Better than before I love breakfast also their drink very good! Just help anything more

I ordered a four piece strip from this place and I got charged for it but when I opened it up, it was a three-piece. I called them to try to tell them they need to keep an eye on their workers, but the manager named Brenda told me when you come back just give them my name and I'll replace it And she did not even let me finish telling her that I already dropped off my friend and I was heading out about 20 miles back. I'm not coming back for another two weeks maybe and honestly, I was just calling to let her know that she needs to keep an eye on her workers, but she immediately shut me down just wants to replace it and normally I don't care I mean, yeah I was sitting there for a good five minutes before they finally noticed that I was sitting there I didn't even care about a refund. I just wanna make the managers know what they're doing. I used to be a manager at McDonald's. read more

This McDonalds suck. Ordered a large drink and large fries through the drive through. Was told to park cause they were waiting for the fries. Waited for 20 minutes and no fries. Went into the establishment and still didn't receive my fries. Left pissed with no fries. read more

Terrible service, waited 25 minutes for food watched multiple people that ordered after get theirs before.

either online order doesn't work(seems to be a constant issue) or they are constantly sold out of items. this location should be shut down.

Our McDonald's sucks!!! You go to McDonald's for one thing, hot Fries! Never at this McDonald's!!! I do t care if your there, dove-three, still cold!!! Can't get your order right for nothing! Door Dash is even worse! Today NO sweet, out of sugar??? Need new management team!!! Pitful!!! read more

My grandmother sent me to this McDonald's to get her a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin well, well done. All I was met with was attitude because they didn't understand what I meant by well well done they ended up giving me a Egg McMuffin burnt with Canadian bacon when I specifically asked for sausage. The coworker is it amongst themselves and talked about me and my order when I explain to them several times my grandmother sent me to get this. I ended up having to go to a totally different McDonald's to get her order correct because after three attempts at this McDonald's, they still gave me the wrong food, don't waste your time go to Lincolnton read more

drove over 20 mins, spent over 60 DOLLARS and still got my order WRONG. called twice to complain and they are rude asf. never will i be eating at this one again. read more

McDonald's - ask for PLAIN. - Burgers Near Me - Cherryville, North Carolina

I know these days we are under a lot of stress being at home all of the time, and we are losing perception of what we should be paying attention to: For the ones that still alive, the ones that are recuperating and that WE still are able to drive to McDonald's and enjoy whatever we order; let's be thankful that this restaurant is open and that, even with the mediocre service that sometimes they could be famous for, we, in this tiny town have the luxury of saying that we went to McDonald's! We received hot, golden fries with a delicious burger, some cookies and a cold soda... Thank you Lord! read more

Ice cream machine down. Like always. Haven't had one since moving home... been about 7 months and after 8pm it's "broken". Lol. What a guy got to do to get a McFlurry. Wonder how much money this location has lost due to not having a machine open at night ??? read more

McDonalds in Cherryville has stepped up their "ice cream machine is broken" game. Pulled up to the speaker and the guy said "we have no drinks, no ice cream, no frappes, no slushies". Darren asked about tea. "No". I'm sorry.... What are you serving customers to drink? The only way you don't have tea is if you don't have water. No water in a restaurant means you close. So.... Are they being lazy? Or are they breaking health code? We left. ‍ read more

The service was so slow they took forever and when I got my food it was cold and when I asked for it to be heated up they got mad at me after the reheated it the burger Was very nasty and after I left the store I felt my stomach start to hurt and I felt like I was about to die read more

My Husband and I made the mistake of trying this Mc Donalds again! Again the girl up front is so Rude! Screwed up my order my Husbands steak bagel was so hard it could knock out a window We ended up throwing everything away I will never spend another of my hard working Money at this place again! read more

Well there were several different things that was wrong with my order tonight. First my husband ordered a double quarter plain with cheese, he got his sandwich plain but it had no cheese. Next my son ordered a triple cheeseburger, he received a double. Next my other son ordered a med sweet tea with his happy meal, they gave him a kids size cup, the only that comes with the happy meal. You can change your drink in the Happy meal, they just charge you extra. We've done this before so we know you can. Lastly I also ordered myself a large Dr Pepper. The cashier didn't even ring that up so of course I didn't get one. I understand it was late, about 8 pm but this is unacceptable. On top of that, all of our food tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp the entire day!!! I don't care how desperate I am, I will not returning to this location. read more

Horrible food was cook in a hurry condiments. thrown on. They don't keep food fresh enough for a fast food restaurant or either just have bad cooks. One of our sandwich meals was cut off If I could give it no stars I would. read more

I will never go here again. I went for breakfast and placed my order for a steak biscuit and bacon, egg and cheese biscuit, one hash brown and a large caramel macchiato. The girl taking the order mumbled something then told me the total. I pulled to window, which I was the only customer in drive through and no customer inside, I asked the girl if she got the steak biscuit. Her reply was " I told you we don't do steak anymore when you were at the speaker!" I replied " If I had understood what you were saying I wouldn't be asking this question!" She then moved my already made coffee from the window and moved out of my sight with it for about ten seconds before offering it to me. No way! She's a plump, long black frizzy haired girl with attitude all over her face and her nasty attitude. I worked for this franchise before and the manager there is lacking. read more

I have lived in Cherryville for 5 years. Almost always a bad experience. I mean, it's McDonald's so my expectations aren't really high but they manage to screw up our orders all the time. Over cooking fries, cold food, burned nuggets, wrong orders. Also when someone orders a large fry they want the amount of fries that should come in a large fry. Not half filled. That had literally happened 6 times! Again, I know it's fast food but seriously, get it together in there guys. read more

