The doctor put in the wrong brand of my meds and rather than let me just call my doctor to fix it she kept saying "I'm telling you what to do" and tried to force me into a co-pay, despite never having to pay for this in the past. I tried to explain that we would rather have a different brand (one that we don't pay for), but I felt like I was being pushed into a co-pay situation to try and get me off the call quicker. We've used this pharmacy many times in the past and have never had an experience like this! Usually they are very helpful. I'm just assuming that Denise was having a bad day, but that is no reason to hang up on a customer.

They offered me the same 45g for $55, all I needed to do was have Walgreens cancel out the order so my insurance could fill it themselves. When I called Walgreens to do so, I was advised that they couldn't cancel it and that they "had fixed it" and I could now get 15g for $18 with two refills. I was also advised that they "have no idea where the $160 amount came from". I spent a total of two hours getting this straightened out. This is my first time using Walgreens and honestly, after this experience, I don't know if I'll be using them again!

I later called to follow up, and the automated system could not locate the prescription at all. After nearly an hour on hold, I finally reached someone who would only tell me it would be ready tomorrow, with no further detail and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. On my last 2 visits to Oklahoma, I discovered stop here for Tylenol and snacks. This last time though I did pick up laundry detergent and a few cute souvenirs and stuff for my grandkids. I notice how great people are in Oklahoma and are very friendly and nice. They were very helpful and directed me to where everything was. I will for sure stop here again on my next visit in October, would be great to see Tulsa in the fall. Thank you!
