I've given up on using the drive-though because I don't have proof there of their screwups. Now I exclusively use the app to place orders, pick up inside at the counter, take everything out of the bag & open every container & inspect everything, no matter how many people may be waiting because they NEVER GET MY ORDER RIGHT! Today, using the app I ordered & paid for 4 items. When they came up on the counter I took everything out of the bag & opened every item, except there were only 3 items there! Out of 2 Chicken Sandwiches ordered, they only gave me one! That's a 25% failure rate - nothing for any business to be proud of. So I was able to get an e/e's attention & said "you guys screwed up another order" which she immediately responded "no, it's all there". So I signaled for her to come here, held my phone up showing her the order receipt & pointed to what she gave me spread out on the counter. It took her a minute to figure out that 25% of the order was missing, then she asked the guy putting orders together "how many chicken sandwiches were on that online order" which he immediately responded "one". I shook my head 'no' when he looked at me, then he looked at his screen again & said "oops, I missed that". I responded "I wouldn't want you guys to break your average because you screw up every order I've ever made here", just for my own pissed off customer satisfaction. Summary: 1) Chicken sammy is good & gets 4's. 2) It's only good if they remember to give it to you, which gets this store a total failure 1. 3) I almost forgot, they neglected to put pickles on either sandwich, so they lose 1 for that. This leaves this horrific failure example of a normally good fast food chain with ZERO STARS & a report of their terrible business practices to the Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, plus I'll see if there's City of Blairsville or Union County departments interested in this black eye business operating in their community.

I visit them maybe twice a year. Yesterday I had a "hankerin" for BK. I also had some coupons they'd sent and luckily there was a BK a block from our hotel. There were three of us. All three meals were special orders (no this, extra that, cut in half, etc.) Now that I count them, there were five special requests. Had you asked me a week ago, I would have said that the odds of them getting 5/5 were astronomical. Not these days! Well, they surpassed that. Not only did they nail all requests in one shot, but all of the food was fresh, hot, & perfect. It was literally the best BK meal I've ever had. I wish I lived in Blairsville! They let the whole line wait as they prepare each order. There were only 6 cars in the drive thru when we pulled in. So while our order sits inside getting cold they are making these other orders. You can see a mcdonalds and chic fil a from this location. Go anywhere except Burger King in Blairsville. Unless you want to go hungry. Go anywhere in Blairsville except this Burger King. Food was cold as expected. I drive passed this location regularly I suggest you drive passed too. After returning home with our cold food, we openned the sandwiches and they were not even sandwiches, eggs cheese and meat folded up in the paper and a nasty soggy croissant. If this burger king was offering free food I would still keep driving. Even at free it would not be a good value. We would have done better to through $14 out the window as we drove by, at least then we wouldnt have wasted the time to order and wait for a bag of food that went in the trash.

You turn at the light then turn again. That was OK but getting out of the parking lot was a little more challenging. Does McD's have a corporate standard parking lot, this is a lot like Cornelia. I had my order taken quickly at the counter. That is the only way to use the BOGO. Then I waited about five minutes for my order. I had an original McCrispy and a double QPC. I added a couple packs of catsup to the sandwhich and it was good. Defiantly trying to mirror the original. chicken sandwich, this has only pickles and comes in a foil pouch. There is a distinct sourness to the chicken so I need the catsup to balance. Overall a 7/10 sandwich. The QPC was a little dry today and only had one piece of cheese? Come on man, with two patties I need some more cheese. The flavor was not A game today either, it was a little bland. The restaurant was not busy and was reasonably tidy. This is a good stop, just go more for the corporate flavors!
