I'm reviewing a McDonalds and you're reading it, as if we both don't know what to expect by now? This McDonalds is plastered in Nascar stuff. I don't get the connection because the demographic that likes Nascar isn't at all close to the ones that frequent this particular McDonalds. I haven't been inside many McDonalds lately. But when the little boy wants his fries and ketchup, sometimes you gotta say f' it and let him have them. Besides, it gives me a reason to eat some nuggets every once in awhile. This particular McD's was clean, but I would hope they are all. Growing up as a kid I don't recall that being the case though. Service was good and friendly. Prices are prices. You aren't going to McDonalds for any other reason than to please a toddler or pig out on a limited budget. This Nascar thing I just don't get. In Boca too? Not that I expect pictures of Jay-Z on the wall but this isn't Rallys, what the hell are they thinking? We are in Boca, not Talladega. read more

I never really thought I'd see the day where I was reviewing McDonalds, but alas my tale of woe must be told. I only go to Mickey D's for emergency food and I had to be at FAU in a matter of minutes, so I figured why not? I went in and waited 5 minutes until I got eye contact. Finally, someone said "customer". Oh, ok, great. This one girl basically stayed where she was saying she didn't want to help me and had to literally be pushed over to where I was standing to get my order. Now, had I not been in a huge rush, I would have left. That type of behavior is completely inappropriate and management should 100% be ashamed of the way their staff behaves. Finally, she grudgingly took my order, took FOREVER to count my change and had zero manners. I said thank you, she could have at least had the decency to say you're welcome. Whatever. So I'm waiting for my food, another girl plopped my food down and shoved my tray at me. I sat down at one of the bar things and wanted to puke. First of all dried ketchup in bottles just disgusts me, but when it's on the bar where I'm trying to eat, I wanted to die. I'm not that big of a germaphobe- I had just gotten done horseback riding, but for the love of fries can you not clean a restaurant and make it acceptable for people's dining pleasure? If I go back, I will opt to go thru the drive-thru as I know they are much nicer and more efficient. Whatever is going on in the kitchen, customer satisfaction is not high on their list. Don't get me started on the cleanliness- all out GROSS. The food was like any other McDonald's and was perfectly tasty, but the rest of the experience was just horrible. read more

Really a review of McDonald's? Here is why. Old fashioned jukebox inside. Kinda cute. Place was clean and neat They always get my order fast and right and my fried are always hot. Good fresh. I had to just use the restroom after going drive thru and decided to ask for a water on the way out. A few people who looked like managers were standing there waiting for more people to come in. I never come to places like this, but my son begged me. So I took him. Terrible Service. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before the manager finally came to take my order. I was the only Customer at the counter. Be advised: four employees made eye contact with me several times. I guess if I was getting paid minimum wage I wouldn't care either. Old fries. THREATEN ME WITH THE COPS?!?! GAVE ME OLD, COLD, SOGGY FRIES. THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER? Loyal customer will not return I usually don't write yelp reviews but this really got under my skin today. I went to this McDonald's next to my house, as usual... I ordered a large soda and large fry When I pulled up to the window to receive my food, they got it wrong and gave me a medium fry with a large drink! ALL I asked was to get my large fry that I asked for, and to pay the difference! So first girl messed up the order, second girl wouldn't even help me after I said I ordered a large and not a medium, she literally walked away and threw her hands up. The third chick wouldn't tell me how the prices changed, because i used a coupon... I just wanted to make sure everything was correct. Literally asked how she got the price she did when she said that I had to pay more! And then she WOULDNT TELL ME... like I asked her three times and she told me that she will call the cops on me? Literally made no sense, all I asked was a simple simple question is to how she got the difference total... and she made a huge deal about it, and then threaten me with the police... and told me that the customers behind me are more important then me. So after all said in done,and I paid the difference she gave me a large fry. Then I stated that she was being extremely rude to me for no reason, and she says "only rude to people who are rude to me"... but I wasn't being rude, AT ALL. I asked one simple question and it was so hard and complicated for them to do so. I will be never returning to this McDonald's, and I was a very loyal customer. I came here all the time! Welp, let the stereotype be true that McDonald's is nothing but a convenient inconvenience. They no longer speak when you pull up to the drive thru, they just wait for you to start talking, pitiful. They're always rude, you can hear the annoyance in their voice when ordering and see it on their face when you get to any window. They all share the same expression. Either Management has put something in the water or the atmosphere inside just SUCKS. I ordered a caramel macchiato ($2 small), well ladies and gentleman I was trying to save time and next time I won't bother. They do offer the macchiato as a non-fat option because they have non fat or whole milk. I got home and opened the cup to let the coffee cool and found that the first inch and a half of the cup was empty. So while it's only $2, I received $1.50's worth. Makes sense right? NO! Just sucks that this McDonalds is always such an awful experience. They also need to enforce a dress code and hygiene code of some sort. I normally don't write a Yelp review on them but I was very disappointed in the customer experience I had. I ordered a sausage burrito amongst other items and moved along, went to first window and paid. Then went to the second to grab my food. At that point they told me that they had no more burritos already made. Instead of asking if I wanted to wait for them to make one, they flat out said they would have to go "grab the frozen items from the freezer to make it" and prefer for me to order something else and from his tone it seemed like it would be a hassle and take too long. So of course I felt like a jerk if I wanted to order one. "I said well ok. That was the reason for me coming.." They then asked if I wanted to order something else, "cookies?" I did reply in a frustrated tone "cookies? No I wanted a burrito, they don't even compare food wise" "ok then? Medium fries?" I asked for a minute to try to think of a replacement but saw there were cars behind me so I said never mind please take it off the order. During them taking it off my card I made an annoyed comment about how " I hope nobody else orders a burrito, if so I hope they let them know at the time." I understand it was rude but I was frustrated at how the situation was. I really felt like they should have handled what they said in front of the customer differently. Instead of making it seem like I was a problem. I would have passed either way bc I wasn't going to wait 15 minutes but don't make me feel Like a jerk for ordering it. read more

