What in tarnation did I just witness. As far as I'm concerned there wasn't a war going on outside the McDonald's. It was just a rainy Sunday night. Not a good excuse for whatever was going on in there. First thing, chairs are falling off of tables. It wasn't Julian's (I think) fault though. They just kept falling off and according to Julian, he doesn't get paid enough (he told us this). Next, the girls cooking were stressing and rushing everything and there weren't THAT many people in the drive thru. They were yelling and trying to get it figured out but it took us wayyyy too long to get our food. When we left, we saw through the drive thru window that the girls were literally calling people on their phones. Was there on 8/31/2025 at around 8 o'clock. Employees were not friendly. Food: I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese no ketchup no mustard medium mayo. Order was correct, but they slathered the mayo was impossible to eat when I was leaving the parking lot lights were off too dark. Manager called sheriff's department for some reason two deputies were there from DCSO. Manager was talking to deputies right beside my vehicle! Too dark to see! Some Mexican guy was parked behind me with a long trailer waiting for drive through. He didn't move up in line nobody was in front of him couldn't see the trailer he was towing backed into the trailer broke my tailight lense on passenger side. It was dark as hell if manager had the lights on this could have been avoided,! Must be where they sent their worst managers! He wasn't friendly either! read more

I've been coming to this McDonalds for years and I have to say that it is the worst-staffed McDonalds I have ever visited (and I've traveled a lot both domestically and internationally). Although you might occasionally find someone there that actually cares about the customers, a large majority of the time you're faced with rude attitudes and just an overall lack of care for customer satisfaction. The only reason I still go here is because it is the only McDonalds in my area, but I have learned to check my bag EVERY SINGLE TIME before leaving the window. Through years of visiting this establishment, I'd estimate that they get my order wrong at least 80% of the time. About half of the time I get my bag of food shoved through the window with not even so much as a "thank you", sometimes they don't even look my way when handing my food. Not only that, but one thing in particular is their McCafe drinks. They are NEVER mixed properly...especially the iced coffees. These people are incapable of make a proper iced coffee. I finally stopped ordering them because the mix is never right, it just tastes like pure cold coffee with no flavor or sweetener. I'm not even going to speak about the mobile order. If you think you will skip the wait by placing a mobile order, think again! Expect a long wait ending with you eventually walking into the store and asking where your food is. So, here is my suggestion. If you live in the area and don't want to drive 20 minutes to the next McDonald's, then make sure you check you bag BEFORE you leave the window. If you're traveling on Hwy 24, then do yourself a favor and drive right by this place. Go on to Richlands (or stop by Richlands before getting to Beulaville) and get your food there. You will have a completely different experience. Your order is much more likely to be correct and you will encounter pleasant and friendly staff. It's obvious that the franchise owner of this McDonald's simply doesn't give a damn about customer service or else they would hire people who actually care about the quality of their work. But it has been like this for many years now and I don't expect it will ever change. read more

Did a mobile order for "in store" 3 hrs prior to closing. Wouldn't let me in to grab the food so had to go through the packed drive thru. When I finally got around they had no idea what to do and made it sound like it was my fault. Finally got around to the window and received a half ass apology, along with cold soggy fries. Me and my husband went through the drive thru around 10:00 one night. The girl handed us our food without acknowledging us or looking at us. then when she forgot to give us our drinks we asked for them and she handed them to us after we had to wait a minute for her to look our way. Then we had to ask for ketchup. When we asked for the ketchup she handed to us and started mumbling something about being rude. So, I asked her what were we being rude about when we politely asked for our drinks and ketchup. She kept going on and on and raising her voice at us so I told her that she did not need to be working in customer service if she got upset that we asked for our drinks (that she forgot to give us) and ketchup. She then proceeded to say f**k you to me and my husband. We called McDonalds corporate 6 days ago and no one has ever called us back. I live in Beulaville, so I have the choice to eat at this McDonald's quite often, but I choose not to. The service is absolutely horrible. They often mess up your order or substitute things in your meal without asking. Recently a friend and I went to get McFlurries, and instead of a McFlurry, they gave us regular ice cream with chunks of Oreos, without saying anything else. This is just a small example, but things like this are common occurrence at this location. Even if you do manage to get your food and it is correct, it is almost always poorly made. The ONLY thing good about this McDonald's is how cheap it is, but that's the case with any location, so I would always rather drive 15 minutes to Richlands and eat at that McDonald's if I have to get McDonald's at the time. read more

I drove a whole hour and a half to get this this McDonalds and there were freaking locked. The interior lights were on and someone was working inside. Stopped in last night, Wednesday, 25 September at 8:25. Not a very busy night for McDonalds. Only 5 other people who had already been served. Trash all over the floor; trash cans were running over; no catsup; soda fountain trash containers were so full that the contents were sticking out of the top. Poor service at the counter; it took over 5 minutes to get served a double, chicken and FF; and there was nobody in line waiting and only 2 people at drive through. Ladies bathroom was a mess; toilet seat in one stall was on the floor and the other was un-usable. Trash all over the floor. Don't go here! If you value your sanity, don't go here!! The rudest employees. My 3 year old has better manners. I asked for a Big Mac with no lettuce. Waited in the lobby 27 mins. I was the only customer waiting inside, 1 person in the line at the window. Then the cook yells 'Who the f+** orders a Big Mac with no lettuce, so I'm like I do. I asked for their names to report them but they wouldn't give it to me, not even the manager. These people want $15 an hour for what?? To be rude & give people the wrong food. I live in this town and frequently use mcdonalds. They have very poor customer service and they always get the orders wrong! I try to give them the benefit of the doubt that they'll improve once the customers complain but they don't. . I highly advise you to ALWAYS check your food, and make sure your drink is what you asked for.. and more importantly check your receipt.. too many kids work there and they dont care if your satisfied or not..
