This McDonalds is filthy. Literally hundreds of dead flies all over the lobby and dining room floors, tables and drink station. Most employees look dirty, and unkept. Several employees had masks on, but not covering noses & mouths. I observed to young male employees behind the counter who were not wearing masks at all. The men's restroom looks like it hadn't been cleaned in days. I lost my appetite just looking around the place while waiting to order. How good can their personal hygiene be if they take zero pride in their cleanliness and appearance and when the public areas of the restaurant are so unsanitary? I've visited McDonalds all over the world (in South Korea, Japan, Spain, Czech Republic, France, Germany, etc) and I don't recall a McDonalds anywhere ever being as nasty as this one in the heartland of America. I got a craving for culture after watching The Office diversity day episode. When Dwight says "Outback Steakhouse I'm Australian Mate" so, naturally, I wanted the Australian Cheese Fries from McDonald's. Let me tell you, it tasted exactly like if you squeezed out a ham and cheese hot pocket on top of McDonald's fries. I usually stop at this MCD's because it is about an hour outside of McAlester, OK. I was sad that they no longer had raspberry tea or hazelnut for the iced coffee. I don't really think about it, but I have stopped here every time I have drove back from San Antonio. I have never had a problem at this location. read more

I've been sitting here nearly AN HOUR to get my order. They've brought me the wrong order TWICE and this is after they cancelled my order when someone in the drive thru line jumped ahead of me. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I understand that it's not a fine dining establishment, but at least pick up the mounds of trash everywhere. Flys were stuck to the wall. There was no manager to speak to. The staff were all high school students. They were more concerned with talking to their friends and hugging them than working (one even touched another's unwashed hair without washing their hands afterwards). The lobby was out of straws and napkins. The 4 tea containers were empty, but there were buckets of tea behind the counter they never bothered to put out. read more

We went to the drive thru and after the girl at the window handed me the first cup with soda running off the side I asked for napkins so she handed me some and looked at my other cup and finally wiped it off before handing it to me and never said a word. She closed the window and stood there rubbing her long hair for a few minutes and finally opened the window and said "we need you to just pull forward." We pulled forward and sat there another 10 minutes before someone brought a bag out which only had half the order. I went inside and told them I needed the rest of my order I paid for and all she said was "yea I saw I forgot to bring it all out." No "I'm sorry or we're sorry for your wait." The people working tonight clearly don't care about customer service, courtiousness or hygiene.
