When I received my food most of it was cold, apart from the fries. Although, the weird thing is, when I asked for extra pickles I received only 2 pickle slices. They made me pay .50 for nothing? I tried to complain but they said they couldn't do anything because I apparently took out the extra pickles myself. I was one of the few only people in the dining room and I sat right by the ordering counter. While looking into my bag I noticed a worker watching me so I knew she knew that I took nothing out. They falsely accused me of lying when one of the workers witnessed my first look into the burger right before I took it to the counter to show them. But why was the worker even staring at me? This place takes forever on any given day but it's local. Sadly due to the consistent wait times I'll be going across town. Customers shouldn't have to wait 30 mins for a coffee. Today waiting on two meals 20 mins in the very crowded parking lot. Asked for extra pickles and onions and to add shredded lettuce - which is an extra .50 - it had no extras and no lettuce. They did give me a new burger but it wasn't .50 worth of lettuce lol - just a couple of shreds, literally. Fries were undercooked, like raw but warm. Another person in line came back in as they were missing something too. Do not recommend. read more

Timing was good and we didn't wait long for our food but I feel the urgency compromises the staff's ability to work efficiently. Our food didn't include the extra toppings we ordered and the iced coffee that was supposed to have extra caramel had no flavour whatsoever. read more

I will always come to this McDonald's just because the staff is always great. Coffee is always fresh and guess what, never has their ice cream machine been "broken" hahaha I will absolutely always go out of my way just to order from this particular McDonald's in Barrie. read more

It's amazing they got 1 order out of 3 right way to go!! Lot of people tripping over each other in the back. Nobody over 20 in the place, I overheard the manager saying the she wasn't sure what the problem was today but let's keep going as I don't have the answer. Rude staff, just ordered two quarter pounder blts They didn't put anything condiments on it except for little sprinkles of mustard (which isn't even suppose to be on it) If you are going to work for a fast food chain. Learn the menu and learn how to make the food right and not half ass it. read more

When I went to this McDonalds after a fun day at XPlay I was incredibly hungry and McDonalds was close. When I got there, the lines weren't too long, and the workers there were polite, but when getting my food I was pretty upset. I had ordered two crispy ranch chicken snack wraps, 20 chicken nuggets in a meal with fries, sweet and sour sauce, two drinks and more. What I got was two chipotle crispy chicken snack wraps, (which I should add tasted more like a spicy barbeque wrap rather than a chipotle), I didn't get my fries with my nuggets either. The food quality was generally okay for it being a McDonald's. When I got into the washroom there was toilet paper all around the toilets, there was three toilets, which is around the typical amount for a fast food restaurant. One if the toilets had urine in it, the other two were fine despite the toilet paper. The garbage was almost overflowing and I think that's all I have to say about this restaurant. read more
