I'm not making this up, this might be the best McDouble I've ever had. I found out they have a meal deal that comes with a sandwich, nuggets, fries and a drink so obviously I had to get that. The cheese was so melty and good on the McDouble and the burger itself was hot and just delicious. It was everything you'd want in a McDouble. Great location, too! read more

McDonald's - McDouble - Fast Food Near Me - Charlotte, North Carolina

Serving flat out Mcdookie patties with Mcream sauce that will come with a small wait.

Food's almost always ready by the time we get there despite it looking clearly understaffed and like a stressful environment. We go there pretty frequently, usually later at nights but despite all this, the people are so incredibly sweet, kind, and considerate. I cannot sing enough praises about the people here ESPECIALLY about a woman whose name is Ashley. I forgot to ask how her name is spelt so it may be something different (so sorry if you're reading this), but I just wanted to say she's absolutely incredible and she's so lovely and seeing her smiling face every time we see her at the window despite everything is such a breath of fresh air and I absolutely adore her. I hope she gets a raise and she deserves everything lovely in the world. read more

The older guy in the lobby is so friendly and helpful. Always helping and just nice. Nice McDonald's to visit.

Judith was a very sweet lady! It was amazing to encounter this kind of service early in the morning! Thank you Judith!

I went by McDonald's on Guilford College road near Guilford College. The only thing I ordered was a Big Mac sandwich only. what I got was a piece of meat and a bun. that's not the first time I've had problems there, but it will be the last. there are too many other McDonald's near me to go to that one any more. and when I do go, it won't be near as often and I was only going there once every 4 months. y'all suck read more

The grands are visiting, and they wanted Happy Meals for dinner. Sooo...my wife and I decided to have a couple of Quarter Pounders. I got the Deluxe. I went to the McDonalds in Blakeney in south Charlotte. You can see the nauseating wet gloppy mess I received. Now, I'm not naive enough to expect the sandwich in McDonald's PR pictures, but I would at least appreciate them NOT putting two full tablespoons of mayo on it, and unwilted lettuce and fresh tomatoes would be nice. This is quite simply the most disgusting pile of sort-of food I've seen in some time. Do better, McDonalds. Do better. read more

HAD to talk a dump could not hold it in was also scared of some teen guys busting in the stall. Anyways pretty good experience

Terrible service. Supposed to be 24/7 but they always close at night. The late night staff is usually rude. One guy told me he couldn't take my order that they were only taking door dash and uber eats order so I ordered through uber eats and they had me wait an hour before eventually just cancelling the order. And don't even try to get ice cream after 12, it's never available. Just a horrible place, it's ridiculous read more

They mess up your order every time. Service is fast and friendly but who in the hell is working in the kitchen assembling this food?

I recently realized I was being charged 20 cents additional for a drink when I order a meal. When asked, I was told a small drink comes with the meal ( this is not a kids meal- it's a quarter pounder meal) but if you google what comes with a meal it says a medium drink. When I order I just say an unsweetened tea- I don't say medium. The last 2 times I caught it at the window and questioned it; they did give me 20 cents back and told me to order a small tea next time. I feel this is very frustrating and confusing. I know 20 cents is not a lot but seems an unnecessary surcharge. read more

After vowing to never return to this location of McDonald's, I was starving so I went through the drive-thru for a filet and a large fry to take home to eat. Here's the list of what went wrong: 1. I had to repeat my 2 item order 8 times 2. I was second to have the honor of the opportunity to eat my filet bun as it appears the resident mice had first dibs (I tossed the sandwich) 3. The fries were old 4. The fries were scant (a medium sized amount of fries in a large container) 5. The fries were hard 6. I spoke to Teresa the manager who DGAF 7. I spoke to Josh Ranst the GM at 919-607-0168 who gave even less of AF than Teresa. He yelled, was curt, rude, unapologetic (until I pointed out he had not apologized), had MUCH attitude, and told me there was nothing he could do since he wasn't there when the food was made. 8. They deserve ZERO stars. 9. I don't see good things ahead for Ranst or this location. read more

Never. Deliver. Food. From HERE! This is my third DoorDash order with them and they just don't give you your food. I had a 4 part order and guess what I got. Only the nuggets. No drink no cookies NO FRIES??? Simple order, howd they mess that up??? Previously they've left out entire combos. I once ordered nuggets with a chicken sandwich combo and only received fries. It's impossible to mess up this badly. I just know it's intentional. I hope these workers are fired and I hope management for this place finds their marbles. read more

I'll FAST all Sunday rather than eat there again. Boycott for 90 days. Since Chik fil A is closed on Sunday's, we drove through at MCD. Got home and my wife was missing her sandwich. Just ruined our whole afternoon. I called to complain and got the manager on the phone. She insisted I come back and get what I ordered - a 30 minute waste of my time. I asked just to refund my purchase - or have one delivered. She got mad and hung up on me. What's going on with McDonald's? MY advice is - 1st don't eat there. 2nd, pay with a credit card and get charges reversed. McDonalds doesn't challenge the refund. That's how bad the situation really is. Further, my family of 4 generations (24 of us) have all agreed to boycott MCD for 90 days. read more

Got the wrong order and then I got lit when I tried to get it fixed. The person at the drive-through especially has an attitude and I guess feels like we're all lucky she's working. No wonder this place has barely one star if you could give less I would. read more

After a previous bad experience, I try to avoid this location. However we had a few kids over last night so I decided to get some take out breakfast. The breakfast sandwiches were on par but the hash brown "packaging" was a new low for McDonalds. Someone packed all 8 has downs topside down, causing all the grease to saturate the bottom of the bag and transfer onto the Napa leather of my new Navigator! I can't tell you how irritating this is! It's hard to find any kind words, so I'll stop. read more

Waited at the drive thru speaker for 8 minutes to place my order as the next person in line. Then once I got to the speaker it took 6 more minutes for someone to take my order. Love the renovation. The play equipment, as typical of all McD playgrounds, is predictably dirty and gross. But the layout of the restaurant is good. The family play area is perfectly separated.
