I honestly can't believe the type of attitude and being told to drive on through and away was fine by them. Seriously! I asked a question because something that was being ordered by someone else, but wasn't on the menu so I asked them to let me know what the difference was between what they had versus what they no longer carried, but apparently asking that question really set them off. Amazing again it was a pick up order for somebody and not a place I actually eat.

I know a lot of people on here have problems with the service at this Wendy's. I have had pretty…read moregood service. My issue is more of a general issue with the burgers now versus the burgers in the past. Wendy's used to have the best burgers out there, in my mind. The patties were fresh tasting and big enough to hang off the bun. They were also juicy enough that you had to wrap the burger in napkins just to eat it, something like Five Guys burgers now. It was great! I don't know what happened to them through the years, but the burgers are now dry and form fitted to the bun. No napkins needed to eat it now. They taste more like cardboard. I assume they just went with the flow of other businesses and started to buy the cheapest ingredients possible. Not sure. It used to be a treat to eat a Wendy's burger. Now, not so much.

Even after "baby girl" got her food we stood there for longer. This is ridiculous, they wasnt even understaffed, they had about 5 or 6 workers, about half of them doing nothing, and no one else was in there with us. No line, just us standing there. Too worried about the girls personal life, kept on asking "what's wrong baby girl". We ended up just walking out. At least we know how their service truly is.

Yes, the wing portions were made to look like a chicken breast, but as soon as I pulled back the coating, it was nothing but greasy dark meat with a large bone and not a rib to be found! I have made my fair share of fried, grilled, and barbequed chicken breasts in my life, and I can assure you what I got was not breast meat! I don't normally write reviews, but this was a complete rip off!

Does this look like chicken breasts to you? BS!

I'm so glad we found this little gem while searching for a great burger in downtown Greenville!…read more This small burger joint, tucked just off the main street, completely exceeded our expectations. Everything is made from scratch; from the fresh burger patties and soft, homemade buns to the delicious pralines they hand out as a sweet palate cleanser at the end of your meal. You can absolutely taste the difference. The restaurant is small with limited seating (first come, first served), with seating along the windows and down the side, and a couple of outdoor tables. You order at the counter, grab your number, and then find a seat. Even though it's a casual, fast-service restaurant, the hospitality was anything but ordinary. We were greeted the moment we walked in by the sweetest older gentleman whose genuine Southern hospitality made us feel so welcome. He even stopped by to chat with us during our meal, making the whole experience feel warm and personal. The food was outstanding! My burger was cooked perfectly....juicy, flavorful, and served on one of the best hamburger buns I've ever had. It was incredibly soft but somehow never got soggy or fell apart, even with all the cheese and sauce. They offer about 10 different flavor options for burgers. They even offer grilled chicken sandwiches and Open face burgers. I ordered the Sawyer Burger ($13.95), topped with chili garlic glazed pork belly, Asian slaw, and crispy onion straws. It was absolutely delicious and well worth the price considering the quality and generous portion. The fries deserve their own review! So many burger places treat fries as an afterthought, but not here. The portions are huge and perfectly seasoned. I chose the Buffalo Blue Cheese fries, and they were packed with flavor. I wish I'd had room to try the Parmesan fries, which sounded like a customer favorite. Even the tiny bathroom was charming, covered in funny and quirky signs that made me smile. If I lived in Greenville, I'd definitely become a regular. Amazing food, generous portions, homemade quality, friendly service, and true Southern hospitality. I can't recommend this place enough!
