A couple months back my husband got 3 meals and came home back to Lyles's with it to find only 1 beef patty on a double big Mack and they also forgot a basket of fries as well. My husband took a pic of the burger as well. So he had called them right away and they promised to send out a voucher and we've never received it so he tried calling this location and asked to speak to a manager..... this girl told him that he wasn't getting no coupon in the mail and that he should call their corporate office. He asked for her name to which she wouldn't give her name. He asked her how long she'd been a "manager" and she said "for a year". He ended the call and I called to speak to a manager and this same girl answered because I asked to speak to a manager and she said it was her and I asked for her name and she said very rudely "your not getting my name" and I find it useless to even try and deal with this type of immature behavior. It ain't lke the old days. Here I bet there is a barcode to charge you for extra air you breath. I ordered a fish sandwich, hold the cheese and a put just a bit more tarter on it. Mcdonalds used to be known for their shakes. I have even heard that their founder was a shake machine salesman when he bought the first restaurant from the McDonald brothers. I used the mobile app today to place an order for dinner for 3 people, including shakes. After arriving a very pleasent young lady came out to inform me that they did not have shakes. She was not the manager. Just a poor kid sent out to do the work of the manager. Surprise surprise. They refunded the cost of the shakes. McDonalds should STOP SELLING SHAKES. Not only that but when we get home with our order part if it was missing. I know I should have checked but I really shouldn't have too. I wish there was a negative star setting. I'm so done paying premium pruces for crap and bad service. read more

There is not an over abundance of fast food restaurants in Centerville so I would stop there most mornings to get some type of breakfast food. For quite a few days in a row they would be out of what I ordered. Finally, I questioned why they kept being out of what I wanted, and I could hear what sounded like the entire staff laughing. I go to this McDonald's on a regular basis and I rarely have an issue. If something happens with my order that I don't expect (missing something or taking a while) it's usually because they are slammed and doing the best they can. Even in those times, the staff are very friendly and correct it without issue. It kills me that people on here are so overdramatic over small issues. Especially when they claim it's absurd they are paying "top dollar" for a $1 McChicken and a $1 coke that didn't end up getting light ice like requested, even though there are 10 cars in the line and it could have been a simple mix-up. Take this from this review: 9/10 they have everything just as I ordered, in a timely manner, with positive staff. If you are receiving bad service, maybe you should check your attitude before going to a McDonalds and acting like you're some goddess of food. read more

Sorry Mc D's but I've had to many times with order mess up's with not getting some of my order and not finding out till I've drove 8 miles home. I've been going there now for over 10 years and can't count how many time's this and other problem's have happen. Since your the only fast {sometime} food place around Centerville, Tn. They are so rude!! I cant touch Styrofoam but they fight me every time I ask for a mc cafe cup instead!! They at first told me it would be 1.20 instead of 1.00 then after a while they decided they didn't need me to be charged extra but about a week ago they decided they wanted to start charging me for 2 cups when I would order one. I finally got upset and told them it was wrong then the manager agreed. Then later I called to apologize for getting upset and they banned me from the restaurant!! They are ridiculous there!! They have more then 1 manager working at a time and they never can agree or decide on anything!! I am glad they banned me so I wont make the mistake of going back!! read more

I am 5 months pregnant and went through drive through they asked me to park cause they were cooking the gravy for my biscuit and gravy and I sat in a parking spot for 25 before i finally went inside and asked about my order and had stand there for another few minutes to even get my order. read more

This establishment charges more money at the cash register than what is posted on their menu. When I tried to discuss this with the manager - she just looked at me, turned her back and then, walked away. The prices at this McDonald's are higher than other McDonald's. I have been a customer here for the convenience but have found it to be very inconvenient to be charged more money than what the menu shows. The service is poor - the workers seldom smile or even look at you. The food has often been barely warm. The orders are often incorrect - not necessarily for me but for other customers. The prices being different and the manager's lack of customer service are the final straw for me. I will not longer spend any more time or money at this McDonald's. read more
