As far as McDonalds goes this one seems good. It is a newer building with modern design. Lobby was clean. Food came hot and fast. Consistent with other food taste which is the nice thing about McDs you know what to expect. Price was under $6 for a whole meal. Best value you will find. read more

Went through the drive through thinking they'd be less likely to mess up my order since I wasn't a door dash order, their accuracy rate on orders through door dash went from like 80% accurate to maybe 40%. Now it's even when I go there myself. Ordered 2 bacon McDoubles just the sandwiches and a 6 piece nugget meal for my daughter and crispy chicken meal for my mom. The only meal they got even close to right was the crispy chicken. They forgot to put the nuggets or fries in the bag but remembered the sauce and drink, and they made both my BACON McDouble sandwiches upside down and without BACON! I went almost 7 years without eating McDonalds and the only reason I started again was because my kid is a picky eater and only wanted nuggets if we got fast food. She's also Autistic, I was able to get her to start eating regular cheese burgers PLAIN, but the dip wad working in the kitchen that day put pickles on a PLAIN burger. Basically ruined her on cheeseburgers anywhere, she says now she can't eat them without tasting pickles. So thanks McDonalds for ruining another evening and making my kid and I who were looking for a fast meal after a busy day resort to Mac and cheese at home. If I could go for 0 stars I would. These kids shouldn't be getting paid $15-$17 an hour if that's the kind of work they do, I know plenty of people struggling in trade jobs for the same or less and they do 3-4 times the amount of work these lazy people do. Oh and let's just ignore the people working on the register and second window their monsters and redbulls right where food is handled or the two employees standing there smoking cigarettes right by the drive through that went back inside the second we showed up. If I honestly could I'd give this place negative stars. Literally every time I go here they mess up my order. I use my rewards so they know it's me ordering and they mess it up every time! 12 minute wait in drive thru and then told to pull over to side to wait another 15 minutes for two cheeseburgers and two hamburgers.

A hungry customer such as myself late in the evening could also be very unsatisfied with this service provider. As I approached the counter, I stood there for at least 3 minutes without any sort of acknowledgement from staff. I ordered through the kiosk and stood for another few minutes waiting on my order. A female supervisor snobbishly informed me that "the lobby doesn't take any orders after 8PM". With the doors wide OPEN and NO signage how was I supposed to know? At this point I was waiting on my one ice cream for about 10 minutes. I had to ask a staff member if my order was even being made- which he then kindly made my ice cream. McDonald's is the place to go if you are only going to order french fries or if you are too intoxicated to drive and are not afraid to walk in the drive-thru lane at 2:30am. Outside of that they are somewhere in 10th place for fast food restaurants in town that has perhaps 10-12 fast food restaurants. In my last 5 visits to McD I think they got the order wrong 4 times. A happy meal is not very happy when a toddler gets no french fries and no chocolate milk. Somehow those apple slices just don't cut it in that situation. I also love pulling ahead into the bizarre waiting space that is always full and waiting for nuggets (waiting... waiting... waiting...). Of course then the nuggets are like golden fire while the rest of my food is ice cold. I love McDonald's I just don't love the Brooking's McDonalds. read more

Personally I love McDonald's but there are some down sides. Some of the workers are always crabby and never really happy. And I love there bacon Big Macs but when I got one there was NO BACON and I was sitting here like what? On the grill slip it said BACON BIG MAC right on the slip but that was a disappointing situation. They did this TWO TIMES. The second time I went up and the lady said, " can you just take bacon on the side?" I was like oh my gosh are you kidding? Stopped on our way through at the Brookings McDonalds. Ordered a couple nugget meals, large size with Coke and Sweet tea. Got to the window to get food and the guy hands us the drinks, and one of the straws was broken so we asked for another, and we got attitude from him, but he did give us the straw. After about 30 seconds, he hands the food out, looked in the bag and noticed the sauce was missing so we asked for the sauce and he got us some. We then asked if the fries we supposed to be large size. He looks at us and says.....well how am I supposed to know ( with attitude). We decided it wasn't worth waiting for. We pull away and get the fries out to eat, and the fries looked and tasted like they had been sitting for a long time and just warmed for us. But the chicken nuggets were so overcooked and dry that the sauce packs didn't even help. And then to top it off we got NO napkins. This was the worst McDonalds I have been too. Have been to this McDonalds plenty of times and have not had good experiences, needless to say this may have been the straw that broke the camels back. Found hair in our French Fries, one time. They replaced them, but had lost my appetite. In the evening the lobby area and tables are always dirty, along with the soda station and self serve counter. The last straw was when we went threw drive threw for our meal, paid and meal was reviewed, went to the next window and the server again reviewed our order and stated that it would be a minute for the Cheeseburger (no Pickles) kids meal with go gurt . Eventually it came and we went on our way, was down the road several stop lights and come to find out we didn't even get a cheeseburger kids meal, we were given a 4 piece McNuggets meal with apple slices. I turned the vehicle around went back, parked and went in (the entire point of the drive threw is to grab and go). The kid behind the counter looked at me and said "did we for get something" I said "this isn't our order" he turns and said loudly "found the 4 piece nuggets" as he was putting to together our order.
