We walked in to this McD to grab some lunch. The store seemed to be renovated, was mostly clean. We used the kiosk to put in our order. Took them close to 10 minutes to have the order ready. All our items were served, always a good day when McD gets the order right. The nuggets, fries and Big Mac, all of them had the standard McD taste. But the soda machines were disappointment. This McDonald's has has been in the crapper for the last 2 years. I won't order online anymore and wait in the mobile spots because the orders never come. I went Christmas Eve. I got off early from work I paid for the order. Went to the mobile and it never showed up. I even went inside. I went home and I wrote McDonald's and the manager wrote me back and said he'd send me a coupon. No coupon, no food so I thought I'd go today. It's 3:00. Maybe they won't be as busy. I waited for 20 minutes in line with two cars ahead of me and my food is cold. I can't give them any more of my money If I go up the the road to another town. I got my food in a few minutes. Do not order here if you value time. I placed a mobile order for two sandwiches. It took over 40 minutes after giving my drive thru code for me to get my order. This was a simple order with no modifications and I was held hostage in the drive thru line waiting for my "fast" food. An employee even came out to ask me what I ordered so they can make sure they didn't give my food to someone inside by accident. I could have had a full sit down meal at any establishment in town in the time it took me to get my food. Terrible service and awful wait time for mediocre food. I have had enough. This location screws up my order every times. Last time they gave me diet instead of regular pop. This time was the last straw. I order at 1:26 p.m. They took over 10 mins to get my order put to me and they were not very busy (6 cars in drive thru the whole time). I ordered an apple pie. I get a cold cherry pie that expired at 1 p.m. I will NEVER go here again. I would rather drive 30+ mins to the next closest location. I am not going to bother fixing it. Alrighty, so I went here with a massive group of hungry college students. Like, we pulled up in a gigantic tour bus and probably scared the workers. Plus, it was 11:30 on a Saturday and the drive-thru was FULL. They only had one register open at the front and when I tell you we went through the line FAST, it was insane. I've never gotten food from a McDonalds so fast in my entire life. Plus, the food was nice and hot. They handled everything so gracefully. Saturday manager is "Danielle". The employees don't know her last name. The order taker for the drive-thru changed from female to male part way thru my order. One breakfast sandwich was missing from the order that must have been given during the switch. Then I had to park, go inside to re-order the missing sandwich. I ordered it at the kiosk, being no order taker behind the counter. Kiosk order placed, it took my payment, then just went back to the main screen. No "here's your order number", no printed receipt. I looked at the screen above the counter and guessed which may or may not be my number. Sit and wait for 25 minutes as others (teens) who ordered after me get their orders and leave. During which one employee left the work floor to socialize with the group of teens. I observed other employees just walking back and forth, chatting, wasting time. One customer came in after waiting in the wait area after drive-thru for a half hour. I don't see a star rating LOW enough for today's experience. My daughter and I went to this McDonalds on 04-27-2023 at 10:59 AM. I ordered the Cheeseburger meal and 2 drinks. After paying I was told to pull forward to wait for the meal. We sat there for 19 minutes along with about 8 other vehicles waiting for our meal. Finally a guy came out to deliver food to about 4 of us, some behind me and some in front of me. I asked what the holdup was. He said they were behind on the french fries. 3 minutes later i finally for my order. The fries were warm not hot and the cheeseburgers were barely warm. Customer service is CRAP. Me and my daughter walked in to order since the drive thru was so busy. Apparently drive thru was the only way you can get food there. Nobody knows how to multi task. While they are putting the blame on being short staffed, they need to take responsibility for them not multi tasking. while they had 5-6 people in the back there could have been one upfront taking orders and getting peoples food. The person taking drive thru orders can help with fries, and drinks and taking orders up front. There were 11 people standing up front to get waited on and me and my daughter stood there for like 15 minutes waiting. I finally left. But when the workers were waiting to put the food in bags they could have been up front doing their job. The person who just stood there salting fries, could have been working up front. I am not a huge fan of McDonald's and this particular location is one of the reasons why. When I arrived at this location I I ordered two sausage McMuffins and a small caramel frappe with no whip cream and I was abruptly told that they no longer offer the sausage McMuffins on the all-day breakfast menu anymore. How can you remove a breakfast item from the all day breakfast menu? See it's stuff like that, that will make McDonald's eventually be one of the lowest places on the chain. Your typical McDonald's. Food can be hit or miss but generally good food. Service is hit or miss too. Mobile order pickup has been great

it wouldn't allow no stars. app doesn't work right. no lobby pick up option. food was cold and old. my frappe ended up being iced coffee with expresso dumped in it. completely nasty. staff was rude and no listening at all. I am 52 years old. This is the worst McDonald's experience I have ever had. Brought a bus with 6 cheerleaders. We waited 55 min plus for their food. It was shift change so I can see a little delay but this was ridiculous! A couple of the girls never did get theirs as we had to leave. Our school and surrounding schools give this McDonald's a lot of business! They had employees sitting in the booths waiting for their shift when they could plainly see what was going on! The girls are now late to their game. It's going on an hour. One cashier and about 8 employees obviously not doing their job. It is 530.
