Probably the worst and careless McDonald's ever. The gentleman that took my order was very polite but the rest of the crew, was a whole different story. First of all everyone at the 2nd window had a mask on, but pulled down to their neck. Not covering their mouth or nose. What's the point then? They also had no gloves. Secondly, after waiting 10 minutes at this window, my order was wrong. I ordered 1 McDouble and a small fry, small coke. I received a large coke and 2 my chicken sandwiches. Stopped for quick food while on the go- used the kiosk so there was no miscommunication, hoping to get the correct order, etc.... Charged but wouldn't issue a receipt..no biggie. Go to the counter. They can't figure it out, they say they'll get it to me. Ok. They bring our food, but it's missing 5 drinks. Ok, go back up and ask for drinks...same person- "do you have your receipt?"....no, I'm still waiting. Ok, let me get my manager... Manager gives us drinks, states she'll bring our receipt to us. Ok...sit down to eat- fries are cold now, let me check my $7 burger make sure it's right...nope. Son mentions he only has single burgers when he paid for doubles. 4 more minutes go by- I get my remade sandwich. Sit down to eat it finally... I lift it from the box- and it just pours grease into the box and tray as well as over my sweater. Wtf. Our receipt is finally given to us, at least that is correct... we're told "enjoy your meal".... You get what you get when you eat at McDonalds, but this one is horrifically and consistently bad. Issue is the owner is trying to be too cute cutting labor. They added kiosks to get rid of cashiers and the drive thru takes 20 min to get through on a given time. They just need to keep it simple. I give 2 stars cuz I sometimes kill time in there and you can bring on your own cup and fill it up and nobody will notice. read more

What's the deal...there is no deal. Stopped in tonight for a couple of drinks to go...person taking my order kept saying that she couldn't hear me...then I saw that the price of iced tea went up from $1 to $1.19......that was going to add a dollar to my order and the commercials all say that soft drinks are $1.....this place is trying to rob it's customers thinking we won't notice....I just drove away...they can just throw away their falsely advertised products. read more

I can't believe that I'm taking the time to review a McDonald's, but this one really just cannot get it together. This morning I ordered a medium black coffee however I was first handed a tray of 4 coffees which i declined. Everyone disappears and then a minute later another employee tries to hand me a large bag of food. I again reiterate that I only ordered a single large black coffee. She again tried to hand me the tray of 4. Another solid minute passes before the first employee comes back with a cup of coffee from God knows where (it wasn't from the coffee pot right by the drive thru window). If it were a one time occurrence, I wouldn't say anything. I used to work for McDonald's Corporate and I know that the restaurants are busy and fast paced and I understand that franchisees are stuck scraping the bottom of the barrel for labor because nobody wants to smell like French Fry grease all the time for poverty wages, but minimum skills are worth minimal pay. Unfortunately it seems to be something at least once a week. The only other coffee choices near the office are worse (Starbucks - burnt and overpriced, Dunkin - delicious but long lines, gas stations - all terrible) but this McDonald's is still pretty bad. Twice in the past two weeks their POS system was down and they could only take cash but of course they couldn't be bothered to put up a sign so people didn't sit in the driveway wondering why nobody was answering. read more

I thought this McDonald's was pretty good until my last drive-thru visit a couple of days ago. All I ordered was a large sugar-free vanilla iced coffee. I got it, but it was filled more than 2 inches below the top of the cup. There have been few instances in my 4 decades of life where a soft drink at a fast food joint was so unfilled - it was downright insulting. I pointed it out to the manager who was temporarily working the drive-thru window and had made the drink, asking that he take it back and fill it close to the top like normal (and like every other McDonald's I've ever been to). Can you believe that he arrogantly said no and pointed to a little line on the side of the cup just below where he'd filled it, claiming it was the fill line? I was so stunned by his response that I was rendered speechless. I simply drove away without another word, which is unusual for me considering I normally stand my ground out of principle. I have never seen a cup so unfillled at a McDonald's - EVER. I think that rogue manager was totally full of crap and his "fill line" is related to how to prepare the beverage (like a mix line) rather than a fill limit. It's a guide for the employees to make the drink. Whatever the case, every other McDonald's fills the drinks about 1/2 inch from the top, not 2+ inches from the top. So they aren't adhering to their own corporate fill line even if what he told me was true. Another issue is that this McDonald's is a few cents more for everything than the McDonald's in Woodridge at 75th St. & Janes Avenue. It's probably because Bolingbrook's taxes are higher than Woodridge's, but that nevertheless must be taken into account if you're like me living between the two McDonald's locations with a choice of which one to frequent. After this BS episode with the iced coffee, I will try to avoid this McDonald's location and go to the Woodridge one instead. That was totally over the top for the manager to refuse to fill the coffee up another inch to a reasonable level. read more

