So, we end up having to wait for the correct drinks. Then my fries were cold. I don't usually purchase any food on this end of town, so I doubt I'll be back. Wow! Just WOW! Drive-through. 6/14/25 just after 2:00 in the afternoon. My order was $11.87. I gave the young lady a $20. She gave me $7 in change. The bigger person in me wanted to let it slide. But, money is just too hard to come by. I put my car in reverse. I pointed out that I only received seven dollars. She said they didn't have any change. I said, but you owe me $8.13. She gave me another dollar. I said what about my 13 cents? She said we don't have any change. She said I could wait until tomorrow or ask for a refund. I asked for a refund. She went and got the supervisor. I explained to the supervisor what happened. The supervisor told me the girl had change! I don't know what kind of money skimming scam she is running. But if 50 people go through the drive-through during her shift and she collects one dollar due to "lack of change." She's made an extra 50 bucks during her shift. Sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes at 12am and it was not busy at all. No voice through the microphone. I had enough time to download the app, place my order, and still no one through the microphone. By this time there were probably 15 cars behind me. I then drove around and the lady at the window didn't seem like she even wanted to be there. After that as I pull around I see employees just sitting around at tables on their phones. I stopped by this McDonalds for a frappe and the service was terrible! I waited 5 minutes for a young man at the register to wave me over and nod his head as if to say "what you want!" I spoke to him and said good morning and then asked for mocha frappe! He continued to chew his gum rudely as he said that's all? That's $2.16! Now that my order was placed by the young man who clearly had no customer service training, I waited almost 10 minutes for one of the people making the orders to crush ice to make the drink! A young girl finally made the drink and as she was making it she loudly yelled to the cashiers "don't sell no more frappes until I go get some ice!" My fries were extremely undercooked and I asked could I get some more fries. The manager runs behind the cashier and ask why do I want more fries and I explained. She said they look fine to her and only a few fries were under cooked. I said no I want fresh ones and she snatched them from my hand and the cashier told me to pull to the side. It took them 25 mins to give me an extra fry and a missed small drink and that was because a worker named DeShawn asked me what I was waiting for. He was the only one who cared. Came through the other day with a coworker, whom wanted food but I didn't order because of my past experience. First off I can see they remodeled this location so it does look better and it appears as though the service is slightly better. What did disturb me a bit was that my coworker showed me her burger which was a Quarter pounder looked like a cheeseburger. Later that week I tried another location ordering a Big Mac and it was the same. Flimsy Pattie's with a minimal amount of fixings on it. Pickles, tomatoes and lettuce looks like they were just thrown on the sand -which. I paid my money was told to pull forward to the rail when my food was ready I would have to get out my car and go to the walk up window well I waited and waited I call the number on goggle it said the voicemail wasn't set up so I walked back to the window and tapped I guess she thought I was a walk up I had ordered and paid my money I was upset and yelling she put the bar down and closed the window as if she was going to keep my food well I eventually got my food at 1:58 am it took me 33 min to get a simple order this will be the last time I will visit this establishment I can take my coins some where else where I can get better service! read more

Soda fountain worked. Plenty of seating available. Electronic menu display. Plenty of windows. Outdoor seating available. Cons: Long wait times - about 7 minutes for a Big Mac meal. Drive thru appeared slow as well. Staff was not friendly (no one smiled to me, not even once). Staff appeared to be arguing. Food was sub-par. Fries were overcooked and burger was cold. No ketchup dispensers or packets, so there was nothing to mask disappointment from the fries. Interior is in dire need of a makeover, as evidenced by the 5 different styles of ceiling tiles. No outlets to charge phones. With a location next to one of the largest airports in the country, there are lots of customers who would benefit from a spare electrical outlet. read more

I placed an order on the App for a chocolate shake at Mcdonald's but its ice cream machine was down. So they told me right away that they could not serve me. Therefore, I visited this Mcdonald's which was nearby. I placed the order and waited about 12 minutes but no service. I went up and asked if my order was ready and they told me to wait at the pick up window. After about five minutes, I went up again for the second time in which they repeated the same thing. After about 25 minutes past waiting, I went up again for the third time the food was being made and told me to wait. I said I was waiting for more than 20 minutes but they wouldn't budge. In about half an hour after I placed the order, someone came up to me and said the ice cream machine was down so they couldn't serve me. I asked for a refund but they told me to contact HQ. My order number is 1946 and I visited on July 17 at 7 PM. I don't know if this was intentional but I am very upset and I plan to file a formal complaint about this. read more
