It didn't take too long for our drinks to be ready, and they brought them to the table for us. My vanilla latte was super tasty, as was hubby's oreo shake. Thick and creamy. I noticed it didn't have whipped cream on it, but it wasn't a huge deal. The burgers came out, and we dived right in. It was hot and juicy which is great. I think next time I won't get the relish on mine (because silly me didn't realize relish came on it, and I'm not the biggest fan of it to begin with). But for a fast food burger joint, it was good.

Which has lead to an extreme diet restriction. Mr.Mikes was willing to adjust there mushroom chicken burger to my needs and at first did a great job at making sure it was modified correctly. Over time they got lazy and ignored the modifications and nearly sent me to the emergency room over not removing the aioli. In one night alone they had to remake the meal 4 times because they kept messing up the food from burnt to incorrectly made. I was not asking for anything crazy in fact I was paying to have a chicken burger made as plain as can be. After having the food repeatedly made wrong I was told the owner would contact me and they never did. Tonight I ordered take out and the food was disgustingly overcooked. The chicken and mushrooms were literal rubber and the bun was rock hard. I was told they'd remake it but it be at least a 30 minute wait as the modifications were "a lot". Once arriving back at the restaurant we were told they will not ever be remaking food for me and if it's made wrong I can just deal with it or not come back ever. You win Mr.Mikes I will absolutely not be coming back. The food you remade tonight was disgraceful. Your customer service is lacking compassion and basic understanding of making sure you don't attempt land someone in emergency surgery. Now I know mistakes happen but over a dozen have happened now and at some point you being to think are they purposely doing this because I'm annoying? I never asked to have an organ fail me. Here's a picture of the insanely small chicken I got remade that tasted wrong and more like fish than chicken. More modern and standard compared to their old location downtown. Service: I talked to two different staff. One when I ordered, and one after I finished my food and was about to leave. Neither could tell me the difference between their first three burgers on the menu. I was told to "look at the pictures". Menu & Food: The new menu gives names to their burgers, but doesn't say what is in them. I only learned what was in the burgers when I went to the DQ website when I was home a couple of days later. The burger patties are now thinner, which explains why there are now triple burgers. The triple burgers probably have the same meat as DQ's previous double burgers. The burger patties are not cooked the same as before, and do not taste as good as before. They used to have a grill taste, but not anymore. Price: The prices are much higher for the same type of thing as before. Last autumn (the last time I ate at a DQ), my meal (burger, fries, drink), was a total of $11.74. This time it was $16.79 for the comparable meal. DQ used to be my first choice for burgers. Not anymore. As for this location, I can't ignore the lack of knowledge of the staff for what they are serving.
