Taking a friend to Brooklyn for special occasion, I was fortunate to not have to sit in the car because of the McDonald's on the corner. The parking lot a really big. The have a drive thru and a late night pick up window. The aesthetics are beautiful and colorful. There's not much going on in the lobby accept for one guy sleeping. The dining area was very clean and inviting but there is room for improvement. The one cashier was taking orders and on the interim cleaning the dining area. The cashier's were very pleasant and courteous. I so surprised that the didn't insist that I use the kiosk. I would have walked out of the did. I order an ice cream cone and a milk shake. I asked to if I needed a code for the bathroom, she kindly replied, I assist you with that. It was very pleasant inside so I went to the car to get my laptop to surf the net for a bit. I came back to get my order and the other cashier was patiently waiting to give me my order. Today was a good day and I don't see how there are one star reviews. Just my opinion! read more

my husband and I just went through the drive thru (1am 3/12) after we left his mom at the hospital. we just wanted the new Krispy Kreme donuts and knew we might not have a shot the girl who helped us was so sweet and polite. and when we got to the pay window she was even sweeter. what a wonderful thing to just have someone be nice. it's a rare thing and she deserves for someone to say she is wonderful. Every time I visit this McDonald's, either the person at the drive thru or the person handing the food to you is in a bad mood, rude, and bothered by your presence. Don't bother asking for anything special, they won't follow directions. Totally get everyone has bad days but when it's every time? Just went tonight, and service was just as predictable as always. This time though to my surprise, not one burger that had a special order, i.e. no pickles or tomato's was labeled. It was a guess what of food. Then when I go to open the Big Mac, it's flipped inside out with the buns between the burgers. One of the worst McDonald's out there. read more

I couldn't believe my plain order was this distasteful. I don't anything from here besides their fries and not even that they could get right. I always order a large fries light salt and a small mango pineapple smoothie. My fries were hard, stale and cold. You could tell they weren't fresh and the bottom of the fryer fries. Then to make things worst the smoothie was sooooo tart. I'm highly disappointed and when I called to speak to someone no one answered. Trash McDonald's. Inside was dirty, food took forever and the buns were stale. I had two people in front of me and it still took 30 minutes.

They have a 24 hour drive thru Average micky d's, roll the dice, sometimes its good food, good service, smooth sailing, then other times bad bad bad! typical menu, sometimes they run out of stuff. Small main level, but they have upstairs seating. Parking lot is also kind of small. read more

I got here around 10 Am for a second breakfast. I had breakfast at home but I had been out since 8 AM and knew I wouldn't get home earlier than 1 PM for lunch so I stopped in here before I took the subway to Manhattan. I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel. It took about 10 minutes I looked at the sandiwch. There were two slices of cheese, American I believe. If It was up to me I wouldn't even give this trash location a star. Such rude unmannered employees don't even understand the basics of their job. I visited this location around 1 am. My order consisted of a 1- Oreo mc flurry, 1 -20 piece chicken nuggets with small fries, then a coupon for 5$ 20 piece chicken nuggets, 1- small fries.1- large Sprite, 1- coffee. In the middle of me taking my order, the employee left for a minute or two. Understandable no worries! I proceed to head to the window and I pay my total (16.25). (I GOT MY ORDER WRONG - 1 of my chicken nuggets and fries was not included) I proceeded to hand her 20$ with the .15 (change, that way she'd only give me full bills and everyone's life would be easier) she then hands me 3.75 rather than 4$. I don't care but my family members let her know hey she made a mistake. She just doesn't care and starts becoming rude having a passive-aggressive tone, this is what ticked everyone off because it's basic math 1, and 2 no need to be even ruder: you already got my order wrong and now u can't give me my correct change cmon. She then brings in the manager, we explain the situation, and surprise surprise she can't do math either ! She begins raising her tone and telling me there's nothing she can do, (again I don't care it's just about the way they went about things) they shut the window closed and my parents are in the back seat. They see how disrespectful this woman is being and immediately tell them they have no manners and to have a good day! Overall don't go to this place! Don't waste your time. this place is terrible. bad service and bad food. Many times they are "out" of certain items, like apple pies. Sometimes there machines are not working, like the frappe machine. Drive through line is crazy most of the time. Employees are not friendly at all and have made mistakes with my order several times. Worst of all, food is not fresh. Many times chicken nuggets are rubbery, French fries are cold and burgers are dry, like the food is old. I get grossed when food is not served to me hot, because we all know heat kills bacteria. sometimes there are people asking for money in the drive through, annoying!! super duper thumbs down on the customer service!! I know that this is just McDonalds BUT customer service is customer service and today...this McDonalds...gets the ultimate FAIL!! I wish that I could give negative stars! I only go to McDonalds when my mother wants a shake and I typically go to another one (as you will see by my check-ins). Anyway, this one was closer to my niece's school. So, I ordered and the order was repeated to me...verbatim. Good...so I get to the window to pay and the young lady repeats the correct order to me...AGAIN. Then, she tells me that she will bring the receipt to me at the next window. I get my order and it is missing two drinks and an order of fries. The manager says that I was not charged for the order of fries. Okay, fine. Mistakes happen...I gave him my card to pay a little over two dollars for the dang fries. Then, we wait...and wait...and wait....finally; one of the workers who assisted with my order comes back MUCH LATER and asks me..."what are you waiting for?" Seriously?! What the hello do you think I am waiting for?!?! Calmly I state..."my fry and drinks." Then the manager proceeds to tell me that I didn't pay for the drinks either. I kindly asked, "Does the happy meal come with a drink?" "Oh yes," he replied. So he gives me the lemonade for the kid's meal (correct) and a children's meal apple juice (wrong). I ask "why am I receiving two drinks for the happy meal??" The manager says that the young lady (who took my order) charged me for that. I asked for my receipt and he kindly gave it to me. So he was correct, the nice young lady (I must not call her what I really want to call her) repeated my order to me (TWICE) but entered it incorrectly! Are her fingers disconnected to her brain?! Anyway...the kind manager (because I cannot possibly call him anything else...i.e., slow) asks me if I want to make the kid's drink a large to make up for the mistake. UMMM NO.....I would like an iced tea. He could not and would not give me the $1.19 iced tea for their mistake. First of all, he should have given me the drink due to the mistakes. Secondly, what 5 (FIVE) year old is going to drink a large strawberry lemonade smoothie in addition to her happy meal?! Well, should I say "average" or "under average" size child. My niece is very tiny and thin. BUT STILL!! What the hello?!?! What happened to customer service?! Okay...I'm done with this rant! This location is like home to me, always go to this one. The downside is that when it gets busy they can't sometime keep up with the amount of customers they have, but they try their best to make sure they complete your oder as fast as they can, with everything to your satisfaction with a smile. Even though sometime you will get a little huffy because of the wait but when you get your order you are very well satisfied. Especially when you sip the first sip of your frappé. read more

This is a good place to get food but some of the food is very nasty. I went to get chicken nuggets there was bone inside and black pepper inside the chicken nugget. I went to the drive thur and the wait was not bad this time BUT when I got the order the french fries and the chicken nuggets was burnt and when I ask for them to be changed the cashier told us "that all the fried food is going to be like that because of the oil".
