I usually enjoy my visits to this McDonald's, but today was disappointing. I forgot to order water at the first window. When I asked for one at the second, the staff member, Stephanie, with pink hair, responded curtly, reminding me to order at the first window. I acknowledged my oversight, so I'm not sure why she had to tell my not to do it again next time. On her way to get the water and my food she ran into her coworker and then rudely told the other employee to watch where she was going. Food was shit. I ordered a *regular* cheeseburger meal but ended up getting the meal specialized. The damn cheeseburgers were plain. I didn't specialize my order smh I know it's late and yall are cleaning but shiit, dont be doing it so early, thats why the food hits better during the day and by night the food sucks. They were open at 6 am with hot food that was fast! My order was correct, and the employee was efficient.

Food is usually cold and bread is stale. Oftentimes, they don't have certain sodas and their credit card machines break down. Today, I parked in their parking lot to eat and there must've been at least 12 rats around the garbage can. It was infested. I can't imagine how many are inside. read more

Horrible customer service. Paid extra money for extra sauce for my child who loves his sauce and will throw a fit if he doesn't get it. Paid my fair $ so didn't see what the issue would be. Got the bag of food only to see there wasn't extra sauce and so I asked a worker in the drive through window for a couple more sauce packets only to be berated with a verbal attack insisting I must pay more, even though I had the receipt in hand with it showing I l paid for extra. The woman was extremely rude and was eventually given the sauce I paid for by a different employee. read more

Wow! Super unfair reviews here. Sure it's just McDonalds but the people who work here make it better than your average McDonalds. These people are courteous and quick. This crew is as good as a Chick-fil-A crew. I'm giving them a five for speed, service, accuracy and for being the best McDonalds that I've been to in at least the last 10 years. After checking into our hotel we were ready for something quick and cheap. We had a choice between this McDonald's or the BK down the street. Our friends who joined us our trip were extremely tired and asked us to bring food back to them at the hotel. The first thing I noticed was the cool looking retro highchairs that were used back when I was a kiddo. They were physically in amazing condition for the age but looked like they hadn't been cleaned in several decades. The only reason I did not leave at that point was the rest of the place looked cleaned even in the bathrooms. I had the staff wash and sanitize the trays in the back before I allowed my daughter to use the chair. We ordered our food to eat there and planned to get the food our friends ordered on the way out the door. Other than having to wait a little extra time for a McRib everything was okay. Then comes the time to order my friend's food. I admit they are a bit "unconventional" in customizing the items they order. My friend was hungry and asked for TWO Double Quarter Pounders WITHOUT cheese and ketchup (weird I know) and his wife asked for a sandwich as well. I was tired and wanted to make sure I wouldn't have to make another trip down there if the order wasn't correct. The cashier at the front counter took the order correctly according to the receipt and the 'special order" tickets placed on the wrappers of all 3 sandwiches. I realized that the Double Quarter Pounders had both cheese and ketchup. I returned to the front counter and asked for them to remake them. I saw one employee place the boxes containing the sandwiches I returned back on the rack where it could easily be given to another customer. I waited at least 5 minutes for the remake of the food and watched as employees handed out food to other customers who came after I returned the sandwiches. After another 5 minutes (I timed it) I demanded the entire order be replaced because the food they did get right was room temperature at best. Not once did I get an apology and even after I pointed out that the sandwiches remained at the rack the manager or whoever was in charge simply left them there after mumbling something as he walked away. read more

We stopped here on our way to Rockaway Beach and had a very pleasant experience. It was our son's first time at McDonalds. They had high chairs with bibs on them ready to be used. It never occurred to me before having our son but I love their kids happy meals. He loved their apples and took several bites of his cheeseburger. I had to change our son's diaper and they had a changing station in the womens restroom. It was great that they had changing pads for the changing table. Clean atmosphere and it was quick. Best McDonald's I've ever been too. Hands down 10 out of 10. They always put things together very neat with plenty of napkins. Very fresh food considering, and when you say extra pickles YOU GET EXTRA PICKLES. read more

This McDonalds is a first class restaurant for treating customers to their satisfaction! My wife and I had just spent 7 hours traveling and were ready for their new buttermilk crispy tenders! They told us they were out temporally, because of the lunch rush for them. Then a manager came up to us and gave to us for free, a small order of 5 tenders to taste along with the rest of our order. The tenders were fantastic! Thank You Astoria McDonalds, we will be back! read more

Beware. The brewed coffee is $.89 higher than any other McDonalds I've ever been to. In fact, it's more expensive than brewed drip coffee made fresh at any coffee house I've ever been to. Plus it's the only McDonald's that wouldn't take a coupon for the McCafe beverages. Strangely and hugely overpriced. read more

Personally, I don't like mcdonalds but when I was living in astoria, oregon. It was like one of the only choices to go for a cheap meal. I don't like it but I go there with friends. My friend is usually a cheapscape so this was the many times that I ended up at mcdonalds. I do like the chocolate chip frappe they have so thats why I would give it a higher star. I usually feel sick after eating at this place. Also I feel like a lazy slob and on the other side. I feel less incline to workout after eating here. I try my best to avoid this place. read more

A couple weeks ago I ordered a McDouble, McChicken and a Filet o' Fish and combined them into one sandwich at my shitty motel a block away. The internet calls it a McGangBang but I have since renamed it the "Mc-I-can't-get-my-dick-hard-enough-to-fuck-my-girlfriend". Overall, the flavors were fine and dandy but that fish game was a little intense. Coulda done without it. Turns out the real McGangBang has no filet o' goddamn fish. Why in gods name did I do that to myself? Do yourself a favor and never buy this. Like, ever. Who buys that shit? Not my place at all. I've never been a fan of fast food but this place has kept me out for sure. It smells like old people and belongings are just left on the tables. NO OUTLETS! With all the options for food in Astoria, there was no way that I'd have an actual meal at McDonald's, but I needed to charge my phone so I thought I'd stop in for a sundae and drink while getting my phone out of the red zone. NOPE! I didn't ask, but I looked and couldn't find one single outlet. Some places, like Starbucks, invite you to hang out and make their outlets obvious so you can easily find them. Not so with this McD's. As a side note, I stopped by late on a Saturday afternoon and the place was empty. Maybe if it were more inviting and welcoming, more people would actually go in and stay a while. read more

The worst drive thru I've ever been in. 2 cars in front of me and both cars ordered less than $10 worth of items. My order was the 2 for $4 items and a coke, total should have been $5 the lady taking my order wanted to charge me $7.28 until I corrected her. The 21 minutes later I got my cold food. My wife and I hit up Mcdonald's every once in a while. In the 10 years that we've lived here, it's been about 50/50 as far as getting your order correct/complete. I have always ordered no onions on my McD's burgers. My wife does too. Well, tonight, I get the feeling that some poor burger flipper had a hissy fit about it because we ended up with a double portion of onions on each burger. It was more of an onion burger. Visited Astoria McDonalds evening of Aug 10 2017. My sister has some 'fussies' about food and she started questioning Mark or Mathew (can't remember name for sure-glasses dark hair) about what was in the egg mix. This guy was beyond patient and accommodating. Brought the egg carton to her to look at the ingredients AND made her a fresh egg for her sandwich so she could be assured no chemical crap. We had just come from a ghastly play in Astoria and what a treat to find someone so kind and just plain nice guy to make our evening end on a high note.
