This McDonald is by far the worse McDonald's I have ever been too. The customer service here is appalling. The cashier walked off when I was next In line and said nothing. I stood in line for 8-10 minutes waiting for the cashier while he continued to help other customer and ignored me completely. After the cashier walked by the register and me for the fifth time, I had to call him and ask if he could help me with my order. Not only did the cashier continue to be rude to me and show he didn't want to assist me, the Store manager on duty actually defended the cashier actions instead of an apology to me for the disrespect I received from the cashier. If this is the kind of service McDonald provides to disabled individuals then shame on them. I have reached out to the corporate office for them to intervene in the matter. Sincerely, A Concerned Customer read more

After wrapping up a demanding 10-12 hour night shift six days a week, this McDonald's has become my go-to spot in the early morning hours. The drive-thru team is always kind, attentive, and ensures my order is spot-on, a level of service that truly stands out. There's something uniquely satisfying about enjoying their food after a long shift; it always hits the spot. What makes it even better is the warmth of their service. A friendly smile and a kind gesture go a long way after a tough day at work, and I deeply appreciate their efforts. I also love the convenience of their 24-hour service. Whether I'm craving a late-night dinner or an early breakfast (depending on when I clock out), they've got me covered. No photos this time--it's usually a drive-thru and eat-on-the-way-home kind of situation! Kudos to this team for making my mornings brighter. Thank you! read more

Quick in and out through drive through. I had missed a rewards deal when placing my order. I was able to have it added at the window when I was paying. Everything was 100% correct upon picking up. read more

If I could of rated a ZERO star I would!! I literally said "can I have two sausage burritos from the Mcvalue menu" (the burrito itself is 2$ and something) so how come the total came out to 6 DOLLARS?!!! I had to tell them that it was the MCVALUE AGAIN and had them correct it. Make sure y'all are actually getting the correct price, these people don't care. read more

Could you please try to watch the front counter when people are looking to order or get refills or ask questions. It's frustrating when you have several people walk by...... and don't even acknowledge you're there. Otherwise this is a nice Mickey D's, read more

THEY LITERALLY STOLE MY GIFTCARD WITH MONEY STILL REMAINING ON IT!!! So first of all I don't complain often but right off the bat the girl had a bad attitude.. I can move past that but then we go to pay and we give her our 20$ gift card and she takes it and gives us the receipt and KEPT MY GIFTCARD WITH THE REMAINING BALANCE AND SHE WALKED AWAY AND SHUT THE WINDOW! then we get out coffee and they give us smalls when we ordered and paid for mediums! okay and then on top of that i ordered a macchiato and it was just a regular iced coffee with literally no coffee just milk... i'm astonished on how bad that was it felt like a joke read more

I go to mc Donald's after work because my power was off at my house, anyways I pull up there is some truck with a trailer on the back blocking the entire drive thru I sit there for a minute thinking they are gonna move. Some guy in a car says the drive thru is close and the inside open so I park and go inside there people already at the kiosk so I go to the front. I walk up there to some big girl that works there eating fries on the counter and another girl doing something on the register so I ask them is the front open. They say no so I asked if the kiosk is open they said no we are closed. I tell the people at the kiosk and the get pissed of course and start cussing them out. I don't blame them that was bull shit if they were closed the should have put a sign on the door or told the people that were ODERING on the kiosk.!!! I just want a warm meal bruh.... read more

I don't know what it is lately but this place has gone down hill. Sodas have been flat, today my quarter pounder is raw. While some may not mind I surely prefer my "beef" from McDonald's cooked. good thing I looked as I was going to take another bite! read more

Do not expect McDs to wait on you in the lobby! They will ignore customers at the counter; they will keep their backs to you. Serve Door Dash walk ins and the drive thru but absolutely refuse to wait on customers at the counter. This restaurant is severely under staffed. If you are hoping to go into the restaurant to sit down and eat... give this place a pass. If you do go into the restaurant expect drama as unhappy drive thru customers come in to the restaurant to complain about inaccurate orders. Not a pleasant experience at most McDonald's restaurant I've gone to in the past few years since the advent of kiosk and Door Dash. read more

Ordered our food on the app, went in store to pick up. While we stood there waiting for our food, only 2 or 3 orders for in store were served and 14 were done for drive through. Took 30 minutes to get our food. Which is fine if we were taken care of in order, not skipped over for 14 drive through orders. If you go here, just get in drive through because that's all the manager cares about serving. read more

