Every single time we've ordered pizza, we have always had awesome customer service and the pizza has always been hot and fresh and always correct. We even had an issue before on the app and I called the store to see if it could be fixed. They knew exactly what the issue was and they explained to me exactly what I was doing wrong but they went ahead and took my order over the phone. They are always very helpful and very polite. In my opinion, this is the best Dominos around.
