Do better. My wife placed a mobile order for pickup. Large fry was missing. Had to go thru drive-thru to get it. She gets home and we unpack food. One large fry filled halfway, 2 cheeseburger meal with only patty, 1 pickle, and mustard/ketchup. 6pcs Happy Meal with 4 nuggets. No bacon on the bacon quarter pounder, not even the right size burger(smaller size). This isn't the first time issue with this location, but its the last straw. I'll follow-up with a complaint to corporate since calling repeatedly doesn't do the job. read more

The manager looks like Wendy from Wendy's and everytime she is working there the food is bad with nothing really on it burned burgers.She leaves us waiting 30 minutes and half the order is missing then gives you some of the missing items and you still payed for 2 more items.I think the Wendy's girl is trying to kill McDonald's. I thought the customer service was getting better but it's not. This time I paid for my sauces and I didn't get them so I went in to get them. 3 people looked at me while the manager on her phone back turned. A cook said something after I had repeatedly said "excuse me" manager very hesitant to giving me the sauces looks at the screen to realize I paid for them and hands them to me like I did something wrong. This McDonald's actually listened to me about putting the sauce on the side... but usually when someone says put the sauce on the side, that means they don't want in on the sandwich!!! Worst restaurant in belton. I go threw the drive thru a lot so this will not apply for inside since renovations. Services are slow. Even with a face lift and now a double drive thru it will still take 30 minutes to an hour if you have one car ahead of you and an empty parking lot. You will have to repeat your order and most likely will not get what you order or given bad food. Food is often under cooked; several times I was given raw chicken and burgers and had to send it back or throw it away. Fries are always too salty and forget ice cream since the machine stays down. The last time I ordered anything from here I ordered what I thought was simple things. One chocolate mocha, chicken nuggets and 2 apple pies. After repeating that I wanted a "hot" mocha 4 times at the order screen in the drive through instead of frappe and 2 more time when I gave them my money, I was handed a frappe mocha. It is cold out why the world do I want a cold mocha with ice when I specifically asked for hot? I gave it back and had to point out that they serve this hot by pointing it on their menu to three of the servers. What I got as I watched was them handing me a plastic cup for cold drinks with what I thought was hot mocha. Instead of giving it back I just took what I could get. After I got home I took picture of it and the receipt and posted it online. After it cooled enough to touch without burning me I found out it was hot water and chocolate syrup. The nuggets where ice cold after only leaving the place for five minutes but at least they where cooked this time. No apple pies instead I had 2 apple pie boxes. My friend has recently given up on this place as well as they have gotten food poisoning 3 times in 6 months. Safe to say never eat here. The new face lift seems to be a last ditch effort to cover up how bad this place is. read more

McDonald's - Hot mocha is a cold drink cup - Burgers Near Me - Belton, South Carolina

I have had a long day and it's only 2:20pm but it's been full of running around since 5am. I'm type 1 diabetic and felt my sugar dropping so I pulled in to the belton McDonald for a MCgriddle be sure it's freaking delicious and high in sugar (so I never get to eat them). Well, my sugar bottomed out in the drive through even through I was processed quickly. As I struggled getting pennies out be because of the shaking I appolgosed to the young woman and told her my sugar was dropping. She ran up front to meet me at the pick up window giving me Juice and a fry to bring me back while the order was cooking. Another young lady gave me a small sprite and in no time my sugar regulated. I want to say thank you Ms. Taylor Tucker for helping me. I highly recommend this McDonald's to anyone not just because of this but because I've always had a good experience here. read more

This will be a short review because this is quite literally the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. It's near my house so I'm here more than I'd like to admit... But it's getting less and less often. They run out of EVERYTHING all the time. It's legit nearly impossible to come here without hearing the words "we are out of..." I've never seen ownership give less crap about their store. This place has terrible workers. Probably just management for the night shift. Took 20 minutes to get our order of $14 worth. No one was inside so I am not sure why. Walked in to get our food and watched them fill the two order of fries half way because they were out and were just then putting new ones in the fryer. They had 8 or so workers but not sure what the issue was, they had hardly any customers. The employers were dropping fries all over the floor. Just a terrible experience. The cashier at the drive through had hair all over and stuck out her head for 2 seconds to say pull up and slammed the window shut. Needs a new shift manager for this staff. read more