I went through the drive thru window, the lady went to hand me my change and it dropped on the ground, she laughed and said "oh,sorry" I should have demanded she give me my change, instead, I had to open the car door and pick up my change from the ground. this mc donalds is one of the worst mc donalds my family has ever been to. the only reason we have been going to this one is the one on Bolingbrook dr is under construction. Every time we order from this location the order is wrong. I mean come one when you ask for plain cheese only or ketchup and pickles only and they load it with everything it gets very aggravating that you have to go back to get the order correct after waiting a long time in the drive thru as it is. Also when you go in to inform a manager they don't even apologize and looking around the kitchen area the amount of garbage on the floor was disgusting. I order a maple and fruit oatmeal, got cup of warm oats, bag of diced apples, bag of raisins and cranberries. I have never had this happen in any other McDonald's. I know it's not a big deal to mix everything together but I am pretty sure they did not add maple and this oatmeal doesn't taste good. Will never go there again! read more

This is one of my favorite McDonalds, their food is always done the way it's supposed to be. The fries are usually perfect, this is the reason I go there, I love French fries. Their 24hrs so if your in the area and need a fix, stop by and order something. read more

I feel really weird giving 4 stars to a McDonald's, but everything was pretty spot on. I went through the drive-thru at 3am and only waited about 3 minutes. No one else was on line. The food was definitely freshly cooked. All of it was perfectly hot. The only reason it wasn't five stars was because they forget my sweet and sour sauce (which happens a lot), and they were only accepting cash (which happens all the time at night for some reason). I would really like to know why this McDonald's and the one on 53 and Briarcliff can only accept cash overnight. read more

This McDonald's was the worst one I have ever gone too, I order my daughter a happy meal at 1030, I pull around to pay and they said it would take a minute and if I could park in number 1. I said no problem, 5 minutes goes by no food 10 min go by no food so I called them while I was parked in number one ( I couldn't get ou of my car bc I had my 2 year of and 4 month old in the car) they picked up and I asked them about my order the women said hold on they didn't put me on hold so I heard everything they forgot about us so they ran it out after my phone call when I finally got the happy meal I opened it and there was a HAIR on my daughters French fries , I looked at the women who ran the food out and said are you kidding me there is hair on my food she didn't say sorry or anything sh said oh well I'll get you a new one , after being there for 15 min I finally got my happy meal and I drove away I called to complain to the manger and it took 15 min for some one to pick up , I will never go to this McDonald's again they suck!!! read more

I work Uber and finished a long shift and it was 10:00 PM and I didn't want to go home and cook. ORDER: 10 piece chicken strips, large fries and a chocolate shake. 1 chix strip was not cooked through. Other strips seemed to have been sitting for a long period as they didn't appear fresh. Wow, worst Micky d's experience EVER! I know, that's hard to believe but it's true. For those of you there at 7:45pm on October 8th you know what I mean. The crew screwed up multiple orders and took forever to get food out. The place wasn't busy and they had staff, but they were moving at a snails pace and the manager was disengaged. I had a mcrib meal and the wife a Big Mac. The fries were over salted to being inedible. My mcrib had virtually no sauce on it. I've been eating that sandwich since it came out in 1982 or so and every one I've had has been swimming In it but not this one, no, apparently they are rationing it now. I asked for some sauce and a warm up (because remember, they are moving like snails and other people are having order problems also and it took a while to get someone's attention). Well, guess what, 10 minutes later, after reminding them, out comes the mcrib, virtually no sauce again. I guess if you want it your way you need to go to Burger King because here, it's their way or you can go suck on it read more

I come at night often and they're pretty slow at getting the line moving and people's food out, but I figured it's because they don't have a lot of people staffed at night, but man they need some work, can some of you at least pretend you care? I get it's McDonalds, and I'm not expecting exceptional customer service, but the heavy set lady who usually works at night gave me my drink and didn't even put the lid on all the way and it spilled. Not a great presentation for a gift and manager ignored my request to do something for me since they were not stocked correctly . Ordered 2 big breakfast. Not a soul inside with us... Eggs so. So runny it was oozing. Ruined other good on plate. It was warm liquid. Soo disgusting a visiting manager came to apologize. He said it was way under cooked. So.. We asked to warm butter under the heaters. A female manager came by and took her finger in every one of them and then put them on our Tray so they were open and buttery and greasy. See photographs. Soo... Needed new butter as well. Because of my disability Seating had to be selective. We ended up having to clean the table.. It was wiped but still sticky. I know because my sleeve stuck. My friend had to suite chair off there was a weeks worth of crumbs. See pic of floor. When they finally brought our food... We had to go back again for syrup they forgot. Again visiting manager came to apologize. Where was this store manager? As we left we saw a meeting of managers in a corner table. Wish I had brought the liquid eggs to their table. Uhhhhg what a crappy place. This was our 3rd visit. And our 3rd bad inside experience. Go to the one on Briarcliff & 53 of you want service & cooked food. read more
