Now that the new car smell has passed, and they recently opened a second location, we thought the time was right to visit. It too long. Actually there weee two lines that eventually merged. They had a couple of employees with menus taking orders and then another set taking payments. The whole process was well organized and helped move the line as efficiently as possible. We received our food without any mistakes. As for the food, it was what you'd expect from Chick-fil-A: delicious. We got the spicy chicken and deluxe spicy chicken sandwiches, fries, Mac and cheese, nuggets for our son, and chocolate milkshake. The only complaint came from our son. He wanted a toy, but they don't do happy meals here. Other than that, we were 100% satisfied.

Customer service is also nice - they offered a free milkshake because of the longer than expected waiting time. On the minus side, it can take time to go through the line for dinner (but some orders can be slower to process than others). The shopping complex (Los Filtros) also has a large Supermax grocery store and a Planet Fitness gym. If you're hungry for Chik-fil-A and would like an alternative to expensive restaurants in San Juan, it's worth taking a late evening drive to this branch in Bayamon!