Let me start by stating that I actually LOVE McDonalds. It's a place that I grew up on and actually worked at in HS. McD's is an institution that does things right. Their locations, training, production and of course the food.... Not this one! And I write this after several visits to this location. I don't know how how McD's corporate allows this place to continue. It's utterly filthy many times, especially after 7 PM. The food is inconsistent and the service is touch and go. I guess it depends on who's at the cashier and if they had a bad day or not. What happened to the high standards franchisees placed on the restaurant. The cleanliness was paramount and this place doesn't get that. The soda area is often disgusting with spilled sticky soda on the floor. Have you ever witnessed how they "dump" iced tea into the dispenser? Unsanitary. They also leave it on the counter stacked three deep while customer wait for their orders. Ketchup spilled in the dispenser and clearly ignored. The whole area for drinks and straws is disgusting. It pains me to write this because I love McD's and even had the fortune to meet the franchisee on one occasion. I hope he reads this and makes the necessary adjustments. I would give this restaurant no stars but it will not allow me. Last night I ordered food and went to the curbside pickup area. I checked in and it said it usually takes 5 minutes to get the food. Well 25 minutes later I had to call and the one manager answered the phone and he said he'll be right out. Then another 5 minutes later I pulled into the drive thru and asked for the manager , he said they accidentally deleted my order. Well I was very upset and they offered me free fries. I was like no, they should have refunded me my money. The female manager was blaming the coronavirus. I was like she's got be kidding me. When I got home they forgot an order of mine, which Shame on me I should have looked. So I went back and got my refund. They tried apologizing, saying I was trying to get free food and she never said anything about the coronavirus. Well like I tried telling them 30 minutes for fast food was ridiculous. At least a discount or don't argue with me. I have been going here for along time but I won't be going back . Sad how they handled this situation. I never realized how bad the reviews are for this store. I will definitely traveling a little further then go to that store. read more

I have never visited a McDonald's so poorly managed. The cachier was unable to operate the register, my son's 6-piece happy meal was missing two chicken nuggets (discovered after I arrived home and the box was opened) and I ordered two chocolate milk and one white - the bag contained a bottled water in place of the white milk. read more

Stopped at McDonalds and ordered a 6 piece chicken and lo and behold, I get home to find out I only got a 4 piece. There wasn't any way I could even go back and try to get my other 2 pieces as they don't give you a receipt. First and last time I have ever stopped there............ This is the worst managed Mc Donald's I have ever been in. The first time I was disappointed was with the drive thru order. All the fries for three orders were old and cold. Next time was February 14th at 8:30 pm. The fries were the same hard and old, obviously been sitting there for a long time. The lobby was disgusting. All but a few tables had trash on them. I complained to the manager and she gave me a free small fry to go. Whoever owns this place needs to take notice. I'm sure business is not as good as it could be. Don't usually eat at McDonald's but had to go there in the middle of the night. When I got there I had one of the worst drive-thru experiences of my life. They were rude, snappy, and surprisingly refused to serve me!!?!?! Told me that I couldn't get the regular menu items and had to get from the breakfast menu (at 2:00am ). By far........... and I say BY FAR the worst McDonald's location I have ever been to. I come in regularly for a small coffee and hash browns, and this location is convenient so I just kind of dealt with the reoccurring problems of a dysfunctional staff and disrespectful cashiers up until now. During today's visit, I placed my order and sat down waiting patiently. Time went by and I wondered when is my food gonna be ready? Considering It had already been 10 minutes and I finished the coffee I was starting to get worried about being late to work. I saw plenty of other people going up to get their FULL MEALS before I could even get my hash browns. I figure oh maybe they need to make them fresh because they didn't have any ready? But NO! They had hash browns sitting with the fries the whole time! Meanwhile the workers are laughing and talking while no other customers are waiting except me..... in this time the cashier even made herself a small ice cream to eat (I assume because It was slow now and no one else was waiting to order). I am a regular about 5 times a month for 12 years. Tonight at 10:20 I ordered my same $1 Mcdouble with no pickle, no cheese extra onions. Get almost home and it has cheese. My mother is allergic to cheese. Went back and told the manager Ryan the problem. He says " I didn't make it and what do you want" I pulled up and went inside. Explained to him again this was not the first time and not the first time addressing him, same thing happened a week ago and informed him that I wanted credit for having to return and the sandwich. To no avail. Is this how customers are treated when they make the mistake. This is certainly not about the $1. This is about that there was no concern about my mother being allergic which could potential send her to the hospital. All it required was for him to listen and not try to justify that he didn't make it. There are too many options that I have. From now on I will attend the store that is north of my home. read more
