So I went through the drive thru and ordered two cheeseburgers with ketchup & mayo only upon getting home I opened the bag to discover there were 3 cheeseburgers two of which had only diced onions which I'm allergic to and one had ketchup and diced onions I tried to call the store and speak with a manager to fix the issue maybe possibly get another meal since they messed up the order but the old woman that answered just hung up on me and ignored my calls there after since I know there is caller ID seeing as I used to work at McDonald's ‍ read more

It's 9pm on a Halloween night and the drive through is packed as expected but I decide to go inside. There were only a few in line and I patiently wait. This woman walks in and goes right to the register. I tell her there is a line and I'm next. She then starts yelling at me and being super rude. The cashier named Brooklyn apologized and gave me cookies for my troubles. That was super kind of her. She also made me something similar to a menu item that was no longer offered. This location apparently does not honor advertised specials. I've been several times and have been rudely told that whatever the computer says the price is, that's what the price is. Currently, do not expect to get the 2/$5 McRib that is offered at other McDonald's. I have even been told that even though one price is displayed on the menu, the computer says it's a different (higher) price. I went to the manager with that one and was told there was NO WAY it could be corrected. Basically, this location along with the Winder one (same owner) is stealing from the public. Most people do not realize they did not receive their items at the advertised price. I think this last time was my last trip. I'll just go to the superior Chick-fil-A or Wendy's that are nearby and leave much happier. read more

I'm done with this location. A few months back I went to this location and my burger was raw in the middle. Management didn't seem to care. Last week I got home to find that my daughters 6 piece nugget only had 4 in the box. Today we stopped once again and they left out my husbands sandwich despite me asking that they please check the bags because of our last visit. My 7 year old said today "I feel like they only care about the money. Let's go to chic fil a for now on". I have to agree her completely. read more

I've never had a bad experience here BUT that changed today. They got my drink and order wrong for my kid, the quarter pounder looked just like a regular burger, no ketchup. My Big Mac and fries are cold. The employee at the window acted like she was annoyed.If you get it right the first time I wouldn't be complaining about the food and service which was AWFUL! I'll just stick with the McDonald's in Winder, better service and the food is hot. read more

My wife and I just had lunch at the McDonalds In Bethlehem next to the publix. The food was ok typical fast foot but the service was horrible. The girl that took our order who's name was Christa was by far the worse cashier I have ever encountered. She had a nasty look on her face the entire time we were ordering not very friendly. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Really long wait time for food and when you get it the fries are cold. They always forget to put the sauces you order in with the nuggets. If I was the manager of this one I would expect to be fired for not training my staff appropriately. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone. Last night on my way home from Publix I went through the drive thru around 8:00 p.m. Short line. I ordered a large unsweetened ice tea. Pulled to the first window. Paid for my tea. The man taking my money didn't say one word to me. Nothing. Pulled forward to get my tea. I looked through the window and noticed two female employees inside. One was texting on her phone. The others was walking around. About 4 minutes later one got makes my unsweetened tea. Sets it on the counter and walked away. 2 minutes later she came back and handed me my tea. No words spoken. Today I stopped by to pick my daughter and her boyfriend dinner. 2 10 piece nugget meals and a double cheeseburger. Left and drove home only to find their order missing one 10 piece. Drove back and asked for order to be corrected and all fresh food so it would all be warm when they ate it. They left the cold fries and just added the 1p piece missing nuggets. I would just like to say that the employee that waited on me today is a sad example of today`s youth. I orderd a happy meal , fish sandwhich, and 1 drink. It nwa $ 8.06 i gave the girl $10.11 cents . one ten dollar bill one dime and one penny. I would expect $2.05 change .She looked at the dime and penny and $ 10.She then gave me $ 2. I asked where my nickel was and she informed me i had the correct change , she said the register told her . I then asked if she could add , she had no answer also asked if she went to school she said no, i suggested she may want to look into going . It was not about the money 5 cents . I t was the fact that your company will hire such a low class of people they cant add 5 + 6 on their own . I guess you probably voted for obama . The youth of America has been so ( dumbed ) down they can`t even count simple change back to a person in a fast food place without a computer telling them how much . And the worst part is she wanted to make me look like i was wrong for not trusting her master , the computer register . It is a sad day in America .But considering the area you are in youmust have to take what you can get. I was wondering do you have an application that is voice activated ? This location refused service to a friend of mine because he had a tattoo of a rebel flag on his arm. However there were 3 guys sitting in the restaurant eating with tattoos on their arms and neck "that had meaning behind them". Then I had found out that this McDonalds had 4 younger guys removed from eating in the restaurant because they had a rebel flag and an American flag flying from their truck the day before. My family and friends go on many benefit rides for cancer and such and we have met at this location. Most motorcycles have a flags. We will not be meeting at this location anymore. They can take the 25-30 people loss for breakfast every Saturday. Also if you try to go through the drive thru with a flag or tattoo you will be refused service. This is ridiculous... read more

i hate this mcdonalds this is far the worst i ever been to in my whole 31 yrs of me living they get your order wrong they give you old fries they rush you to finish your order they biscuits are always hard then when you ask for softer biscuits they put tha biscuit in the microwave for it to get soft for a second then back hard beforebyou get done eating then get mad and start talking to other staff about you its just not right there it need to be shut down or need a whole new staff quick!!!:( read more
