This location is pretty good. Way better than the hunts point location nearby. I would rather come here any day than the hunts point location. The AC is always good and working. The bathrooms are always open to customers. They work fast and the food is always good and warm. They always bring it to my table when i put the tent up. No real complaints besides that the tables could be cleaner. However when you ask them to clean the table, they will and do not have an attitude. Definitely would not recommend this particular McDonalds. I went through the drive thru and ordered McChicken, cheeseburger and a Diet Coke. Both burgers were cold and cheeseburger had no cheese and barely any sauce on it. I would've gone back but was already miles away when I noticed. Also the cashier took my phone to pay with my Apple Pay. During these COVID times, the cashiers shouldn't be handling anything. I went on Monday September 25 with my sister and neice and nephew for a "quick bite". I ordered 2 parfaits so my sister could try one out. I opened mine and started eating mine and there was a long hair in my food I almost threw up. Who does the hiring here to let something like this happen? You can pass diseases through hair! I would NEVER recommend this nasty location to anyone! The lot smells like hot piss & I think there is a bum that resides in the back corner of the restaurant. Very nasty! This place is a convenient to stop for a bite but as far as the service goes... couple times I waked off with a wrong order, often they don't have a diet cola but even if they do you have to watch out: they pour a regular coke into your cup. I'll be nice and give them two stars. In a span of nine days, I visited six times for breakfast. The two stars are for consistency. The dictionary defines consistency as "The achievement of a level of performance that does not vary greatly in quality over time. There it is in a nutshell. Their customer service & quality of food are consistently stuck in the two star range. A longer than average wait. Not to mention the wait is not worth it. How do you mess up Hash Browns? Had to do a birthday party here last minute and all was a great and smooth process until a woman by the name of "Jessica " who is the manager at this location rudely approached us. Rather than introducing herself as the "manager" she rudely said "you booked this party but you do not get the room to yourself, its open to the public so not sure where you heard that at and I got mad parents getting at me,so no" and rudely removed a notice placed on our door for my nephews birthday. Her unprofessionalism is a bad reflection on the name, we did have a young lady by the name Jade who remained professional and attentive aside from the commotion from Jessica's actions. A note to Mc.Donalds, please be very careful on who you decide to appointment to manage your site, this women is beyond unprofessional and needs to be trained on how to handle your customers. Worst Macdonald's location I've ever been too , no lie. You make small simple orders and they seemingly go out of their way to get it wrong every single time. McDonalds at 875 Garrison ave, Bronx,NY Went with my family to have lunch, order 2 happy meals for my kids, and 2 crispy chicken sandwich for me and my wife, took about 20 minutes to get my food, the people preparing the food in the back were playing around, insulting and and disrespecting the manager and cashiers when they were being asked for the food, when I finally got my food, went to the table, open the boxes and both chicken sandwich were disgusting, soaked in grease, overcooked and burned, when I spoke to the manager and showed her the sandwiches she told me that they look like that because of the oil being old and burned, but that the sandwiches were fine to eat, I was so amazed of her response, she did not care at all, she did not even offer to replace the sandwiches or anything, then she just came to me and asked for my card so she could refund me the money for the 2 sandwiches, unbelievable, the most disgusting way you could treat a customer, I would never go back to that McDonalds or any other in my life............... read more

I work in Hunts Point sometimes very late and there are really minimum choices to dine at. I gave this place one star because they dont have half stars. I pull into the parking lot and usually see a rat or racoon going through the trash! Not a good start. You can wait 20 minutes at the drive thru with only three cars in front of you! My orders are wrong on so many times even when I asked them to double check it. Sometimes there are homeless people begging for money after the drive thur! Thats nothing though! What really irks me is there lack of manners. They never say please when they ask for money. For example. They say ten dollars. I say ten dollars what! So confused and ghetto. The girls get frustrated and call the manger. Its ten dollars please. Respect the customer. Also spent time at the drive thru only to be told they are out of burgers! I'm like WTF! This mcdonald's is the worst place I have ever eat from. I ordered three salads, and salads are meant to be green. All the salads were spoiled and brown. The sandwich bread seems like it fell on the ground and they used it. There service is poor, they lack the acknowledge of the specials. I am waiting to see if I got sick from the food.
