McDonald's - The Grinch Big Mac Meal. Is this look like Big Mac? - Fast Food Near Me - California, Maryland

The food was sloppy made. The lettuce was all over the place. The sauce was on the side of the burger. The fries were cold.

Trash. Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes before just driving away. Go somewhere else to eat. Don't waste your time or money.

Very rude staff eggs not done... waste of money... was asked to park in a parking spot after going through drive thru... let manager know last time they got my order completely wrong and I am running late they still made me pull up... never using this McDonald's again.. read more

This McDonald's has gone down the toilet. It's not even worth it to try anymore. I cannot emphasize enough that I have NO issues with any age, gender, or ethnicity. But when I place an order and have to repeat myself 4 times because they don't understand me and they STILL mess the order up, it's incredibly frustrating. Orange Hi-C instead or Orange juice. A biscuit instead of a McGriddle. And this is after waiting in the reserved spot for 15 minutes for two sandwiches and a hash brown. This morning was the last straw. I wouldn't even come through this drive through again for a large fry. It's sad how fast things in this county are deteriorating. read more

By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. From the absence of customer service, 30-45 minute wait times for the drive through, cold food, managers on duty slacking off with employees blatantly in front of customers and overall rude attitude is crazy.... You're either standing inside waiting for food that either was completely skipped in line or told to park in a spot after waiting in the drive through line 30 minutes just to wait another 30 minutes before going inside to ask about your order... read more

They're inconsistent with what time they allow customers to order lunch. They constantly get orders incorrect both mobile and in-store.

Love how the phone number on the site needs to be updated since you changed your number and thank you for almost killing either me or my daughter. Order two apple pies you guy gave us pumpkin to which we are both severely allergic. Pay attention to what your handing people. read more

First actual problem here. Order was wrong, but since only the drive thru was open, could not go inside to correct that. Had to walk to the the window and inconvenience another customer in a car. Sigh. read more

Don't even have Fanta. Kept giving us Hi-C instead. We just left and I got one from home. Horrible service.

This is just ridiculous I had to wait in the drive through for 10 minutes and they still messed my order up, yesterday wet and cold food today missing items and long waiting just disgusting read more

McDonald's - The receipt - Fast Food Near Me - California, Maryland

I wish I could give zero stars. Sat in drive thru line for breakfast and after a 6 minute wait I went inside as it was 10:30. Waited inside for 5 minutes to be helped and was told I'm five minutes late for breakfast. I informed them I've been waiting in line for more than 10 minutes. Asked for the manager and was very rudely, unprofessionally told, "oh well." This is the second time we had an issue with the same manager. The first time was waiting in a ridiculously long line for milk shakes just to be told the milkshake machine is not working, after they took our money and she gave us a hard time about refunding our money. read more

Awful customer service. Manager was barking orders that no one agreed with. Very poor atmosphere.

Never in all my life, have I had a hard bun from McDonald's. I got a fish filet and was given a hard a&$ bun. Crunchy, crispy, solid, dry, built to last, indestructible a$& bun. I get that it's late so they probably had it sitting there all night, but they should have steamed it real fast. Trifiling. read more

Wrong sandwich, asked for Sauces (multiple) only got 1. Still had onions on sandwich. I was the only one in line so I don't understand how y'all couldn't just make it right. The lady at the window though was extremely nice. read more

First off i had bad customer service, second i didn't receive my order well, third of all i received a mcdouble with no patty. I order 2 ice caramel coffees and they came out too strong like they wanted to revive the dead. Then i ordered a hot coffee and there was a rat inside of my coffee. I don't recommend this place read more

I brought two 6 pieces kids meala AND MY KIDS NUGGETS WHERE RAW ALL OF THEM & they have the nerve to not have a working freaking phone

Waited in the drive-thru for at least 20 min. The cars wrapped around the building and into the street. Fries were dumped all over the bag, the food was not fresh, and it was the wrong order entirely. We will never return. read more

Customer service needs improvement. The workers there seem like they don't really care. They'll answer you and walk away afterwards. read more

Absolute worst service I've ever had in my 30 year life. I would probably pay my friends and family to NOT go here. I like Dairy Queen (obviously since I was there), but I question if they've ever heard the words "customer service" in their lives. So incredibly rude. Instead of working out a simple issue, it was a very sharp "Well, I don't know what you want me to do about it", followed by a long, awkward dinner time where they were actively talking with each other negatively about the situation. Please don't go here. They don't deserve your money. read more

I have now sent the same burger back 3 times! How hard is it to make a bacon double with ketchup, onions, leaf lettuce, and pickle....apparently harder than thought. The eye rolls i received each time were beyond belief! Not stopping here ever again! I will not stop ever again here. read more

