I'm so upset I ordered a Big Mac without PICKLES and they put PICKLES on it I was standing there at the cash register waiting for my shake and I took 2 bites and I bit into a pickle the cashier asked me if I didn't get my shake and I said no but showed her my big mac with PICKLES that I didn't order and she said she would remake it so I threw it away well the manager came up and said I saw you eating it and she also said I'm the only one who can decide to give out free food I got really ticked off and left. Food took FOREVER (all I ordered was fries and chicken nuggets, plain and simple, and it took over TWENTY MINUTES??) and the lady who was working (seems like a manager, somehow) was storming around saying they were sooo backed up and yelling at everyone to not take any more orders. There was only me and two other people inside, and the drive thru didn't seem that backed up, so I'm not sure where all of the backup was coming from... I assumed when stopping place might not have seating due to part of a gas station HetGo and small convenience store but was wrong ! I ordered muffin with cheese being vegetarian , salad with ranch dressing , fries and hot tea. Being lunch time order waiting was not bad and food was served on minutes Manager on duty was very efficient and hard working making sure tables are cleared and cleaned. We drove back on a business trip from Altoona, PA to Northern Virginia. We stopped at this McDonald's to get something for breakfast. I opted for the Sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin. We got our food to go to eat as we headed down the PA Turnpike. My McMuffin was luke warm. Disappointing. This McDonald's is attacked to a convenience store/Gulf gas station. You can walk back and forth between the McDonald's and the convenience store. The McDonald's offers free Wifi - but I could never get it to connect while we were there. read more

I am a professional driver. I came in and ordered and sat down..finished my food and decided to watch some football..sure I have been here a bit, but the manager comes over and says you haven't ordered in a while and that means you are loitering. We have a no loitering policy. I will never come to this spot again and never order from this McDonalds again. I encourage every other driver to do the same. This McDonald's has outrageous prices compared to the rest and their hours are always changing.

Why write a review of McDondalds? It's all the same, right? Moscow, Beijing, Los Angeles? Same burger, same experience, right? So why is Bedford ,PA the exception? For some reason a sausage egg and cheese muffin does not come with an egg and can't be a 'meal.' A Bacon egg and cheese McMuffin can't be a McMuffin and has to be a biscuit even though they have gigantic picture of a muffin with delicious bacon sticking out of it! Seriously, the picture is as big as a car. A medium iced coffee came out a as a large and a medium hot coffee disappeared into the ether. I wasn't charged for it but that's not the point. The server at the second window should have fixed the order. Everything was lukewarm and I'm still sad about not getting my egg. read more

I wish I'd taken a picture before I mixed it up, but my southwest salad at McDonald's was the first one ever that actually looks like the picture on their menu board. It actually had the right amount of lettuce and all the toppings that they advertise. Good job Bedford McDonald's! read more

As we were coming in a man in a suit was coming out and imploring customers to eat elsewhere due to the rude service. Seeing as it's one of the only places to eat since we're traveling and against better judgement we ordered $30 worth of food. One of my babies asked for apple juice instead of new unopened chocolate milk and the small blonde MANAGER said that she could switch it out for her but my daughter would have to throw her UNOPENED CHOCOLATE MILK IN THE TRASH to get the apple juice. It's understandable that they may not take it back due to covid but to insist that she would have to throw perfectly good food in the trash in order to get what she prefers is ludicrous, wasteful and left a bad taste in everyone's mouth present. Pay for the chocolate milk or THROW IT IN THE GARBAGE if you want the juice. The other couple that was about to order also walked out and shared our disgust at the foul attitude this manager presented. She was clearly having a power trip and not just followong protocol. She could have shined for McDonalds customer service but instead she lost 8 customers in 10 minutes. And also upset my child. Ronald McDonald would be appalled. I have given this location more then 1 try and they fail EVERY time. The straw that broke the camels back was I work close by and get a 1/2 hour for lunch I pulled into the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me pulled up to the window spent almost 10 dollars for FAST food and twenty mins later got my burger frys and a drink so much for lunch read more

Online it says they serve from 4 a.m. -12:00 a.m. We came by at 11:01 p.m. and apparently they shut down their systems at 11:00 p.m. Fcking garbage ass service. If you want to waste money, stop at this McDonald's location. A quarter-pounder deluxe meal that casts $6.29 elsewhere is $7.39 here. Apparently they figure that they can gouge travelers who won't know the difference, and who will be hundreds of miles away before they do notice. And if you order a drink that isn't normally included in the 'meal' they tell you that there will be an 'upcharge'. What they mean is that the cost of the other drink is added on to the cost of the meal - including the drink that you aren't getting with that meal. I, for one, will probably never go here again - there's a Wendy's nearby. read more

There are 2 Micky D's in Bedford-- part of gas station is north at Turnpike interchange; other is east, halfway twixt Bedford & Everett. The 1st was so dirty a few years ago that I won't go back. The 2nd at "Bedford Square" usually will NOT honor TV specials [e.g., 2 egg McMuffins for $3] and complaints to national Mickey D's come back, "they are franchise sites so we can't/ won't make them". Still, they seem to be busy constantly but I will go ONLY when there are coupons which they will honor [on 1 recent flyer they accepted the coupons, but would NOT honor the special bogo seen on the text of the flyer]. One older woman apparently was hired specifically to put down any dissent {"but it's shown on the ads in local newspaper]. I have also found it intriguing that complaints to local newspaper, published maybe 5 miles from Mickey D's, that Mickey D won't honor ads for their paper fall on deaf ears. [Of course that's to be expected since Mickey D pays for the ads]. And frankly I think many of their offerings have become grossly overpriced. read more
