I went this morning I ordered a Sausage egg cheese McGriddle comb with no egg upgrade the drink to a medium frappe extra ice extra caramel the guy said you have to purchase everything individually it can't be purchased in a combo like that wow! Okay I order it all the time but whatever!! So I felt like eating a Big Mac and I remember that they had a 2 for $5 special going on. I called just to make sure the special was still on and the young lady on the phone said yes. I pull up to the drive-thru and ordered the 2 for 5. The young lady politely says that special is no longer offered. I explained to her that I just called and a young lady said yes, I even looked at my cell to verify the phone # that I dialed. She said yes that's the correct # but that special is not offered. Not wanting to argue because I know what happens behind the grill! I order Big Mac meal, no onions (I HATE onions) with a regular Ice tea (not sweetened). This McDonald's is two faced. In the day the employees are so polite and fast with my food. At night they are sloooooow my fries come out cold they always forget my napkins! Employees look sad to be there. Some even mad. I have a family of 6 so I guess you'd say I have big orders so they park me. Ok cool whatever. But after FIFTH-TEEN minutes of waiting I'm like ok. Hello do you remember me? I see they haven't even started my order! So again I wait 10 minutes and get my order. You may think this was just a one time thing right? Nope. Went through the drive thru for my nephew and niece, ordered a couple of burgers and the sides. When we got home, of course our order was wrong, missing burgers.. call and asked for the manager, and was told I was talking to the manager, every thing I said, she just repeated like a parrot. Well...I went here even though they have a bunch of fatty food, I was trying to be good and get an egg white delight mcmuffin. We went through the drive through and I start to check my order before we leave because McDonald's is infamous for getting orders wrong. They gave me a greasy regular mcmuffin wrapped with egg white delight in top. One of the worst locations. Always forgetting items or giving the wrong order, interior is disgusting, customers piling up in the dining area waiting for simple orders that take 10+min to make. You try to make a complaint call & either nobody answers or the line is busy for hours. I've made several complaints to corporate on different incidents over the years, but they don't really fix the problem, they just offer free food to attempt to appease the customer. Also if you try to order a McFlurry or shake after 8pm, you might get "Our machine is broken," and that's actually a lie. I had my son's birthday party yesterday and it was really great. The experience I had from getting information about the party and everything else was explained really well. The manager on duty, Brenda, was being very helpful. During the party, the host did a really good job, from setting up, doing the games, singing birthday song up to the cleaning up part. The same manager, Brenda even cleaned up the trashes. Kids enjoyed the gym/play area, the goodies, the meals, the prizes, the sundaes. The moms and dads enjoyed it as well, especially they allowed us to bring our homemade food. Overall, both kids and parents had a great time. For me, it's the easiest way to celebrate my son's bday, affordable and I don't have to decorate/set up and clean up. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to do their kids bday party there. read more

When I came to McDonald's this evening the ice cream was grainy so I asked for a refund. A specific woman come to process the refund. She told me park & wait. When she was telling me she was yelling very loudly & it was hurting my ears. I asked her to speak more softly. She refused to do so stating that she was sick & she needed to talk that way so that people could hear her. LOL I could hear her and that's why I asked her to tone it down. She got very angry and kept yelling. I asked her her name & she refused to give it to me. So I went inside to take her picture. The photo you see is the back of her. She decided that she would call the police for unknown reasons. I'm sitting here outside of the McDonald's dictating this assessment. I never get great service here but today they went above and beyond to give me the worst service they could. Mistakes were made when taken my order, I couldn't tell cuz their screen wasn't working. When I get my food I realize I'm missing the side of bacon. Then I realize they put it in the sandwich which I never asked for. When I ask him to fix the problem the guy takes my receipt and gives me a dollar back... huh? Did I miss something? I want what I ordered, the bacon side. Finally another crew member brings it to me. Without incident I would have gave this location maybe 3 to 4 stars because it has a playground but after bringing my 3 kids and 2 nephew's for lunch and play on the way out we decided to get dessert. We ordered three Oreo mcflurries, one m&m mcflurry, and two ice cream cones. I stood by counter since I didn't anticipate it being long while kids refilled their drinks and sat patiently. A lady behind me ordered one Oreo mcflurry and a chocolate Sunday and decided to wait by counter as well. The gentleman behind the counter was making my order and asked the lady if she wanted one Oreo three m&m and I tried to tell him it was my order and was other way around, the lady reiterated her order and continued to stand there at this point there is one Oreo and one m&m when the guy turned around and started to make another m&m once again I was trying to tell him when the lady behind me started to interrupt again and took the oreo mcflurry on the counter. At this point I'm confused and what I'm assuming is some sort of leader Marcy comes in while he places second m&m one on counter. I try and get his attention but Marcy assures me she'll fix it but then confirms with lady behind me that she wanted a fudge sundae as well, to which she says yes so I stand patiently as she gets the lady behind me order first. So Marcy makes the rest of the order and up to this point my kids have all been waiting patiently they made some friends on the little play structure so I'm thinking they can offer the extra m&m flurry to one of them or perhaps even the little boy in line now. So Marcy gets my 3 Oreos, one m&m, 2 cones and guess what?! After waiting now for over 10 minutes, person behind me getting served first, and five patient kids waiting?? Chucks the extra m&m in trash!! I honestly can't believe it so I ask just to make sure "umm you know the lady you served first was behind me right?" Marcy"yeah... She had a smaller order so?" Me still confused "yeah I just wasn't sure didn't see why you'd throw away a perfectly good mcflurry instead of just offering it to me as I waited patiently here after my order was incorrect" Marcy with immense attitude " well it's correct now and you were rude to my employee!" I'm in complete shock and so is said employee she is referring to, he corrects her and tells her no I got it mixed up. I agree with him and tell her I was only trying to tell him when the other lady kept butting in, I even apologized to him turning away feeling like a piece of crap to the five patient children who have been waiting to realize this isn't cool! I go back to Marcy to try and just figure out what happened and again she can't be bothered so I ask for a refund which she is completely on board with. I don't know what kind of management would rather have so much waste than listen to a customer or God forbid give a free mcflurry to. I went to this McDonald's and decided to order inside the dinning room due to the high volume of vehicles in the drive-thru. The only attentive employee there was a senior citizen employee by the name of Rachel. I placed my order and waited 20 minutes for a 20 piece nugget and 2 large fries. As i sat in the dinning room observing the employees, I noticed a supervisor older female just stand around doing nothing to get the orders out. I'd give this place a 5 Star Only for Elizabeth she is so attentive!!! She deserves to be treated better there with more respect. The reason this place is so spotless is because of Elizabeth. She is a multi tasking while she cleans she has here ears and eyes on everything making sure each customer is being heard for every single one of they're needs. She should work somewhere that she can get tipped she would make the money she deserves elsewhere. The 3stars are going to this place because Elizabeth works there and the managers there can't multi task, they are so ignorant asking Elizabeth to clean more here and there when she does more than enough.
