I was there on Saturday afternoon. I usually don't partake in McDonald's fare, as I am a pescetarian. I have in the past gotten the fish fillet sandwich and I had a taste for one. I went to the drive thru and ordered 2 sandwiches and a large order of fries for my father and I to share. I was taken by the $15 order total. Then when I get home I see that my large order of fries is a medium order of fries in a large container. The sandwich was not good. Has McDonald's cut the fish patties in half? Easily, this is the worst experience I've had with a fast food place. Ever. Not only did it take half an hour for a very simplistic order, the food was made poorly. The fries didn't have any salt on them. Also, the wait to order in the drive-thru itself look about fifteen minutes. After ordering, getting the food itself took an unbelievable amount of time. The employees were completely lacking. McDonald's is usually substantial, and the worst you can expect is a mistake with the order, but this is beyond that. Who forgets to salt the fries? Cashier seemed nice enough, but it was so annoying to wait in the drive thru lane while everyone behind me had to drive around me to get to the exit lane. Let me tell y'all what happened this morning. I ordered 2 Chorizo Burritos, hot cakes, large Coke, and 1 sausage biscuit at 10:22. I got my food at 10:34 am (If the owner is read this, please review the camera). I got to my car and looked for Salsa for my Burrito and it wasn't any in the bag. I had my daughter and mom double check the bag before I went back in there and asked for some. (Check the camera owner. Red Cadillac XTS parked near the door and I had a green shirt, black shoes and beige shorts on). The cashier told me that she put some in the bag and hesitated to give me some. It wasn't any in the bag. So, she eventually gave me some. I go back to my car, open the side of my burrito and squirted some salsa in it. I took a bite and it wasn't a chorizo burrito, it was sausage. SO, I had to go in there a 3rd Time. The cashier sat over by the drive thru window and ignored me. The lady with the fake eyelashes that was bagging the food came over, looked at it and took it to the tall Male with the dreads that was preparing the food and told him to make her 2 chorizo burritos. I had to wait about 10 more minutes for those to come up. When the my 2 chorizo burritos came up. I asked the lady for another salsa and she said "Salsa only come with the burritos". I said "I have 2 chorizo burritos". She turn around and tells me that it only comes with the sausage burritos. Why I the hell would salsa come with sausage burritos??????????? She refused to give me one after she said I already gave you one...... They both need to be fired. I know the owner probably doesn't care but I will neve come to this McDonald's again. In all my years of eating at McDonald's, this is by far one of the best ones I have used. I use this location several times a week for breakfast and maybe once a week for lunch. The staff is always polite and helpful. My food is always hot, fresh, and exactly the way I ordered it. The meat was literally halfway hanging out the bun, and the wrapper was ripped. I understand they get busy, and only make minimum wage but have some pride in the work you do.
