No matter how long or short the line is, big or small my order is they will ALWAYS have you pull up to the stop sign. And then you're waiting there for another 5 minutes. It's frustrating and sometimes I get it when it's busy but it starts to get a little ridiculous when you're the only one in line. read more

Very good service everyone's so polite, fast food workers need a lot more respect. PS I saw through the drive thru window such a handsome young man in a Chargers jacket last night! read more

I would have gave it but they wrapped my burger with the paper inside out & my smoothie was half full. I've had a bad experience in the past here it's stepped up just needs a little more focus read more

It's called a drive thru not a order and park and wait. Horrible service , super slow

Less than a star! I come to this McDonalds all the time! The last 3 times I've went, they've forgotten multiple items from my order. Then I when I go back, they don't believe me. I have no reason to go back for my missing items that "are not missing" ... I just ordered on Postmates & guess what? They forgot an item!!! I will no longer be going to this McDonalds! read more

Decent food and service and I'm happy with the way they do things here.

Their card reader didn't work and I had to spend 30 mins in car drive line until they told me they can only accept cash. However I didn't have cash so I spent all that time waiting for nothing read more

Horrible service!!!!! Lazy as fuck! Every time I come here there's always an issue. And they act like it's a big deal to go back to look at the receipt! Then they don't let you know ahead of time late they only except cash so I was stuck in line for 30 min for nothing because I had to go get cash! Just shitty service read more

So I felt like eating a Big Mac and I remember that they had a 2 for $5 special going on. I called just to make sure the special was still on and the young lady on the phone said yes. I pull up to the drive-thru and ordered the 2 for 5. The young lady politely says that special is no longer offered. I explained to her that I just called and a young lady said yes, I even looked at my cell to verify the phone # that I dialed. She said yes that's the correct # but that special is not offered. Not wanting to argue because I know what happens behind the grill! I order Big Mac meal, no onions (I HATE onions) with a regular Ice tea (not sweetened). I get home take one sip of my tea and its Sweet! I take one bite and I get a mouthful of Onions!!! WTH McDonalds! It was a simple order and I asked for nothing extravagant! Get your Stories straight and your orders correct! I'm taking my business to another local burger place! read more

Horrible service. They forgot to give me my mango smoothie the first time around the drive thru so I had to come back after I was already nearly home. Sammy the manager should have better customer service as manager. I asked if I could get fresh fries since mine had already gotten cold since I had to drive back because of THEIR mistake and he said No. Seriously you can't give me fresh fries?! I wasted time and money having to drive back. I didn't even get an I'm sorry for the inconvenience. NEVER COMING BACK read more

Sweetest girl at the counter very helpful and nice. Liked this place very well. Will come back when I'm in this area. read more

McDonald's - Nice location quick and ease onabd off the freeway - Fast Food Near Me - Colton, California

This McDonald's is two faced. In the day the employees are so polite and fast with my food. At night they are sloooooow my fries come out cold they always forget my napkins! Employees look sad to be there. Some even mad. I have a family of 6 so I guess you'd say I have big orders so they park me. Ok cool whatever. But after FIFTH-TEEN minutes of waiting I'm like ok. Hello do you remember me? I see they haven't even started my order! So again I wait 10 minutes and get my order. You may think this was just a one time thing right? Nope. Every single time I get parked. I've come to the point now that if they say park I'll just go inside and wait for it myself. It's faster. Remember these things when you come here. 1. Check and make sure they gave you sauce for your nuggets. 2. If they park you be prepared to wait 3. Check your whole entire order:-) oh and ask for fresh fries! read more

Went through the drive thru for my nephew and niece, ordered a couple of burgers and the sides. When we got home, of course our order was wrong, missing burgers.. call and asked for the manager, and was told I was talking to the manager, every thing I said, she just repeated like a parrot. Wanted me to go back, I was already upset so I just stayed in. I was more upset with the managers response then the missing burgers. read more

Well...I went here even though they have a bunch of fatty food, I was trying to be good and get an egg white delight mcmuffin. We went through the drive through and I start to check my order before we leave because McDonald's is infamous for getting orders wrong. They gave me a greasy regular mcmuffin wrapped with egg white delight in top. Not that I didn't want that greasy guilty pleasure...I resisted temptation, pulled over and my husband went inside to correct the order. Can you ever get anything right McDonald's?? Otherwise cheap tasty food #governmentplottokilluswithfood read more

