This McDonald is by far the worse McDonald's I have ever been too. The customer service here is appalling. The cashier walked off when I was next In line and said nothing. I stood in line for 8-10 minutes waiting for the cashier while he continued to help other customer and ignored me completely. After the cashier walked by the register and me for the fifth time, I had to call him and ask if he could help me with my order. Not only did the cashier continue to be rude to me and show he didn't want to assist me, the Store manager on duty actually defended the cashier actions instead of an apology to me for the disrespect I received from the cashier. I go to mc Donald's after work because my power was off at my house, anyways I pull up there is some truck with a trailer on the back blocking the entire drive thru I sit there for a minute thinking they are gonna move. Some guy in a car says the drive thru is close and the inside open so I park and go inside there people already at the kiosk so I go to the front. I walk up there to some big girl that works there eating fries on the counter and another girl doing something on the register so I ask them is the front open. Serve Door Dash walk ins and the drive thru but absolutely refuse to wait on customers at the counter. This restaurant is severely under staffed. If you are hoping to go into the restaurant to sit down and eat... give this place a pass. If you do go into the restaurant expect drama as unhappy drive thru customers come in to the restaurant to complain about inaccurate orders. Ordered our food on the app, went in store to pick up. While we stood there waiting for our food, only 2 or 3 orders for in store were served and 14 were done for drive through. Took 30 minutes to get our food. Which is fine if we were taken care of in order, not skipped over for 14 drive through orders. The only reason I am giving this Mcdonald's two-piece is that most of the time they get our order right at times ...but really all the McDonald's so far in the town on Bradenton really need to work on customer service, especially with times and orders. Last time I came here in person with my husband the graveyard shift crew seemed like their operation was in a disarray. Have gone to McDonalds for decades - this review is on the new style. Although ordering at the kiosk is ok, it's less personal. But this latest remodel I don't care for at all. Not enough regular booth seating, too many stools - both low and high - not good for kids or older adults and WAY too dark inside!! Half the seating feels like a cave... Drove through for a simple Ice Cream cone and was using my reward points in the app for a free one. Elise, a "manager" took my order over the speaker box. I first asked if their ice cream machine was up and running, a valid question at a place such as this. She sounded rude and said yes. I then explained that the app said that the cone was "unavailable" at this location per the app. She said no worries, they have them, and that I could pull to the window. Basically, due to the app saying it was unavailable, I couldn't redeem my PAID FOR points. She then proceeded to say "i don't know, it'll be $..." I asked if there was anything she could do or if she could even simply take a look at the app. She didn't want to help in the least, acted rude the whole time, and refused to get any other form of help when I asked for a manager because she was, in fact, "the manager". Unacceptable. Elise is one of the poorest examples of management I have seen. I USED to frequent this location but I will no longer return. yo hablo Espanol. A few weeks ago I witnessed a Latin employee cussing and using racial slurs towards a white co-worker in Spanish. I thought it very rude and distasteful as well as offensive, but everybody has a bad day I thought. I returned the other day and the same employee called an African American the most foul racial slur. That confirmed what I had suspected, these employees are being exposed to racial harassment in their workplace. First of all the traffic pattern here is an accident waiting to happen, never seen anything like it. Went inside for carryout, ordered at kiosk and went to register to pay but no one working the registers. One staff member nearby looked at us and continued to unwrap cups for 5 minutes without saying anything. Then she came to register, never said a word, I paid and she gave me change and walked away without saying a word. Went to pickup line and lady ahead of us had food order thrown on counter, staff walked away and customer had to reach over counter and get her own cup. Waited 10 minutes and a different staff lady came over and tossed 2 orders on the counter without saying which was ours, mumbled something and walked away. Had to call her back for catsup for fries and she had disgusted angry look. Food: it was hot but double cheese was so salty I could not taste anything else but salt.
