Horrible place! They are EXTREMELY SLOW, but the WORST part is they gave me two very large wings that they tried to pass off as the two breasts that I asked and paid for!!! Yes, the wing portions were made to look like a chicken breast, but as soon as I pulled back the coating, it was nothing but greasy dark meat with a large bone and not a rib to be found! Update. Here I am 2 years after my last review and I am still crazy enough to go back to this place thinking it may be better now. In some ways, it is worse. What these other reviewers are saying is definitely true. They can't get an order right, you always have to wait, and the food is terrible and overcooked. I used to love this place. If there was a zero rating I would definitely give it to this establishment. I ordered a 3 piece big box which consisted of 3 pcs. of chicken 2 sides and a biscuit along with a drink. I was never told that if I received a chicken breast it would be an upcharge. Got this home and no tableware packet, no biscuit and the chicken was fried extremely hard. I not only paid 13 and some change for this 10.99 box but had to wait numerous minutes besides all of the above. I guess the manager doesn't have his staff trained right. I owned 2 restaurants in the past and would never serve food like that to my customers. No one wants to return to an establishment to have them make it right when it should have been done right in the first place. Corporate needs to do Belton a favor and close this place down. Every time I go there to get chicken I have to wait. Three times ago I ordered it at the window a d had to wait in the parking lot for 35 minutes. 2 times ago I downloaded the app and ordered online. This time I didn't leave my house until the app said it was ready. I get up there and no chicken. I had to wait 20 minutes. Today to drove through and before paying I asked the kid if the chicken was ready. And specifically said "If it isn't I don't want it". He says it is ready and takes my money. As soon as I pay he says "please pull forward, we will bring it right out." Yeah right. The kid brings out two other orders and I wait. Granted I don't wait long, but I didn't want to wait at all. So I go inside and ask for the manager. He cones out and I tell him I don't want to wait for chicken, he gets belligerent with me. He literally yelled at me that I can't blame him for what happened before because he just took over the store. I said fine. I apologize for bringing up before but what is the deal with today. He starts yelling the kids have to get more containers fir the sides. If I just wait (yelling the while time) while I will get my food (I still has to wait after that). I tried to tell him I was because I said at the window I didn't want to want and I felt like they lied to me to get my money. I never raised my voice to the man, but he had no problem yelling over me. I understand they are short handed, but don't bullshit me and not expect me to call you on it Take the tine to get out of your car and get the fried chicken next door at Ingles. Ask for a burrito and a Pepsi ? You will asked to pull forward, even if you're the only person in line, they still send you packing. Nine cars were waiting in the lot waiting for someone to bring food the other night. Not even exaggerating... Employees were outside smoking , people waiting in the parking lot for food. Another second shift disaster. Teens working with no management is a sure way to fail. Was wondering why every evening there were no cars at this kfc, now I know. Order was wrong, I can't explain exactly how greasy the chicken was, kinda like they refried it and let it sit in the grease. Dripping grease so soggy that the blotchy skin was hanging off.