Didn't leave any sauce in the bag. Last time chicken nuggets were burnt. Bad McDonald's with poor quality control. It's worst with night orders. I usually don't write reviews for McDonalds and instead report my complaint over the phone to the manager but they did not pick up the phone when I called on December, 17 2018 at 9:26PM. read more

When ordering in the drive up, they ignored me part of the time. And when I asked if they had a cheeseburger on the $1 menu they said they didn't. So I said I'd take a number 7 meal. I got up to the window and I only get a cheeseburger? read more

Had a decent experience here. Customer service was excellent. They were friendly and social, as well as treated me like a person. The food wasn't cold, but wasn't hot... It was warm. For the most part they got the order correct. read more

Not only are they slowly as hell and never get orders right. The guy in the Drive-through just asked me for a cigaret

Horrible place! Been sitting in curbside for 20 minutes & everything they've brought out was wrong! I ordered 20 piece spicy McNuggets with ketchup, small fry & large sweet tea. First, they handed me a large Coke & I saw the carbonation bubbles & told them it was supposed to be tea. Came out the second time & tried to hand me a large fry & that's it. I told them I ordered a spicy McNuggets & a small fry with a tea. Came out the third time with a tea & a small fry & totally forgot about my McNuggets! and the tea was unsweet, STILL not what I ordered! Still waiting on the rest of my order, hopefully it's correct this time so I can just leave and never return! read more

Slow as molasses....must tell them to make food fresh 9/10 times or you will get cold dried out food

This is the second time I have had to sit in the drive thru "pick up here spot" for more then 15 minutes. I have seen a number of cars go by me but have still not received my one burger and fries. Worst service ever. read more

I try hard to support local businesses but can no longer do so for this establishment. Orders are very rarely right, fries are always cold...but service does come with a smile. Ronald would not be happy with this place! read more

I like the friendly people at this McDonald's. It is clean with a great layout. The food is always prepared the way I ordered.

This is the worst location in St. Mary's County. With the exception of Patrick, I have nothing but horrible customer service. Their staff truly shows lack of care for their mistakes. I am never greeted at the window and the staff never smiles. I understand that this is a fast food chain, but they should still treat paying customers with respect. When I called to report my concerns, they only offered a free meal. I plan to call corporate on this location. In addition to the customer service, the food is also very spotty. They typically serve burgers very messy and mediocre tasting. read more

Service is terrible! Sometimes we wait for 15 minutes to get our order...what happened to the fast food idea! Food order is always wrong when we go here. I keep telling myself we won't go back...but in a pinch we end up there. When you go to McDonalds you want fresh hot fries...well they lack in this area. Every time we have been there, I have to go back in after going thru the drive thru and request fresh hot fries! If I am going to blow my healthy eating at McDonalds, they better give me fresh hot fries not limp cold fries that have been sitting around. read more

This place is so terrible every time I come here the order is either wrong or they forget about you and take 20 minutes and even says that they don't know what you are talking about when you complain read more

This place is the worst. Just like others stated the drive thru is sooooo slow. It's not a drive thru its a drive and sit. make sure you check your bag before you leave because chances are it's wrong. I live right next to this place but will go somewhere else to avoid it. read more

This McDonalds can't seem to get its act together. My order is wrong every time and the wait is extremely long, sometimes more than a half hour. I've given up as there is no point in complaining to the manager - they have an excuse for everything. read more

Ok, it's 2:30 am and I've had to wait to get my meal not to mention that they are only accepting cash...I've been told this several times at this location I am really beginning to believe that there is some shady dealings going on in this restaurant. You wait for 15 minutes or more at a fast food chain drive through window... REALLY??? Who does that? If they are not able to produce all menu items 24 hours a day they should note that on the menu and on the app. It's absolutely ridiculous that the level of incompetence is off the charts during the late night/ early morning hours. If they are unable to provide the same level of competency and customer service that the 1pm customer to the 1 am customer they should not be open 24 hours a day. It's unfortunate that an iconic restaurant such as McDonalds can not maintain a level of excellence to its customer that has patronized them for generations! read more

I work night shift, so my experience may be different than most. I usually arrive around 11:15p. The drive-thru is usually brisk, my order has never been wrong, the food has been hot-to-warm, and I'm grateful for the expanded breakfast menu. Frankly, I think the night crew is pretty amazing. I can order nearly anything on the menu at that late hour and have it in my hands in 6-7 minutes. Despite all the bad comments from the spoiled 16-25 year olds (who, by the way, wouldn't last 2 shifts in your shoes) you folks do a pretty darn good job. Ps.....be sure to drop some pies around 11p! read more

Slowest drive thru ever. There are two order intercoms but the first one never seems to work. This McDs gives a bad name to fast food.
