Time order placed inside for dine in
    Bob K.

I know this is a fast food chain and a Yelp review probably won't affect their business but if in the area I would drive the extra mile and go to a different location. My family of four went to this location because it was recently renovated and it was 9/915pm and we wanted to eat inside before we went home after watching our son play baseball. We googled the location and saw it said do I g room open until 11am. We go in location order food and say dine in, they took our order and once food came they said we could not eat inside and they were closed. It was 920. They should have said something when we ordered done in. One if my party is in a foot cast and carrying food for four to eat in a car was not what we wanted. If we wanted to eat in a car we would have went elsewhere. So my recommendation is drive the extra mile and go to a place that stays open according to what is on their door, on their website and has the courtesy to comment before we order.

Just thought the ad backwards in the center was funny.

Service is not good, too many employees were too busy standing around talking. I ordered through the drive through and they told me to pull to the side and wait they would bring a small order to me (kid's nugget meal). So I pulled where I was told and waited, after about 10 mins and a few cars coming and going (not many but a few) I started to wonder if they forgot about me. So I waited another 5 mins and went it. No one was at the counter and about 5 employees were standing around talking near the drive through window (only about two of those 5 looked to be busy). I could see other employees working towards the back but no one was very busy. No one seemed to care about customers at the register and I know as they were taking they saw me. One guy came over a after about 3 or 4 mins and I asked him to check my order. He asked what I ordered and told him the kid's nugget meal. He asked me specific items on the order went and came back and he did apologize when I told him I had been waiting a while and think they forgot about me. He then said he just "got here". I told him, I'm not blaming you but it certainly felt like they forgot completely about me. I know it's not an exceptionally long time and in all only about 20 to 25 mins but they weren't busy and looked to be over staffed. So to leave me waiting with no one at the register and again very few customers was irritating (and I had another order getting cold from somewhere else in the car). So if they were busy, or the apology actually felt sincere I wouldn't be as irritated and understand. Also, no "here is something small for waiting and us forgetting you", what's up with that? The manager couldn't come over and apologize himself? They have occasionally messed up an order but this is the first they completely forgot about me and left me sitting outside for an order that was never coming.

Hot 'N Spicy McChicken with no top bun

this is some horrible service, i got my hot&spicy mc chicken with no top bun just the chicken, the lettuce, mayo, and 1 of the buns. plus the person on the intercom was being rude and rushing me.

The way I received my food. Hire a manager that gives a shit, because this one doesn't care. Owner must not care either.

When you go automated to save money, spend the money on people cooking your food. Order was wrong and could not produce a plastic fork... really??? You don't have utensils for people??? Pathetic and this place is getting worse by the minute.

Vandalism in the store. Disgusting. My nine year old is with me and this is inappropriate. Take the table out if it can't be fixed.

The ordering process was easy -- I was able to customize it and request curbside pickup and place my order in just a few minutes. So far, so good. My only disappointment was that there was no way to request that it be toasted. But since I was trying to avoid people and crowds, I decided going into the store to do that wasn't worth it. I drove the less than five minutes to the store, and parked in one of the curbside pickup spaces, arriving about three minutes before my sandwich was to be ready. And then I sat. I watched several customers go in, order, get their sandwich, and leave. Ten minutes after the scheduled pickup time, I called the restaurant, knowing there must be a disconnect somewhere. There were no customers in the store, yet the phone rang, and rang, and rang, with no pickup. After over 20 rings, I gave up and hung up. I finally realized I was going to have to go in. I'd gotten in the car in my favorite work-from-home outfit, a long black caftan -- not something I'd usually wear out in public except in and out of the car. But it looked like I had no choice. I climbed out and walked to the door, opened it, and stuck my head in. "My curbside pickup order?" I said. He replied jovially, "Your sandwich is right there," pointing to a rack near the counter. "It's curbside pickup," I responded, and went back and climbed in the car. He came right out after me, and to his credit, he did apologize over and over. But he also re-read the receipt, where it clearly said "curbside pickup," as if to verify that I was telling the truth. I asked him why this confusion happened, and he said he just hadn't noticed that it was curbside. Hmmm ... I'd think, during a surge in the pandemic, that it might be kind of important to check that. He started to hand me my sandwich through the window, but stopped and pulled it back and studied the receipt again, then he shoved the sandwich toward me with the receipt facing me, pointed to one item, and said, "MVP - what is this?" It was all I could do to control my impatience. I calmly said, "That's MVP Parmesan Vinaigrette, the topping you were supposed to put on my sandwich. Are you saying you didn't do that?" "No," he replied. "I don't know what that is." I looked at him, speechless. "Here, I remake," he said. I told him no, that wasn't necessary, but that he needed to learn what toppings were and weren't available at his restaurant, and let corporate know if they didn't have that one. I thought I was pretty civil, but by now I was 15 minutes late leaving the restaurant, and had a work meeting I was supposed to be calling into at home at right about that time. I made sure I mentioned that to him, too. He kept apologizing profusely, but by then the damage had been done. The sandwich was okay, not great. I'd ordered double meat, and that made it pretty good, but the bread would have been much better toasted. I saved half of the sandwich for the next day, when I put some butter and garlic powder on it and toasted it under the broiler before re-adding the meat, onions, and pickles, and that made it much better. Too bad I can't request toasted from the app. That's a definite minus for me. But the real minus was the guy in the store who just didn't seem to care, and didn't bother to find out what he didn't know. Will I go back? With Jersey Mike's just a few doors down, and Penn Station at the other end of the shopping center, it's doubtful I will. If there wasn't so much good competition nearby, then maybe. The sandwich was fine, but the overall experience was a definite downer.