I wish I could give negative stars!! The McDonalds is the worst I've ever been to. Not because of the cleanliness, not because the food tastes bad, but because the staff is the pits. This is the poorly most managed McDonalds I've ever been to ,EVER! They are out of something always!! Cups, apple pies, coffee machine down, and if you ever find the ice cream machine working you better go buy a lotto ticket cause it's your lucky day! They are rude, and act like they are too good to be there serving food. Did I mention slow, oh my gosh. They are in no hurry! But the absolutely worst thing about this McDonalds is they never ever ever never get an order right! Never!!! Never...ever. TIP: check you order before you move from the drive thru. I'm serious! Check every single thing. They take their stinking time screwing your order, least you can do is to not budge in the drive thru till you have found out what they got wrong. Open every box check every sandwich taste every drink, make sure they didn't fill your super sized fry with an extra small amount! Go check them out, see if I'm wrong. Bet cha a nickle your order will be wrong or they won't have something important for a restaurant to have on hand. I so wish this chain would do better, get better staff, something! We need this this place to do better! read more

Imagine getting charged for two sauces , which was completely fine but when you tell them they aren't in the bag and they refuse to give you more getting screamed at by employee. This isn't the first time . Their staff is ghetto/rude for no reason. I could understand if I was rude but anyone in customer services knows you are nice no matter what to the customer. Most of the staff doesn't even know how to do basic math. Hire better employees and not disrespectful people. I normally don't even eat fast food but I do occasionally. Never will I go there again . HIRE BETTER PEOPLE. Mostly everyone there is ignorant including managers read more

This place sucks and always gets the orders wrong and makes you wait forever to fix their mess up. They make it obvious they hate their job, I would rather drive 25mins away then go to this McDonalds. It is by far the worst one I have ever been to and if you actually get hot fries then be thankful because that isn't the ordinary for this place, in fact play the lottery because your odds would be better. I have seriously gotten food that made me gag because the food tasted so old. I will NEVER give them my hard earned money again, I would rather flush it down the toilet after wiping with it because at least I would get SOMETHING out of it. :) read more

McDonald's in Cherryville is a clean, fast, fresh, friendly place compared to other fast food places!

The Kings Mountain McD's denied me chicken nugget at 3:30 am. Said it was breakfast only. Called Cherryville and they said they would give me nuggets. They made them fresh for me. read more

Worse Mc Donald's I've ever been to! Horrible customer service. Employees are slow n very rude!

Got my order wrong, didn't even get it almost right! The guy taking our order got everything right! But the people in charge of putting food in the bag just threw whatever they wanted in the bag. Our drinks were only halfway filled up. We went back and got our order and they gave us back our original fries which had already gotten cold from how long we had to wait for our correct order. Not to mention that when we got our correct order there was a long black hair in my McChicken. Disgusting and terrible service every time we go!! read more

The slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. I've been twice. Once for breakfast and now for supper. Tonight I waited way to long for ketchup. Several people walked back and forth behind the counter and would never acknowledge that I was there. read more

This is the worst McDonald in the country. They continually have poor service and long waits for "fast food". I only wish there was another fast food restaurant close that would put them out of business. read more

I've lived here in town since this McDonald's opened, and it has always been bad. I eat here a lot in the mornings and see people walk out because they can't get waited on. They are always out of everything and forget your order ever being completely correct. read more

Stopped in for breakfast and waited for 30 minutes to get my food. I was told to pull to the side and wait while I watched 20 cars come and go. They came to my car three times with the wrong order. Each time they checked the order a different employee would handle each item in the bag sometime re-wrapping the sandwiches as they went. Finally got the manager out there and he did the same thing and handed me my order. I opened the bag to check myself for order accuracy and one cheeseburger was open in the bag with several hairs hanging out of the sandwich. I will never be back. Every order is messed up with the two drive thru cluster and no one knows who gets what. The poor hygiene is the last straw. read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to and I'm on the road 24/7.. it's gonna come out burnt to a crisp, under cooked or completely wrong. They have no medium. Management must suck cause I've talked to corporate 3 times already about the service and products this location puts out but nothing ever seems to change. I live under a mile away from this location but will drive out of my way to get food from another McDonald's because I'll never give another dime out of my pocket to this location. Would give negative stars if it was an option. read more

Absolutely worst service ever! Manager Tonya Joyce is extremely rude and has NO concept of what exactly customer service means. I called the franchise owner's number posted on the window and spoke with a family member who was very kind and apologized profusely. He tried to correct the situation for me but the manager just ran and hid in the office and sent another rude manager to try and give me a replacement sandwich...after I had ALREADY paid for another sandwich! I have had other issues with Tonya...one time she argued with me when I got a THIRD of a slice of cheese on a fish sandwich! The managers at the store with the exception of one are an absolute JOKE! If there was another fast food burger place in town I can guarantee that this store would be shut down! The owners need to seriously consider cleaning house of management and starting fresh. I know many patrons who would back me on this! By the way, if you don't like to deal with customers, you SHOULD NOT be working with the public!!!! read more

They were under staffed on Christmas eve. Waited 40 minutes just to get food after the app also messed up. Definitely will avoid coming on or during holidays for now on. read more

Still awful.. Have order at drive thru, paid, get to the window and they ask my order again? WORST McDonalds EVER!

My family and I went there for food on 6/9/2011 and they gave my mother a bad salad then a woman manager proceeded to get an attitude and raise her voice at my mother and my mom has been sick since yesterday serving her a slimy salad. They even removed and old sticker and had put a freasher date on it! WOW read more
