I was out on the road today with a near expired BOGO coupon so stopped in here to redeem my lunch. The restaurant is off the highway but has no entrance on the highway. You turn at the light then turn again. That was OK but getting out of the parking lot was a little more challenging. Does McD's have a corporate standard parking lot, this is a lot like Cornelia. I had my order taken quickly at the counter. That is the only way to use the BOGO. Then I waited about five minutes for my order. I had an original McCrispy and a double QPC. I added a couple packs of catsup to the sandwhich and it was good. Defiantly trying to mirror the original. chicken sandwich, this has only pickles and comes in a foil pouch. There is a distinct sourness to the chicken so I need the catsup to balance. Overall a 7/10 sandwich. The QPC was a little dry today and only had one piece of cheese? Come on man, with two patties I need some more cheese. The flavor was not A game today either, it was a little bland. The restaurant was not busy and was reasonably tidy. This is a good stop, just go more for the corporate flavors! read more

Terrible experience. Not the first here. Drive through order. Fri. 10/31/25 9-10 pm. Pulled up to drive up speaker. Voice over the speaker said " what?" Taken aback, placed my order. Drove around to the window, money in hand. Window opened finally. Employee ( WM, dark hair, young) says "yeah, what." Gave him my money, received change. Gave me my food and drink. Shut the window without saying a word. Waited until he came back to the window. Obviously angry I was still there. I said "can I have some napkins and a straw?". Rolls eyes and comes back with napkins and a straw. ...saying nothing. I said, "you don't have to be rude". His response was "I'm busy", then closed the window. Ridiculous behavior. Not the first time at this particular place. I've never had any experience like this at any restaurant let alone a national chain that's always put friendliness first. Can't help but think this is a management problem as it seems to be an ongoing problem. read more

I placed an order at the kiosk. 15 minutes, still no food. The whole time, I watched customer after customer come up to the counter with complaints. Order was wrong, item was missing, the worst one, the hamburger was still completely raw on the inside. When the expediter finally asked me about my order, she realized it had been sitting there rlthe whole time (15 minutes) and served it to me basically cold. Meanwhile, the staff were arguing with each other most of the time. Overall, a horrible experience. read more

I decided to come back to see if the food has gotten better after about two years and it certainly hasn't, it's fries are soggy and greasy half the time, the price is horribly high, the ambience is ass and the floors are always dirty, the staff are fine, or horse-shit. Why is the interrior always closed? Have attempted to come inside after 8am two times in the last two week and both times it was closed. Interestingly, this morning there was an elderly couple sitting in the dining room eating - yet all the doors were locked. Yes, I know there's a worker shortage - it's a deal. I ended up driving to Chic-fil-a as they were open. How is it that Chic-fil-a doesn't seem to have a worker shortage, but McDonalds doesn't? Time to stop blaming the worker shortage if it's only affecting certain establishments. read more

Slowest McDonald's on the face of the planet. I've only been a few times but each time the drive in barely moves. It's easily a 15 minute wait and that's on non-peak times. read more

There was a time when McD's in Blairsville was run well. The manager left and it's never been the same since. Service is slow and unpredictable and the place isn't clean. The drive-thru will take forever, so avoid it. Then, if you use the drive-thru, check to see if your order is complete. read more

Just ordered food here, it has been 30 minutes and my food has still not came out, after waiting in the drive thru for 25 minutes I get pulled up to wait even longer on my food that should of already been done. Just spent 45 minutes in drive thru. After 1pm. Ordered a kids nugget meal with yogurt and coke. Sweet and sour sauce. 5 items total...yogurt. nuggets. fries. coke. sauce. I did not get the yogurt or the sauce. 45 minutes and I could only get 3 of my 5 items! Ridiculous. I made a terrible mistake going there today. read more

Rating a chain restaurant that seems to serve more or less the same stuff nationwide is often of little interest. HOWEVER because most every visit for me to a Mcdonalds is to buy something just to use the internet, this McDonalds is the first I have ever encountered that had LOTS of electric plugs. Its not hard to get one here!!!! That is a huge plus for me, as often you find only one in the whole place and someone seems to be parked there for life with no signs of movement. So I was quite impressed as I saw plugs along three different walls and most every seat along any wall or window had a plug. HOORAY FOR THAT! Be forwarned though the TV will be serving Faux News. read more

Ya this should have zero stars. So it's been a while and I haven't heard anything good about this location since. My wife and I stoped to get some early lunch about 1030am, we waited 15 mins to get to the order panel. Than when we got to the window the cashier blew what I would assume to be vape out the window moments before we pulled up. The cashier obviously didn't care to be there and made that known, our order was wrong from the get go waited 20 mins and to top it all off. My wife got food poisoning the next day. Hospital charges us $700 to tell us that! I would have gotten sick as well but I have a unique immunity to shit food. Thanks McD but your diet plan suxs and is way over priced. read more

The most inept staff I've ever encountered at a McDonald's! The counter clerk told me they don't have plain lattes, I must order a flavor. My husband's mocha had to be re-done because they pressed the wrong buttons and no chocolate was included. An elderly gentleman who came in before us was still waiting for his senior coffee and sausage biscuit long after we left. Weird place - need training badly! read more

Got to say this is one of the worst Mcdonalds I've been in. 2 years ago it was great but the last 2 times we've been there will probably be our last. No soap or towels in the ladies room. Last time it was the mens room. The handy wipe dispensor in the lobby was empty and so were the napkins. Service in general just stinks. 1 employee, possibly the manager, was arguing with another employee in front of customers. It wasn't loud but it should have been taken to a back room. I've always enjoyed McDonalds corp and this won't ruin it for me, it will just make me take my business to a different McDonalds. read more

My husband and I had breakfast around 8:00. One employee was working the counter doing her best with customers. The tables were dirty with crumbs, etc., and the trash bins full. The plastic utensil bin was empty. It took forever to get a bagel and two sausage burritos. One of our coffees was black when we requested cream and sugar. The ladies' restroom had so many flies, I was swatting at them while sitting on the toilet. The floor had not been swept and the trash bin was full as well. It was a disgusting restroom. You would think at 8:00 in the morning the crew would have swept floors, emptied trash bins, and cleaned tables. We won't be back. read more
