Today was final straw for this Brookville Indiana McDonald's. the last 3 visits I've asked for fresh fries and received fries that have sat all day or they dropped them in the fryer again. Brown hard , and inedible. This was at 4 pm btw. So if you're going through Brookville to the lake this summer avoid at all costs. Waste of time and money. read more

Husband and I stopped here October 1st, 2023 on the way home from the Brookville show. I went in and ordered while he relocated the camper on the road. Got back in the camper and gave him his food. Opened my sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin to this. I was shocked and sad as I was quite hungry. No, we didn't go back because we didn't have time. Very, very dirty. Smelled like body odor. Worker behind the counter told someone to "Shut the fu#* up." Luke warm, limp fries and only gave us 10 nuggets when we ordered the 20 piece. Also gave us a strawberry sundae instead of a strawberry shake. Not a pleasant experience. read more

I don't know why this location has terrible reviews. Are people expecting 4 star dining out of a fast food establishment? Or do I just have low expectations? Family and I had been driving around for a few hours to get out of the house and before we headed home we thought it would be a good idea to eat to avoid the hangries. Our crew of six all ordered meals and the total was just under $40. The kid working the drive through was hands down the most polite kid I've ever seen working in fast food. We went in to wash our hands the restrooms were dirty, toilets were so bad you couldn't use them, no soap or hand sanitizer. The kitchen itself was also nasty, trash all over the floor, grease, and pop splashed on the cups. This McDonald's is the worst. We ordered 2 biscuits and a sausage sandwich, waited 10 minutes, asked for order status and received a blank stare. When the lady behind me said she had been waiting 20 minutes, I politely asked for a refund. I received another blank stare. Worst McDonalds I have ever visited. I watched as literally every single order was incorrect. The person taking my order inside at the register could not understand that I wanted two fish sandwich meals, medium. She tried to understand but could not. then I ordered two buttermilk chicken tenders from the 2 dollar menu on the board behind her, and she said they didnt have "such a thing". There was a seperate line of 3 to 6 people just for those who came in from their car to get items they ordered that were not included. it was so ridiculous it was funny. My girlfriend and I needed food for her family so we grabbed some money and headed to McDonald's, since we were in a rush we only had enough money for 4 McChickens, we were asked to move into one of the drive in parking spots. for nearly 15-20 minutes we watched 6 cars pass with a lot more food than what we had, 4 of which we watched as they unraveled McChickens while checking they had it all. read more

Worst McDonalds we have ever been to this is the second problem we have experienced with this Mcdonalds and the people who worked the drive thru thought you could not hear them but the Boy who gave the drinks was standing there mocking every word I said to him when placing my order was told we are out of Diet Coke so I got a sweet tea and was charged extra for it she said oh it comes with your meal but I was charged for an ungrade on the drink WTF so when I asked about it she says oh sweet tea is extra so I told her to give me dr pepper because I wouldnt be charged extra for it she shut the window on me this by far is the worst McDonalds I have ever seen dont know how the crew memebers and management still have jobs here. I will never be back to this mcdonalds again I have been to the mcdonalds in Batesville and in connersville they are by far better than this one and anyone who wants McDonalds stay away from this one here.
