I usually stop for food before I come home from base and this location is the closest one to my home. 80% of the time, there is always something missing from the order. It can be something simple as a straw which I specifically asked if it was in the bag and they told me yes just to find out it wasn't, a missing sandwich, missing syrup with a Big Breakfast, or sauce for the nuggets which I usually ask for. I believe their attention to detail is nonexistent. I love McDonalds and the food, but I may have to stop coming to this location because I feel they are unreliable. It's a running joke in my household. "What did they forget to give us now?" Is asked before even walking through the door. I rarely stop at fast food chains, however I was pleasantly surprised on how clean inside and outside the restaurant was, seems to have had some remodeling done. The service was exceptionally fast and the food was nice and hot. The kids meals were a success and the kids ate them all up- you have the option to not have fries and add apple slices or yogurt instead, I was surprised that they had the option for apple juice made by the honest company instead of soda. Placed a mobile order. I got to this location at 11:31am and marked my parking spot on the app. I have small kids so it's not always easy to get out and go check to see what's taking so long. 35 mins later my food comes out. The kid that brought me my food said they were waiting on fries and walked away before I could even check the food. Once I got home (not even 5 mins away) my fries and burgers were cold and soggy. Never have a good experience at this McDonalds.. gets super backed up at dinner every time we try to go. We've sat in the drive through at 7:30 PM for more than 25 minutes (we would've just gotten out or left but we were stuck in the line,) a large fry is usually only as full as a medium, and there is NEVER SALT on the fries anymore. Whoever works the drive through (I swear it's the same person every time) is incredibly rude and you can barely get the first part of your order out without her talking over you, and there is ALWAYS something wrong with our order. Asked specifically for a Filet Of Fish with no tarter sauce and ended up with double tartar and no cheese.. Never used to get McDonald's a lot but I've been craving it during pregnancy and I'm upset every time. We'll be going out of our way to go to another McDonald's from now on. read more

Pleasant drive-thru experience. Horrible eating experience. My McChicken sandwich was old (cold and soggy) and should have been discarded but they left it in the staging tray (health code violation because old meat must be wasted) instead they used it to make the sandwich they served to me. For some reason the cheese slices are being placed under the patties instead of on top. When did that become a thing? The rest of my family's order was made the same way. Because the food was served cold I believe it had been staged too long and had become unsafe to eat. Management believes they're doing everything correctly. I hope one day they'll dump the managers that aren't earning their paychecks because this is ruining McDonald's for me. This McDonald's will sadly disappoint you during each visit. We spent 36 minutes ( stuck because of the concrete shoulder locking you in ) in the drive thru for 3 Mc Ribs and fries. When I got out of the hooptie and went in to inquire why it was taking that long the manager told me he was down a man and there was nothing he could do. I pointed out to him that in fact there was something very simple he could do......... tell the people when they are ordering that they are backed up and it may take longer than normal and thank you for understanding. So after 36 minutes I get back into the truck ( which had then made it to the second window lol ) and the person inside told my friend to pull forward to the " drive thru parking space " where we waited some more. When the manager brought the food out, my friend asked if he tossed in an extra Rib for the wait. He told my friend that they " McDonald's " could not afford it today. This location just went through a major outside and inside makeover and you can change everything to the building you want but if your people and their service is lacking ( sucks lol) and under parr. I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe. More like quarter pounder delusional. I wasn't aware that "deluxe" meant "slather my food in an odious amount of lukewarm mayonnaise and then market it as having lettuce and tomatoes" but mabey times have changed. Mabey McDonald's served me a pile of mayo in a box. I'm not sure. I do know that ever since they changed the regular drive trough into a double drive trough it's been incredibly difficult to order.