The only reason I am giving this Mcdonald's two-piece is that most of the time they get our order right at times ...but really all the McDonald's so far in the town on Bradenton really need to work on customer service, especially with times and orders. Last time I came here in person with my husband the graveyard shift crew seemed like their operation was in a disarray. They all spoke Spanish to each other, and seem to not have organized their orders right between drive-thru and dine in orders ..that was a lot of confusion hence the long wait but at least the order was right. Last time I've know don't you have some sort of timer that you go by for drive-thru orders?? So in the end, go to this Mcdonalds if you dare....:( read more

McDonald's - This is the norm for this location. And this was after waiting for 30 minutes.. never coming back. - Fast Food Near Me - Bradenton, Florida

Absolutely no standards.. see picture for the burger I got barely wrapped. Bun, then bun, then meat and cheese.. I can't fathom how someone does this. I'm dumbfounded. They weren't busy, I was their only customer. I showed the manager and she demanded our food back then she made us new food. I am always dissatisfied with this McDonald's location (In the Ollie's, preschool, dollar general, Veronas, recipe box plaza) but this is ridiculous! read more

Been in line for over 20 min and can't even leave the line and no happy employee they need to find some better ppl to run this place

I should not be late for work because I stopped for breakfast at McDonald's. I don't think this location understands fast food. They definitely Don't understand how to operate their double drive-through. Not only is the service slow, the lady at the window who takes your money is downright rude. Do yourself a favor and don't eat breakfast is this location is your only option. They are horrible read more

Literally the worst mcds there possibly is. Even when they have full staff and no costumers it takes about 30 mins just to order let alone get your food. I stuffer through it cause it's the only place I can get food from while I'm at work, I spent 45 mins just waiting to order and another 25 to get my food. Wasted my whole ass break read more

Have gone to McDonalds for decades - this review is on the new style. Although ordering at the kiosk is ok, it's less personal. But this latest remodel I don't care for at all. Not enough regular booth seating, too many stools - both low and high - not good for kids or older adults and WAY too dark inside!! Half the seating feels like a cave... I do like the bacon Big Mac although not enough sauce and love their milkshakes, especially egg nog when it returns! read more

So I was just at this McDonald's I ordered two large sweet tea's and they gave me unsweet tea's so they're getting a one star I don't understand if you can read the screen when it says sweet tea even on my receipt it said sweet tea and they get still give me unsweet maybe they need glasses read more

Drove through for a simple Ice Cream cone and was using my reward points in the app for a free one. Elise, a "manager" took my order over the speaker box. I first asked if their ice cream machine was up and running, a valid question at a place such as this. She sounded rude and said yes. I then explained that the app said that the cone was "unavailable" at this location per the app. She said no worries, they have them, and that I could pull to the window. Basically, due to the app saying it was unavailable, I couldn't redeem my PAID FOR points. She then proceeded to say "i don't know, it'll be $..." I asked if there was anything she could do or if she could even simply take a look at the app. She didn't want to help in the least, acted rude the whole time, and refused to get any other form of help when I asked for a manager because she was, in fact, "the manager". Unacceptable. Elise is one of the poorest examples of management I have seen. Be weary of this location as unfortunately many do not speak english either which does affect the food accuracy, one time having to go there 3 times just to get a McChicken with no mayo (as mayo was added each time.. once with cheese.) read more

Two cars ahead of us, waited at least 15" in drive thru, got order wrong, refused to fix it. Wanted us to drive back around through the line again. How hard is 3 egg mcmuffins, 3 hash browns, 2 coffees and an oj? At least the food was ok. read more

This McDonald's is slow and shit. Customers service is pathetic and they will forget your sauces.

I USED to frequent this location but I will no longer return. yo hablo Espanol. A few weeks ago I witnessed a Latin employee cussing and using racial slurs towards a white co-worker in Spanish. I thought it very rude and distasteful as well as offensive, but everybody has a bad day I thought. I returned the other day and the same employee called an African American the most foul racial slur. That confirmed what I had suspected, these employees are being exposed to racial harassment in their workplace. I wonder how many others at that location are being subjected to bullying/harassment. read more

First of all the traffic pattern here is an accident waiting to happen, never seen anything like it. Went inside for carryout, ordered at kiosk and went to register to pay but no one working the registers. One staff member nearby looked at us and continued to unwrap cups for 5 minutes without saying anything. Then she came to register, never said a word, I paid and she gave me change and walked away without saying a word. Went to pickup line and lady ahead of us had food order thrown on counter, staff walked away and customer had to reach over counter and get her own cup. Waited 10 minutes and a different staff lady came over and tossed 2 orders on the counter without saying which was ours, mumbled something and walked away. Had to call her back for catsup for fries and she had disgusted angry look. Food: it was hot but double cheese was so salty I could not taste anything else but salt. Obvious this place gives all priority to drive thru and ignores inside customers. read more
