I use mobil ordering my food. No matter what I order, there is something missing with the food. Shake machine is always down. I recently went into the store and the manger was working so hard the employees were so rude to customers. I never heard a thank you, sorry for the delay. The most deplorable customer service of any McDonald's in the world. Consistently rude, petulant staff, and generally an unpleasant experience. I ordered a small unsweetened tea with Sweet and Low. The cashier had no idea what I was asking for. I received sweet tea in the drive-through with S&L added. I parked and asked for the correct beverage for which I had paid. Again, I received disgustingly sweet, sugar sweetened tea. Calling this to the staff's attention, I was handed a cup and told to drink water. No tea. No beverage replacement offered. Refund non-existent. 2.89 for a glass of water from feckless, disinterested, inconvenienced staff which is especially hostile to senior citizens like me. I HATE this place but being the only burger/chicken sandwich place rurally. They know it and treat customers accordingly. "If you don't like us, drive 15-miles to the next available restaurant." Of a day they seem to be fine, but the evening shift is another story, twice now at different times got burgers that were ice cold, tried microwaving the first one and ended up with food poisoning. About a month later, same time in the evening, got a cold one and he took it back this time and being the boob he is, he didn't watch and they took it to the back and microwaved it instead of fresh. which is a no no, and he didn't tell me until after I was sick all night. Every time i come to this mcdonald's they mess up my order and give me something completely wrong.

Well I went there and spent 40 some dollars and they forgot one of my sandwiches, then I went in and got it the bread was hard and the meat was cold. And the other sandwich the meat wasn't even done in the middle...and then I get home and my kids sandwiches wasn't even right!!!! It's ridiculous but best believe if I ever stop there again I will be pulling all my food out right there to check and make sure it's is completely right...and they forgot the kids barbecue sauce for there nuggets one of the things that they look forward too!!!! read more

Stop by here last night in a giant rain storm! It was pouring the wind was blowing. So we ask the lady taking our order if we could just pull around to the window since we could barley hear her and she could barley hear us. She told us "No! She won't let us do that!" I'm writing this review in hopes that a manager more competent than the one that helps us, sees this. To start, the place was a mess, and the restrooms were dirty. It would not have been a big deal if we didn't see four of the staff on break, sitting in the dining room. Then they messed up three major parts of our order. They added cheese to a plain cheeseburger, forgot our coffee completely, and rang in the complete wrong sandwich. The coke was out in the machine, and didn't taste right when fixed. To add, maybe your staff shouldn't stand right outside the door and smoke. It's not pleasant to smell when walking in and out. read more

I went through the drive thru and the employees were very rude. I ordered a buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich, and I pulled over to eat it and the lettuce was obviously bad, it was very wilted and brown around the edges and had brown places all over it. I only got one ranch with my chicken nuggets and I asked for two. Horrible service in drive through, and it was 2 pm. They have the dual ordering lane and 3 people went in one lane while I was ignored in the other. So I backed up and went to the other lane just to get ignored again for 2 cars in the lane I was in before. I thought the whole idea was to do one and one, guess I must not know how it works. Just got an egg mcmuffin--- inedible. Couldn't even bite thru it. It was like a dog's rubber chew toy.

The food is the average McDonalds meal. Also, the management at this McDonald's is horrible. I would not recommend this McDonalds at all!

There should be an option for zero stars. After over eight hours on the road on our way home from South Carolina to Ohio my family decided to stop for a quick meal to get us through our next 200 or so miles. After exiting the interstate our choices were Shoneys, Arby's and McDonald's. We opted against a sit-down place so we could get right back on the road. When we arrived there was one table of people already seated and eating and one party exiting. At the counter was a young woman with a small barefoot child chatting with a male employee (presumably a couple by the conversation) and a young couple in front of us waiting to order. After a few minutes an older lady began to take their order. We waited for over twenty minutes while she took their order and made everything and then remade it because it was almost all incorrect. All the while not one other employee even acknowledged that we were even standing there. An employee that I can only assume was the shift manager because of her special uniform walked by us no less than five times. She even walked right up to the register and took out a cash drawer and never apologized for our wait let alone acknowledged that we were there! I started to wonder if we had actually crashed our car out in those West Virginia mountains and had died and turned to ghosts that they couldn't see. Meanwhile a family of five joined the line along with a local police officer. The older lady finally finished up with the young couple, stood in front of me and said "OK. I'm ready." No "I'm sorry for the delay...thanks for your patience...how can I help you?" None of that. We had to repeat our order several times. She seemed utterly befuddled by the computer and likely couldn't hear well over the blaring music. She handed me one cup then immediately started taking the next family's order. They started receiving bits of their order while we waited...and waited. I finally see her taking parts of our order out of a to go bag and placing them onto a tray. She hands it to me and says "I think it's all there." It wasn't. I told her we were missing my coffee and our fries. At this point my fiancé was beyond frustrated. Thank goodness there was a cop in there. He handed me the tray and asked me to take our four year old son to a table so he could start eating. I then had to clear and clean a table off as there were no tables for four not covered in something. His kids meal was wrong. My fiancé came over with my coffee and said he was told there were no fries ready and I told him he had to go get the kids meal fixed. When he came back the second time the older lady brought the fries over herself even though she was still the only person waiting on customers at the counter (a nice line had formed) and there were several people in the back and a MANAGER there. So with fries and drinks and corrected kids meal, we think we're good. Wrong. My fiancé went up to get ketchup from the dispenser thingy but there were no little cups. I emptied a nugget container because, hey, I can improvise. But it really didn't matter about my awesome improv skills because the ketchup pump was empty. He headed to the counter and got the attention of the manager that can't see ghosts and she begrudgingly tossed a handful of packets at him. How dare we require condiments with our fast food! While we were eating the young woman with the small barefoot child showed back up and we heard the manager (amazingly over the deafening music) scream at the employees "Nobody's leavin' here 'til the store is CLEAN!" Unfortunately I don't think there was quite enough man hours for such a monumental task. There was trash all over, counters and tables were sticky and restrooms were just as bad. Over all we were there for over an hour. A long miserable hour. That is not fast food. That is unbelievably slow food. I have never had such a horrible experience at McDonald's or anywhere else for that matter and I've never felt compelled to write a scathing review but...I have to agree with another reviewer from Google...this place isn't fit for a dog kennel. read more
