The food was sloppy made. The lettuce was all over the place. The sauce was on the side of the burger. The fries were cold.

Trash. Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes before just driving away. Go somewhere else to eat. Don't waste your time or money.

This McDonald's has gone down the toilet. It's not even worth it to try anymore. I cannot emphasize enough that I have NO issues with any age, gender, or ethnicity. But when I place an order and have to repeat myself 4 times because they don't understand me and they STILL mess the order up, it's incredibly frustrating. Orange Hi-C instead or Orange juice. A biscuit instead of a McGriddle. And this is after waiting in the reserved spot for 15 minutes for two sandwiches and a hash brown. This morning was the last straw. By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. From the absence of customer service, 30-45 minute wait times for the drive through, cold food, managers on duty slacking off with employees blatantly in front of customers and overall rude attitude is crazy.... You're either standing inside waiting for food that either was completely skipped in line or told to park in a spot after waiting in the drive through line 30 minutes just to wait another 30 minutes before going inside to ask about your order... read more

They're inconsistent with what time they allow customers to order lunch. They constantly get orders incorrect both mobile and in-store.

Love how the phone number on the site needs to be updated since you changed your number and thank you for almost killing either me or my daughter. Order two apple pies you guy gave us pumpkin to which we are both severely allergic. Pay attention to what your handing people. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. Sat in drive thru line for breakfast and after a 6 minute wait I went inside as it was 10:30. Waited inside for 5 minutes to be helped and was told I'm five minutes late for breakfast. I informed them I've been waiting in line for more than 10 minutes. Asked for the manager and was very rudely, unprofessionally told, "oh well." This is the second time we had an issue with the same manager. Absolute worst service I've ever had in my 30 year life. I would probably pay my friends and family to NOT go here. I like Dairy Queen (obviously since I was there), but I question if they've ever heard the words "customer service" in their lives. So incredibly rude. Horrible place! Been sitting in curbside for 20 minutes & everything they've brought out was wrong! I ordered 20 piece spicy McNuggets with ketchup, small fry & large sweet tea. First, they handed me a large Coke & I saw the carbonation bubbles & told them it was supposed to be tea. Came out the second time & tried to hand me a large fry & that's it. I told them I ordered a spicy McNuggets & a small fry with a tea. Came out the third time with a tea & a small fry & totally forgot about my McNuggets! and the tea was unsweet, STILL not what I ordered! This is the worst location in St. Mary's County. With the exception of Patrick, I have nothing but horrible customer service. Their staff truly shows lack of care for their mistakes. I am never greeted at the window and the staff never smiles. I understand that this is a fast food chain, but they should still treat paying customers with respect. When I called to report my concerns, they only offered a free meal. I plan to call corporate on this location. In addition to the customer service, the food is also very spotty. Service is terrible! Sometimes we wait for 15 minutes to get our order...what happened to the fast food idea! Food order is always wrong when we go here. I keep telling myself we won't go back...but in a pinch we end up there. When you go to McDonalds you want fresh hot fries...well they lack in this area. I work night shift, so my experience may be different than most. I usually arrive around 11:15p. The drive-thru is usually brisk, my order has never been wrong, the food has been hot-to-warm, and I'm grateful for the expanded breakfast menu. Frankly, I think the night crew is pretty amazing. I can order nearly anything on the menu at that late hour and have it in my hands in 6-7 minutes. Despite all the bad comments from the spoiled 16-25 year olds (who, by the way, wouldn't last 2 shifts in your shoes) you folks do a pretty darn good job. Ok, it's 2:30 am and I've had to wait to get my meal not to mention that they are only accepting cash...I've been told this several times at this location I am really beginning to believe that there is some shady dealings going on in this restaurant. You wait for 15 minutes or more at a fast food chain drive through window... REALLY??? Who does that? If they are not able to produce all menu items 24 hours a day they should note that on the menu and on the app. It's absolutely ridiculous that the level of incompetence is off the charts during the late night/ early morning hours. If they are unable to provide the same level of competency and customer service that the 1pm customer to the 1 am customer they should not be open 24 hours a day.
