Messed up my mcflurry size. Told me i got a small, when i ordered a medium. I went to my huntington app, and did the calculations. It added up to a small fri and a regular sized mcflurry. Hello, so me and some friends came into McDonalds after our Cavs game the Cavs on the Jumbotron said if the Cavs score over 120 points we can get free large fries. So ofc me and my friends went to McDonalds to get our free food. We waited 20 mins for someone to come up and serve us. It was a young brown colored short kid with a red hoodie on, he walked over to us and said he can not take our order. So we started to record him bc we were not served. He then decided to punch me in the face when I turned around and said, get the F out of my store. Of course, there's no one at the counter to take orders. Go to sit down, not a single clean table in this place. Food comes about 15 minutes after ordering... it's ice cold and she doesn't bring the drinks. I went to this McDonald's at 9:30 pm tonight. The drive thru lady was BEYOND rude. She had an attitude from the very start. I didn't catch her name, although she was an older lady with white hair. SHE WAS SO MEAN FOR NO REASON. I stayed nice the entire time still of course but it is just upsetting when I did nothing wrong. If you don't like your job.... THEN GET A NEW ONE. She forgot my sweet tea that I order but closed the window on me as I tried to tell her. She then walked past the window a few seconds later and I was still sitting there and waved my hand as she rolled her eyes and just walked away again. This place is GAF. This is the second time in a row that I have been here and walked out without even being served. First day I washed my hands and there were no paper towels in the men's room and it smelled like urine and the floor was wet in spots, there were no napkins out front and there was a girl who appeared to be possibly a manager talking on her cell phone unpacking straws and scratching her thick thick braids on the back of her hair with her nails as she was handling straws and restocking things. She walked past me twice three people looked up from the Drive through area and french fry station and no one responded to me at the counter. When I asked my dad what he wanted for dinner on Father's Day, his response was "McDonald's hamburgers". The rest of us had other food for dinner, but he loved his dollar menu hamburgers. I also got a large fry for everyone to share and they were disappointing. We love their fries, but these were almost cold and stale. I went through the drive through (I think that's all that's open) and they all had on masks/gloves which was appreciated. Now if only we could get some warm fries... They were rude to the employees, yelling at them and giving them a hard time which resulted in the employees visibly getting upset and annoyed. So here we are, 4.5 years later to write another review. I ordered in the app because I'm currently at my mom's house dog sitting and working. No issues with the app, the food was fine if not exactly hot but I'm used to that and expect it. I ordered curbside pickup and my complaint is for the person who brought me my food. She was a young African American girl (just throwing that in just in case the manager might actually read this) and I'm not exaggerating when I say she looked like the most miserable person I've ever seen. I mean I get it, you work at mcds and that can't be all that fun. But this girl brought my food to the window with the nastiest look on her face, handed me the food, and walked away without a word. I was so excited, I mean SO excited for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit for dinner since they now serve them all day. They are my fav. I waited longer than normal for my order and had to pull to a wait station but I never mind that cause I expect it to come out fresh then. My biscuit was hard and dried out :( bottom was inedibly hard and I had to peel it off. Made me beyond sad, and ruined the sandwich cause the cheese all came off too . Staff is always friendly though and food is generally good, but small issues like this at times. I don't cheat often and splurge on McDonald's so when I do I want it to be worth it-today it wasn't. We went through the drive thru and it started out okay but then they asked us to pull up to the line...but there was already some one waiting in the pull up line so we were asked to pull up to the front. When we pulled up there were three other cars waiting in front. After several minutes an employee came out and asked who had a Big Mac with their order I raised my hand and was asked to see my receipt because they had accidentally given away my order. Second time I've had a problem at this McDonalds. First time, the female at the register didn't say a word to me when I walked up to place my order. No "hello" no "welcome to McDonalds" just looked at me like she was put-out and bothered that she had to take my order. I turned around and walked out. Second time was today. Went to the drive-thru. It's food roulette- you never know what you're going to get. It's a game to us, we don't even bother telling them exactly what we want because we're so confident they're going to mess it up. Probably 7/10 times it's wrong. And we go at different times, see different employees working, but it's always the same- no attention to accuracy. This McDonald's is the opposite of fast food....and while I was waiting forever to get a small order I thought to myself at least it will be fresh and hot. NOPE. Old cold fries that took forever but in their defense, they were probably cooked when I ordered them, it just took forever for them to give them to me. I placed a big order with multiple burgers and large fries, and when I asked for 2sauces the drive threw worker yelled at me and demanded for me to pay 40cents or no sauce. After I let her know I had placed a big order and only wanted 2 sauces (witch you typically get 2 free anyway, then get charged if you want more) I don't mind paying the 40 cents. I mean it's only 40 cents. But the way she was rudely demanding 40cents or NO SAUCES!