Worst McDonald's ever! I went this morning I ordered a Sausage egg cheese McGriddle comb with no egg upgrade the drink to a medium frappe extra ice extra caramel the guy said you have to purchase everything individually it can't be purchased in a combo like that wow! Okay I order it all the time but whatever!! I get my frappe it's watery definitely doesn't have extra ice but I was in a hurry so I didn't make a big deal I get to work and my hash brown is not in the bag and the sausage cheese McGriddle taste like it's been staged for half an hour. I call the location to speak with a MANAGER and I get a smart ass team leader that is very argumentative and when I ask for her name cause I'm gonna call corporate she hangs up I will not be visiting this location and giving them anymore of my money read more

One of the worst locations. Always forgetting items or giving the wrong order, interior is disgusting, customers piling up in the dining area waiting for simple orders that take 10+min to make. You try to make a complaint call & either nobody answers or the line is busy for hours. I've made several complaints to corporate on different incidents over the years, but they don't really fix the problem, they just offer free food to attempt to appease the customer. Also if you try to order a McFlurry or shake after 8pm, you might get "Our machine is broken," and that's actually a lie. That's code for saying "We just cleaned the machine and don't want to make any more tonight." read more

Dam bread was old on our filet of fish , iced coffee was water down stale water taste like crap.

Less than a star is more appropriate... they're ice cream machine is always broken The workers always always mess up your order If you go in the drive through don't leave without checking the food Fries are always stale and old This is by far the worse McDonald's Sometimes out of no where they won't take ATM and do cash only Slow drive through The worse.. the worse... the worse... the worse... the worse Go to any other fast food place around here avoid this place My biggest question is I wondder if corporate knows their drive through times are all a lie. There has never been a time I go in the drive through and don't have to park ahead and have them bring my food only to have forgotten any sauce I asked for. read more

They made me park when all I ordered was a breakfast sandwich. And also they ran out of ketchup. Terrible.

Butter for my hotcakes were frozen and no napkins available, nor was it given to me with my meal. And hot coffee is $2 now!?

The lady at the window couldn't do basic math that my 6 year old nephew could do. Gave the lady 10.31 because my total was 4.31, she gave me back 1$ i told her she was wrong, she took it back, gave me back 5$, ma'am 10-4 is 6$ not 5. maybe mcdonald's should test their employees more on basic 1st grade math. Please check your change because people there can't subtract 1 from 2 (: read more

Horrible attitude at drive way, he seems mad at life, don't know why he working grave if he gonna have a attitude.....

If you would like to wait because the staff here move slow and have nothing but excuses, then help yourself, I already decided to do better since places like this McDonald's forgot why they're even in business. But to remind the staff, " You wouldn't have a job if us customers didn't buy the food", so keep up the trash service and see how long you'll be needed. read more

This spot is great for a quick breakfast before work. I've been periodically coming here on-and-off for the past year and a half and most of the time I get my order quickly. As far as the quality of the food itself, well . . . It's McDonald's. read more

I had my son's birthday party yesterday and it was really great. The experience I had from getting information about the party and everything else was explained really well. The manager on duty, Brenda, was being very helpful. During the party, the host did a really good job, from setting up, doing the games, singing birthday song up to the cleaning up part. The same manager, Brenda even cleaned up the trashes. Kids enjoyed the gym/play area, the goodies, the meals, the prizes, the sundaes. The moms and dads enjoyed it as well, especially they allowed us to bring our homemade food. Overall, both kids and parents had a great time. For me, it's the easiest way to celebrate my son's bday, affordable and I don't have to decorate/set up and clean up. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to do their kids bday party there. read more

When I came to McDonald's this evening the ice cream was grainy so I asked for a refund. A specific woman come to process the refund. She told me park & wait. When she was telling me she was yelling very loudly & it was hurting my ears. I asked her to speak more softly. She refused to do so stating that she was sick & she needed to talk that way so that people could hear her. LOL I could hear her and that's why I asked her to tone it down. She got very angry and kept yelling. I asked her her name & she refused to give it to me. So I went inside to take her picture. The photo you see is the back of her. She decided that she would call the police for unknown reasons. I'm sitting here outside of the McDonald's dictating this assessment. I told the employees if one of them didn't give me her name I was going to report all of them. So they gave me her name as Betty. I intend to report her to the supervisor this McDonald's. read more

