nice place to take the kids to get some energy out in the winter. There were probably about a dozen kids running around and it didn't feel too packed. Staff are nice. They brought the food to our table. They did make a mistake on our cheeseburger order (no onions/pickles) but they were willing to make a new one for no additional charge. I don't think this place can ever get a order correct!! The remodel is nice but it has went downhill. Before it seemed like they cared about customers. Now there are machines to order your food which is good but they can't even fill the order correct! They have 5 parking spots to send you to because they are so slow! I do enjoy having to wash my own table, go up and ask for silverware, and finally go up and ask where my sauce is for nuggets. I get this must be confusing to have me place the order, pay clean the table. And then have you mess up my order!! With 5 kids this is a massive problem! I went to get my thank you meal for being a healthcare worker and they denied me because I asked the girl to wear gloves due to the fact that people work with sick people and the manager refused to serve me told me I had to leave . Food is consistently good. Staff seems to be more focused on speed than anything else, but aren't usually rude. Only real problem is that they consistently mess up my orders for a double quarter pounder. It may have been kind of messy inside before the construction. If you were at the pop station all anyone had to do is help keep it clean when your kids are getting pop by themselves - saw quite a few doing this and spilling.
