It's very expensive for the amount of food you actually get, and especially in the current economy, that's hard to overlook. When you're paying that much for a meal, I think it's reasonable to expect not only excellent food, but excellent service and an overall experience that feels worth the price. That's ultimately why I'm torn. The brisket is five-star brisket, but the overall value and service aren't five-star.