Worst McDonald's. They literally park every car in drive thruway to cheat their times. Ridiculous when you have 3 cars parked at the same time. And I only only ordered two combos. This place needs supervisors that actually do their job!! read more

McDonald's - "Big Mac" - Fast Food Near Me - Colton, California

I never get great service here but today they went above and beyond to give me the worst service they could. Mistakes were made when taken my order, I couldn't tell cuz their screen wasn't working. When I get my food I realize I'm missing the side of bacon. Then I realize they put it in the sandwich which I never asked for. When I ask him to fix the problem the guy takes my receipt and gives me a dollar back... huh? Did I miss something? I want what I ordered, the bacon side. Finally another crew member brings it to me. Then I get home and realize that the other sandwich I had ordered was wrong too. I hate McDonald's but my kid loves their nasty food. Will have to wean him off soon! read more

McDonalds needs more employees like Elizabeth . I stopped by in the morning with my family and Elizabeth greeted us warmly. She had a fantastic attitude and customer service skills. After I finished a 10 hour shift at 3:00 am I was waiting in the drive thru for about 20 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers, which was fine with me because I thought they would be fresh. Which they absolutely weren't, the bottom piece of bread was literally hard and could snap in half, and all of them were very cold. This is my first ever bad review of a restaurant. read more

Without incident I would have gave this location maybe 3 to 4 stars because it has a playground but after bringing my 3 kids and 2 nephew's for lunch and play on the way out we decided to get dessert. We ordered three Oreo mcflurries, one m&m mcflurry, and two ice cream cones. I stood by counter since I didn't anticipate it being long while kids refilled their drinks and sat patiently. A lady behind me ordered one Oreo mcflurry and a chocolate Sunday and decided to wait by counter as well. The gentleman behind the counter was making my order and asked the lady if she wanted one Oreo three m&m and I tried to tell him it was my order and was other way around, the lady reiterated her order and continued to stand there at this point there is one Oreo and one m&m when the guy turned around and started to make another m&m once again I was trying to tell him when the lady behind me started to interrupt again and took the oreo mcflurry on the counter. At this point I'm confused and what I'm assuming is some sort of leader Marcy comes in while he places second m&m one on counter. I try and get his attention but Marcy assures me she'll fix it but then confirms with lady behind me that she wanted a fudge sundae as well, to which she says yes so I stand patiently as she gets the lady behind me order first. So Marcy makes the rest of the order and up to this point my kids have all been waiting patiently they made some friends on the little play structure so I'm thinking they can offer the extra m&m flurry to one of them or perhaps even the little boy in line now. So Marcy gets my 3 Oreos, one m&m, 2 cones and guess what?! After waiting now for over 10 minutes, person behind me getting served first, and five patient kids waiting?? Chucks the extra m&m in trash!! I honestly can't believe it so I ask just to make sure "umm you know the lady you served first was behind me right?" Marcy"yeah... She had a smaller order so?" Me still confused "yeah I just wasn't sure didn't see why you'd throw away a perfectly good mcflurry instead of just offering it to me as I waited patiently here after my order was incorrect" Marcy with immense attitude " well it's correct now and you were rude to my employee!" I'm in complete shock and so is said employee she is referring to, he corrects her and tells her no I got it mixed up. I agree with him and tell her I was only trying to tell him when the other lady kept butting in, I even apologized to him turning away feeling like a piece of crap to the five patient children who have been waiting to realize this isn't cool! I go back to Marcy to try and just figure out what happened and again she can't be bothered so I ask for a refund which she is completely on board with. I don't know what kind of management would rather have so much waste than listen to a customer or God forbid give a free mcflurry to. Yes she threw all that away too and I had to go to the McDonald's by my house for the kids since it wasn't their fault to finally get their order. read more

I went to this McDonald's and decided to order inside the dinning room due to the high volume of vehicles in the drive-thru. The only attentive employee there was a senior citizen employee by the name of Rachel. I placed my order and waited 20 minutes for a 20 piece nugget and 2 large fries. As i sat in the dinning room observing the employees, I noticed a supervisor older female just stand around doing nothing to get the orders out. Poor leadership by not helping out and leading by example. I will NEVER purchase anything from this McDonald's location. poor customer service. Maybe they should take some pointers from Rachel. read more
