I've visited this location twice using the App to do a mobile order. Bothe times the food was delivered to my car quickly, it tasted fresh, they included ketchup , napkins, and my straw. It might be the best McDonald's I've visited in ages. They seem to have an efficient team! read more

2 drive thru lanes. Fast courteous service. Not much taste in egg Mcmuffin. Oatmeal okay, could have been hotter. If you are getting off I-55, you can't turn left into the place. This McDonald's location is very hit or miss. Sometimes you will go in and get prompt service and the order is perfect. But since they put in the ordering kiosks it has went downhill. All the kiosks have done is slow down everything. Had many times I place an order at the kiosks. Then had to wait 10 minutes at the register to pay for my order. It seems to depend on which manager is in the store. If it is the tallish white woman with frizzy hair the service is good. But if you go in an see a manager that looks like a bootleg Alicia Keys leave. Every time I go and Bootleg Alicia Keys is there I end up waiting 15 to 20 minutes for my food. Had one time I went at 2am.There was no one in the store or in the drive thru. I ordered my food. Paid for it and was asked to go pull to the side cause it would be a few minutes. I waited 18 minutes. Walk in to see where my food was,and they hadn't even started preparing it. read more

I was ordering some food and I wasn't done ordering and the person didn't even give me time to say what else I wanted before cutting me off and telling me to drive around. I got up to the first window and I told the worker and they said nothing to me like they didn't even care. I paid and went to the second window and when I said thank you for my food the worker responded with "yep" which is so unprofessional and rude. Bad bad service. And my food is cold. read more

This location is hit, and miss. As a local, and somebody that generally grabs something quick often this is my go too, so I'd have a pretty good opinion on it. I know most people don't look at reviews for McDonald's, but I'll give my two cents. It's hard getting in and out of here for one thing. It's hard to get into one of the two lanes for the drive through cause traffic backs up into the road. And if you decide to try to leave when in the drive thru, good luck. You're stuck till you're already at the box to order.. maybe.. you usually get blocked in. DO NOT PARK. The parking is RIGHT beside the drive thru, so if you manage to park.. good luck trying to get out cause the drive through lanes are the parking lot, so you can't back out and leave! So if anything go park at Waffle House next door, and walk over. Service.. classic McDonald's. People that seem to hate their lives. Occasionally you'll get lucky with nice people. Other than that typical fast food, "I don't want to be here" attitudes. OH! And little complaint but it always frustrates me.. if you order chicken nuggets.. dont bother expecting getting your sauce, or when they're handing you your bag go ahead and tell them what sauce you already told them when you ordered cause it WILL NOT be there. I NEVER get my sauce when I get them.. and you can't exactly park like I explained earlier on to go in and get them so it makes it impossible. Same goes for straws, and napkins. Window states free sausage biscuit for veterans on Veterans Day and lady at counter said we aren't doing that. No reason given. Don't need recognition for being a veteran but an appreciation for those who served overall would be nice. read more

Brookhaven MS McDonald's is the worst. This Wal-Mart always gets the prder wrong then we have to wait 10-15 min to get your order corrected. The ice cream machine is never working. I made an order through the app and they came out and told me that the frappachino did not work. The fries are never hot. When I go to Natchez I always get exactly what I ask for in a timely manner.. Brookhaven McDonald's always have you pull forward. When you pull forward its several cars in front of you pulled over also waiting on their order. The people working inside always seem to have an attitude. Instead of would you like to add anything else to your order tbey say "what else" with an attitude. read more

This McDonald's was very clean, I will say that much. The customer service, however, was poor. I went in to use the restrooms and got my order through the drive through. I ordered a coffee, and when I received it, it was honestly about 60% full... so I went inside a little asked if they could fill it all the way up. The employee took my cup, brought it around back, brought it back to me and asked "if that was enough?" Like it was an inconvenience for them to have to fill a cup that I paid for (which still was not all the way full!!)... and then said nothing more when I thanked her.
