They could improve every thing It was not the worst but I went through the drive through and they forget half of my order so I ended up going in and the lady at the front inside was great and fixed it but I highly recommend not doing the drive through, and when I went in a guy was in front of me and needing the same help because the drive through messed his order up to!! I also got a caramel frappe and asked for a pump of vanilla and they told me they could not do that Like what you can't ???? read more

Went hear today at 11:30am on Jan 31, 2026. They kept us waiting in the drive through line 2, while they kept taking the orders from there drive through line 1. I don't usually vent and get mad, but for them to keep us waiting while kept taking the other lines order pissed me off. They kept telling us one second. And the thing is that they weren't even busy! Like the other reviews say, they are incompetent. Don't tell me to keep waiting when there isn't no line, and keep taking the other cars that are coming 5 mins after us, their order. Bunch of tards. read more

Recently came here to grab some something to eat on my way back to Chicago. It was a casual location off the highway. Modern, clean establishment. Friendly staff, fair priced and great Mc Chicken sandwiches. It's a fair recommend with a gas station next door. read more

Don't stop. Worst MCD in the country. Drive another hour and you'll still save time. I listened to an entire period of hockey waiting. I would have left but made a mobile order. read more

We arrived at 145pm. The staff wanted us to use the kiosk with their help. We were on a time crunch so opted not to. After we ate our food that was brought out quickly and warm i went to the bathroom. The sink was so dirty i actually thought it was stained. I took a paper towel and wiped the scum from the sink. I went to the front counter and asked to see the manager. The women with a black pony tail looked at me straight in the eye as i told her about the sink and said thanks. Turned around and continued working on food orders. Not at acknowledgement, thank you, or sending someone to clean the sink. #howdareyoutellmewhattodo was the attitude. read more

Covid friendly. Staff wear gloves and masks. No dinning in. I have been to this place a few times staff have always gotten my orders right. Food is always hot and fresh. read more

I'm convinced that the morning shift is so far beyond incompetent that it reaches to levels incomprehensible to the human mind. I had the utter audacity to order a couple McGriddles fresh and was treated like a monster for doing so. The food had to of been taken from the floor and at least a month stale. I went back through the drive thru with disdain and just told them to have a blessed day. The location reminds me of an abandon nuclear town and there are dummies everywhere with matching personalities. Disgusted And this McDonald's should be demolished and forgotten read more

We ordered food thru the drive thru on April 10, 2023 at 645 pm. The drive thru employee ignored me after asking if I was using their rewards program. Several cars went through the other lane and ordered while I was still ignored. I switched lanes and again was ignored while the original lane I was in took several vehicles. The drive thru cashier was rude and didn't want to answer why the store NEVER has apple pies. He made a quick stupid answer then shut the window and walked away. The Big Mac special order meal came out wrong, not as we ordered. The food was cold, tasted like cardboard and the Big Mac sandwich looked like a terrible attempt to display an appealing dinner sandwich meal. The quality of food didn't make up for the high prices we now pay for a fast food restaurant. The employees are rude and have no customer service abilities. The store frequently is out of items even though they have the item in stock, they just don't want to make it for the customer. We relayed our concerns to a manger working once we got home and she said she would address the issues but I never see any improvement the next time I visit. I would avoid this restaurant as the food is definitely NOT WORTH the money you have to pay for fast food now days. There is a Culvers restaurant a block away that is better then this restaurant, but not cheaper, just better quality and friendlier employees. read more

My visit was at 7:45 PM on July 12th. After waiting for 3 of the servers to stop gabbing with their friend, they realized my order was waiting to be made (a medium French fry). The curly blonde (yes I saw you) dumped some fries in a bag for me and then decided she wanted to eat one, so she took one out of my bag of French fries with her fingers, then proceeded to hand the bag to her co-worker and go in the back to avoid the fact that she realized I saw her do this. I hope your boss reads this and fires you. I was so shocked and in a hurry that I just left in disbelief. read more

This McDonald's is off I-94 at Exit 19 in Baldwin, not far from the Minnesota-Wisconsin border. It's large, clean and near the highway. The food is fine and the service was friendly and quick. I would have given it 3 stars, but the bathroom is really mediocre. It's small (only 2 stalls and 1 sink) and dated, and (the real problem) it was not very clean. read more

Has a great location but everytime (we live close so this is a lot) we go through the drive thru something is always forgotten or not made as ordered. When complained about the managers turn their backs or head to the back so you can't discuss the situation with them. We will no longer go back. read more

Seems like almost every time my family stop here to get a quick meal, the staff always forgets one or more items that are supposed to be standard in the value meals. But hey...they deserve $15/hr....yeah...nope! read more

Quick service, free WiFi, and right off I-94. Grossed out by a large amount of flies in food prep area.

This morning I went through the drive thru and ordered the bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal and a separate sausage breakfast burrito. The price was $5.89, but when I drove to the window the price was $6.11. When I asked why there was a difference I was told that the employee that took my order forgot to ring it up as a value meal. When I said "so the value meal is more expensive" she just said "yes". Weird. read more
