11:37 on a Saturday I guess food was good as far as fast food goes but I didn't eat it. Was picking up food for wife and son and in a hurry to get back to a school event. Long line of cars, both lanes, very busy. An employee from the store decided at that moment it was time to dump soapy water in the drive through right in front of us and keep everyone in line waiting while he scrubbed the concrete. I said something to the young man in the window(when I finally got there) to the effect "maybe lunch rush isn't the best time to scrub the drive-thru concrete. Shouldn't that be done before or after?" To which he responded, "Well lunch rush doesn't start until noon." I looked behind me at the line of cars and proceeded without bothering to argue the point. They did not give us napkins, they did not give us straws. They forgot to include the ranch dipping sauce we ordered, even though we asked for it and it was on the receipt. They also made one of our orders of fries a medium instead of a large as requested. Any one of these things occurring by itself would not have been a big deal here or anywhere else. Taken together it shows an obvious lack of concern for customer service. Way to go guys. You get worst drive-thru experience of the year award. read more

I love in Centerton and this is the very worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The food is typical of McDonald's, but the speed of the service is incredibly slow. I keep thinking it will get better, but 3 years and still agonizing. Be sure to not pull over in th drive thru to wait! You may be there for a half hour! Service and speed are awful!!! read more

Decided to dine in. Ordered 30 mins ago and still no food. Watching the drive thru line go quickly, others coming in and getting food no issue. Very rude people and bad service one of the worst McDonald's I have even been to my girlfriend was paying food and she gave them money and guy looked at it and goes is this fake and she said it's not fake money and he goes I just wanted to make sure. We knew it had a Yelp rating of 1.5 before going there but thought surely, SURELY they've "righted the ship" to up their dismal rating. After all, that's a what conscientious business who wants to clean up their act does. Learn from their mistakes. Do better. But this isn't that business. Apparently they're a slow learner. Went inside and first went to the bathroom. One of the two toilets had feces on it so now we're down to one. The one-ply toilet paper was impossible to pull out and the other stall had none but thankfully we had Kleenex on us. The water was scalding hot when we washed our hands. We then ordered from a kiosk (two Happy Meals) and wait. And wait. And wait. 20-25 minutes later we finally get the two Happy Meals. No special orders. Just TWO HAPPY MEALS! We're now running late and fail to check the "pails" (Halloween pails were the Happy Meals' toys). No napkins and the condiments we ordered on the kiosk were missing. The food was cold and the fries looked like they were cooked yesterday. No joke. Disgusting unless you're into gnawing on rubbery shriveled toothpicks. Disgusting service. Employees don't wash their hands. I was in the restroom and one of the employees came out the stall around 3:30 with a grey crew neck, hat, and dark denim jeans, long hair. Never heard the faucet turn on and grant I was in the urinal which is next to the sink. Considering there's a big sign at the door saying "EMPLOYEES MUST WASH HANDS" makes sense why they had to make it that big. Because of employees like this one. We ordered breakfast at 10:10. Breakfast ends at 10:30. We only live literally 3 minutes away! We got there before 10:30 and by the time it was our turn in line it was 10:34 and they told us our order was canceled. We spoke to a manager whose response was "we don't control the system". Average and run-of-the-mill McDonald's. It has to be either really great (SouthPark in Charlotte) or horrendously bad (I won't point fingers here) to earn anything other than a three star "A-OK". Parking lot is easy and it was tidy. The inside of the restaurant was clean and bright. The crew was on top of it and while I was there, I didn't see any orders get messed up or complaints. Horrible service at this only location. I ordered the same order o get at different Mc Donald's but here at this location they have the worst of the worst service. Always a huge line waiting longer than the usual time, no smile on their employees faces. It's like we are asking for favors! The manager is incompetent and can never solve a problem. I came in today to order a deal 2 sandwiches get 1 at .01 but it's tricky because now you have to read the fine print. Lol. Anyways, I asked the cashier to ask a manger to override it, that's when he came in, spent like 5 min to tell me that the sandwich I was ordering was not included in the deal. I told him that i just ordered the same ticket yesterday and it worked. However, he said to my face (like I wasn't a manager at different store before) that he couldn't override it and that there was nothing he could do! What a vague answer. If I could give half a star this would truly be my score. And that half star would simply be for having a convenient location. This is by far the worst McDonald's from a service standpoint I have ever been to and although I don't expect 5 star service from a fast food place, getting the correct food in a timely manner should at least be an expectation met. The issue is that they are consistently bad with getting your food out. If you go ten times no matter what option you choose, drive thru, curbside, mobile there is a 99% chance you will wait far longer than what's reasonable. Orders are not in succession, you're asked to pull forward so you don't impact their wait time and this gives them the pass to take as long as they want. I feel sorry for such a legendary brand but I guess whoever is responsible for QA doesn't make it out here often. I give this four stars because of the service and the food is usually fresh. My family averages about 50 nuggs a week from this location and we never feel judged even if we go here more than once a day. The staff are always friendly and the macchiato machine is always in service for my wife's go to morning drink. read more

Fortunately the special sauce was so sour I couldn't taste how bad the sandwich really was. Order of old, cold, hard as rock fries with a diet coke that tasted exactly like watered-down Dr. Pepper. Since the remodel the store is nice but the service has gone downhill. The best thing about this restaurant is Kiki and her bubbly personality.
