We did not get our order to our table. they kept saying our number which then I asked I thought they brought this to our table and the guy laughed at me and goes like yeah we don't do that. That's ridiculous and I was like that's the whole point of quarter on the app and putting my table number in cause then you would give it to me because I'm clearly busy I have no problem with maybe their policies they don't bring it to you but clearly it's just somebody who had no respect and did not give a f* if he was there. Who is just a little disappointing because he was around other people and managers and someone somewhat easily could've explained it nicer and or apologize for his demeanor. first we could only do 2 mobile orders through the drive thru when we have done up to 4 at other mcdonald's, then we got up to the window and my burger was soaked in grease and they forgot the drink, super slow service and not good food, be more like the english ave location and to add on they forgot any sauce, this location genuinely sucks and u need workers that aren't tired at this time, fast food isn't that hard i work in it too look at the screen and put what should be in there. I've been going to this location for years now and never had a bad experience when going thru drive-thru. The orders were correct and the food was hot. It's a McDonalds and NOT a 5-star Michelin place. It's a McDonalds at the end of the day but if you're looking for a cool play place for the kids to grab a Happy Meal and burn off some energy this location has a pretty big and neatly themed play area. The building itself is uniquely styled after a retro-looking McDonald's and is quite spacious by itself. The children's play area is separated from the rest of the store and include its own seating area and bathroom so on slow nights it's like you have a whole play gym to yourself. Our kids love coming here in the winter and just running and climbing and burning off all of the cabin fever from being cooped up at home. read more

Five stars? Yes, it's a McDonald's. However I go out of my way to go to this McDonald's because my kids like McDonald's and almost every other location I have visited in the south metro has awful service and always messes up our order. I worked in fast food for at least 6 years and it is NOT that hard. This location is routinely very busy and hasn't ever messed up my special orders, i.e. Ketchup only on my burger. They also do a very good job of confirming orders when you are about to pay to make sure that in the merge of the two ordering speakers they have the right customer. The only thing they have ever forgotten was napkins, one time. All of the other McDonald's could benefit from this locations operations. read more

From the outside, this place looked amazing. It's one of the old-style exteriors, which I truly enjoyed. And the inside is modern, like any other remodeled McDonald's. The service has been amazing and everyone behind the counter is lovely. So why the one star? They have a 30-minute seating time limit (see attached photo). I've never seen this at any other McDonald's location, not have I seen it at any other restaurant I've been to. I ordered through Door Dash. 1st delivery was missing the main item in 3 meal. 2nd delivery still missing a sandwich. But fries and drinks came again. One of the better McDonald's in the South Metro area that I have ever been to... I tend to stop in here just to get something to drink or to grab food for the kids on my way home from work. The line tends to move quickly and they know when to pull car forward to the waiting area. It's been many years since I have been inside this particular location as I prefer the drive-through. But I do know that they have a RedBox machine inside. And there is a children's playground inside as well. read more

When I go to McDonald's they have my order right. I just have to wait for my order to go about 20 to 25 minutes. Some of the workers who get off of work or break end up not asking if it's someone else's order and end up taking the customer's order where it takes longer to wait where the order has to be re - done. Some workers have in the back have to be told to work and focus because it takes longer if they are taking to others and not focusing especially if something takes a little longer to make like a cookie tote. read more

One star only because I couldn't give a zero or a negative. Awful service! They treat their customers horrendously! Manager "Chris" threatened to call the cops on me because I refused to leave the drive thru without getting my order correct. Mind you, I had two little girls in the car that became very upset over that threat! She said I had to come in and reorder or go through the extremely long drive thru line again because they were too busy to fix THEIR mistake at the window. When I did go in, employee at the register was very nice & offered to give me the missed item for free. When she asked the manager for a "code". Manager "Chris" and an extremely rude employee at the window said I was getting nothing for free. (I already had my credit card out to pay for the item they neglected to charge.) I don't care if the kids want McDonald's, there are plenty of other restaurants (with better food) that appreciate their customers and don't threaten them. I will be going there and I suggest everyone else do the same. I have escalated this to corporate. I sincerely hope they do the right thing and send those two nasty people to the unemployment line, but I won't be holding my breath. Based on other reviews, this has been going on a long time. It's been five days. I have filed a complaint with McDonald's corporate office as well as the BBB. I will be following up. No one should have to tolerate this kind of behavior. read more
