Just another clusterFark of a McDonald's. Any time of day, you are going to end up being told to wait for your food. They just cannot keep up with any demand whatsoever. Your fries might be hot, but they're gonna be under fried. read more

Was passable but has gone downhill sharply in the past year. Long waits and higher prices for shrinking portions that are thrown together badly. Newest window employees are screwing up simple orders and can't seem to figure out how to fix - it's really become the worst McD's I've ever been to. Bad timing too since a whole bunch of new competition is opening soon right down the street. read more

McDonald's - Not once have I ever received a Fish sandwich here where they've managed to center everything. - Fast Food Near Me - Clinton, Massachusetts

Straight up lied about things being removed from the menu because they didn't feel like making it.

Be careful about ordering through UberEats etc. They'll try to scam you by saying stuff is unavailable so you cancel the order but then they'll charge you for it anyway because "the order was already placed".... read more

So the food is usually pretty hot and the fries are great but also the chicken nuggets are gooD. BUT once I got A 10 PIECE CHICKEN NUGGETS wanna know how much I got 9.... WHAT I don't care that much but still. The mc crispy are good but they are wet on the top and if you open it you will we that the part where the pickles were it's soggy but most of all it's great the service is nice and stuff yeah I don't know what ambiance means im a kid read more

Consistently not open past midnight even though hours online clearly state open until 01:00 and the stickers on the main door & drive-thru window say 12:30am. Hours are a blatant lie, don't plan on eating here if you'll get there past 11:50pm. They shut the lights off & turn the screens off so you can't order. read more

I asked to buy a poster, they gave me one for free! Great staff. The poster looks great on my wall.

Zero stars. They gave us two empty boxes of soggy old fries for 10.18. Seriously I never complain but this place is horrible. I stopped going to this McDonald's because they now use fake soft ice cream mix but decided to stop and grab 2 burgers and two large fries on the way home. Mistake. The pics are from my fries that had more than the other box that my girlfriend kept and refused to let me take pictures of. Check your orders before you leave this restaurant. I don't get why people are so negative about restaurants unless they have a Michelin star or something. Every time I order food via Doordash it come up hot an amazing- ESPECIALLY the fries. The drive thru has gotten far more friendly and efficient, and I suspect a management change. All and all, no complaints here! Thank you for being in Clinton! read more

everyone is always nice here. clean bathrooms and floors. food is always the same ( which i like)

chicken nuggets were delicious and freshly made. fries in the other hand were room temperature and very hard to chew. I had ordered a large doctor pepper and had received a very different drink i cant quite put a name to. this drink problem has happened many times and keeps occurring. read more

Another disappointment.. I ordered fries, spicy nuggets and a double cheeseburger. They forgot the fries. Had to circle back around and tell them they forgot it... Not just that but the fries (large) was less than half full in the carton so what was the point of large???? *See pic* .. also ordered spicy nuggets but they had no *mighty hot sauce.. another dissatisfied trip smh. Not surprised from this garbage location read more

McDonald's - ordered a large fries.. got a *small fry*... utter garbage. Why even pay for a large if you don't get more fries? - Fast Food Near Me - Clinton, Massachusetts

They do not know how to run a restaurant at all. All there menus are down, there dive-thru service and the service people are horrible. It took the girl behind the counter 15 minutes just to figure out how to put 3 number 7's in the register because of lack of common sense and a language barrier she had to get two different people to help. After actually getting the order in the kid in the back could not figure out what we were getting. I dont understand how hard it is to take orders, it's common sense. They over charged us on top of it. I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's to anyone, you should not have people that are rude, don't know how to speak to customers, and don't know how to speak or comprehend the English language written or spoken. By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. read more

I like this McDonald's a lot, the employees are very nice and things run efficiently. The food is always good too!

I'd rather travel the extra 10 minutes to the Leominster or WeBo McDonalds then spend a cent at this dump. Employees don't give a sh*t that they're being paid to do a job. I've actually been told to "wait a minute" so the drive-thru order taker could talk to his co-worker about nonsense (the idiot left the mic on so i could here them chat about "some hoe"). Mind you, I will only get McDonald's once or twice a month at the most. But every time i come here my order is completely wrong. I ask for no cheese extra pickles and you BETTER BELIEVE there was cheese and barely any pickles (even when i lied and said i had an allergy). I cant even order a Large drink without it being wrong. It's honestly incredible how incompetent the workers here are. This is why people working at McDonalds have the stereotype of being idiots, locations like this! Also, their drive-thru itself is a physical disaster. Doesnt make anysense and when you make the turn after placing your order you either need to go wide and be 5 feet away from the window, or hit the wall so you can hand over your change. It's a joke. This place is a joke. Such a joke that i just reviewed a McDonalds on YELP. read more

