DoorDash is expensive enough, but it's tolerated due to the fact that at times, my time is limited and DoorDash is convenient. The problem is for three times in a row now, I order a Deluxe Quarter pounder with cheese and I receive burgers of lesser value. Where is McDonald's quality control. Went this morning around 8:20am and did the simple thing of ordering at the Kiosk. Inside was well kept and nice but there was one nice manager trying to lead her team and light crew. That was a good start until my food was delivered by a crew member wearing glasses and a blue shirt with blonde hair. She treated me like I owed her money. Lightly threw the tray down on my table and just walked away... I was shocked but just decided to dust it off.. I then see I am missing some essentials and had to get back up to the counter.. I asked politely but got a look like I was annoying her, I had my hand out to grab the things and she tossed them on the counter and walked away... I work in the hospitality industry for 10+ years and have never been treated like this.. I get that it's early and I was willing to brush off the first encounter but come on this is not ok.. to be fair I did hear the manager coach and try to lead her, but she was still not having it.. I hope her day gets better, but if she's always like this service industry is definitely not for her. read more

McDonald's - Fast Food Near Me - Blair, Nebraska

Yikes! It's a newer, modern McDonald's building, but the staff is hit or miss. The guy who took our money at the drive-thru was not at all certain about life, it seemed, or even what planet he was on. But the gal who handed our food to us was very pleasant and professional. Overall it wasn't a particularly remarkable experience here. Usually we go to the DQ across the street when we want an ice cream dessert, but they were closed up and dark by the time we got into town at 9pm on Saturday night. So we got hot fudge sundaes here. Kinda hard to mess that up. read more

"Breakfast at McDonald's?" my lovely said. "Yes," I said. "Customer choice. AND we WERE in BLAIR!" No surprise that Blair rhymes with Nowhere. That about sums it up. Tucked into the vast, pre-civilization, 20-mile-wide Missouri River flood plain and valley, Blair is surrounded by water sculpted hills and draws. It may be nowhere, but it has it's own kind of pretty. AND a McD's. If you travel through small towns you have diners... some good and some not. Grocery... no ambiance for eating. And then the occasional BK, CJ, and McD. At least they are consistent. The little hash browns taste the same in Blair and Los Angeles. The biscuits are about the same in Blair as in Detroit... but not as good as Berea, Kentucky. Message me and I will tell you why. The coffee is always good... but cripes it is nuclear hot! I add an ice cube just to prevent it from vaporizing my teeth! Anyway, the consistency for breakfast especially... which is not the healthiest meal of the day anyway... makes McD's A-OK for me. Waited in line at the drive-through for 25 minutes. All food in order was cold. Not lukewarm, cold.

Asked for egg and cheese biscuits. Got sausage biscuits. Can't anything be done correctly. It said no sausage all over the slips. Good thing I don't really have to go back. $15/hr is definitely not deserved read more

If I could give this McDonald's a 0 I would. There was a short fat bald cook, and a guy wearing a backwards hat on the grill that seemed to not care much about their customers. But my point is I came home and started feeling queasy and not twenty minutes later I was throwing up and stuck on the toilet for hours last night. I do not recommend eating here ever. It is hit or miss with the restaurant! I used to really enjoy my coffee, black, from here. Unfortunately, when coffee is low, instead of brewing a fresh pot they put hot water on top of it. Absolutely disgusting and lazy. Also very very slow service. Lots of employees who just DONT CARE read more

I really feel they have good days and bad days. We have gone many times and the fries are old and food is greasy. We have received the wrong sizes and incorrect toppings on burgers. I feel if they could pay more attention to detail, they could be superb. read more

When I first arrived I was in a hurry. They said that they were out of hash browns and to pull over before we make a new batch the women said 2 minutes I asked again and she said 2 minutes So I gladly went and pulled over to the side happily 5 minutes went by and then another 5 minutes it has suddenly been 17 minutes and a younger women comes out and no joke throws the bag at me and I said "you lied to me it was a lot longer than 2 minutes". This McDonalds was hoppin'! I mainly only get Cokes from this establishment because they have some of the BEST fountain sodas. The place was clean and the bathrooms were clean. Staff friendly. read more

I'm sorry I have to give 1 star. Just left the McDonald's in Blair, ordered 2 cheese burgers, seemed simple enough, got 2 ketchup sandwiches. That's right it is apparently too difficult for the morons that work there to remember what ingredients go into a fn cheeseburger !!
