I bought a carry out Zensation salad at the Blairsville, GA location. The egg roll was absolutely burnt to a crisp. They laid it on the salad with the worst side down. I couldn't believe they would have the nerve to serve such a thing to a customer. It would have been different if they had done that by mistake, but they purposely placed it to make it less noticeable. It made me wonder what else they are serving that they are trying to hide. read more

This Zaxby's location was very dirty. None of the tables had been wiped down, there was food and trash on the floor, the soda fountain was dirty and the register counter was dirty. I was there at 8:00 pm and there were only a couple of other customers there so they weren't even "too busy" to clean it up. The chicken was ok but the cheese bites were nasty. read more

Dining room! Filthy as well as the tables. On a positive note, when we asked TJ to please clean the table, he was more than happy and came immediately. He offered an excuse as to why he they were dirty. We are short staffed! Hopefully the owner/franchisee sees this and realizes reviews like this cost them customers verse's paying for quality people who also remain as a loyal employee! Restrooms dirty and needed cleaned. Went at 2pm yesterday. The place was very dirty. (Assume from lunch crowd.) bathroom was filthy. Order food and my club sandwich was on a burger bun instead of bread. Maybe they are making this change chain wide. Was not good. Grandkids seemed to be ok with their food. Will probably not visit again in a while and hope they improve. read more

The food was great, the wait time was quick my only 2 gripes are that the cheese balls are nauseating with the amount of grease and under cooked cheese. My other gripe is that they always forget your extra sauce for some reason. read more

Finally tried this place. I got chicken tender meal. Tenders were hot, crispy, tender and flavorful. I usually don't like crinkle fries but these were hot and perfectly cooked. For fast food I'd say very good. The counter person was excellent. read more

We went to support Habitat for Humanity Towns/Union Counties, Inc. This is the first time we ate at this location and we where glad we did. The promotion is to help Habitat so if you consume Dinner items Zaxby's will donate 10% of the ticket, Good Cause. Wife had House salad with Broil Chicken & Honey Mustard dressing, (comes with plenty of salad with chicken & Texas Toast) I order Cajun Club sandwich (comes with lettuce, tomato, bacon, american cheese, blackened season chicken fillet with crinkle fries & small drink). The Salad & Cajun Club were delicious, the chicken breast fillets were nicely cooked. read more

I would not go back to this Zaxby's. I waited 27 min for my food. The place was not busy at all. I had a to go order. When I got back to my room to eat my chicken was burnt. Another patron in the restaurant was also wanting for a long time. He asked for a refund and the manager did not say a word to him. She just gave him his refund. She didn't even try to apologize.