What a mean, rude and really miserable micro-manager if you can call him that in Clinton ma McDonald's. Customers are not first. I don't know what is maybe his quota is. I was making my purchase with the cashier, he comes out of no where this bald old person, who should be retired, saying where is the other coupon when it was ok and all set with the cashier. Well my order got cancelled and I had to order something else with no coupon. Also, I heard he has a family member working there, he is no better than this guy. No wonder customers are traveling to other McDonald locations even if it's a bit further. Why is management not looking into this? Horrible customer service. read more

This literally has to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been too! Long waits and horrible service. Never get half the stuff I order! Most of the employees just stand around and look at you instead of taking your order! I definitely won't be returning to this McDonald's read more

I just wanted to write an amazing review for my local McDonalds. The manager working Saturday night, December 8th 2019, has exceeded my expectations. Not only was he very kind and polite, he gave us coupons, extra napkins, and ketchup without me having to ask for a single thing. Everything we ordered was made perfectly. This man deserves to be the head manager here. read more

By far the worst McDonald's!!! Waited in line for 30 minutes at the drive thru, finally got to order and they said sorry we are out of HAMBURGERS, told me I could only get chicken nuggets or a chicken patty, maybe next time put a sign out that says out of hamburgers so people don't wait in line all night to be disappointed!!!! The food is always cold or they don't get the orders right! Don't even get my started about the ice-cream machine never working, that was the last straw I absolutely will NOT be ever going back. I guarantee Wendy's would never be out of hamburgers!!!! read more

I'm wasting my time reviewing this place so that you know that this place is open 24-7. Now you can pull up your Yelp mobile app and you see that this place is open as you make your blurry drive home. Ordered a chicken sandwich around 10PM. Get home, find a sticker on the lettuce. Lettuce is expired technically. waited in drive through for 20 minutes only to be told they don't serve breakfast after 10:30. it was 10:28. idiots

Disgusting, filthy, always out of food like OJ, shake machine never works, really rude to my mother (shaking his finger right in her face), don't honor app specials. I rarely eat there, I try to eat healthy, but this place is a PIT with a disaster of a manager and staff. Not like other McDonald's stores. read more

Awful, awful coffee that I buy every morning because they're always open and it's only $1.06 for a medium.

After a long day of having barely any food I just wanted 6 nuggets from McDonald's. So I finally go and get them (please man at the window) when I open my 6 pack of nuggets there is barbecue sauce splattered about (I detest bbq sauce) I go in for a clean bbq sauce free nugget get in one bite and there is a bone.. Worst McDonald's ever, food never made rights, order not right and no one cares, no customer service at all

Yelp should have 0 as a rating and not just 1 - 5. This place double charged my credit card. The associate had no clue how to reload a gift card and when the manager came over, she was highly unsuccessful as well. As a result, a $45 transaction became $90 on my credit card. Managers have titles due to seniority within the location over others who have been there less time. Managers only have titles and NOT positions as they have no clue how to resolve issues, and here is a fine example. People who can't do the job don't belong on the job. After contacting the location, the associate who answered the phone just after 10pm on 4/17 refused to give me the name of the manager at this location. That right there is very highly unprofessional and she should be demoted from her job for treating the customer like this. read more

This is ridiculous, im never going here again, i went to go get one sandwich and pulled into the drivethrough and i sat there for 10 minutes without one car moving. After no movement i decided to go inside, where the line was way longer and there wasnt one worker making food at all, i watched the lady go to the back of the store and never come back. After 10 mkre minutes of no help for anyone i decided to leave and go to dunkin donuts. read more

Check your bread! Had spots of mold on the bottom bun. Went back and they swapped it for an expired $1 coupon and 10 old McNuggets.

Ordered 2 sausage mcmuffin with egg, hashbrown, and med reg coffee at 436pm. I figured my food would be hot since it was an all day breakfast meal. Coffee was bitter, first one they gave me was black. 2nd definitely not cream and sugar. Hashbrown was ok. The sausage mcmuffins with egg were disgusting. English muffin not toasted and the " eggs " were folded egg SOMETHING that tasted like powdered egg. NOT the actual egg they are supposed to use. 3rd time I've been here too that game pieces have not been on designated food. read more

This Mc Donalds is DIRTY. The dining area is covered in a sticky mess. The highchair had grease all over it even though it was set up as "clean". The bathrooms had no soap and looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in a week. They had run out of diet coke and sweet and sour sauce. The ice cream machine was down. I will never return for fear of food poisoning!! Dirty dirty dirty. The owners should feel ashamed. Gives Mc Donalds a bad name corporate should investigate. read more

Friendly service in the morning for my drive thru coffee. The new fresh beef quarter pounders taste much better and are worth a try.
