5/21/26 - Yelp requires I click a star so they get one star. Please know I would add a negative star entry if possible. Below zero stars is how low I rate this McDonald's. Gave them a "second" chance as folks deserve that. I've gone 2-3 times since my first review. At no time have I been treated well. Today, at 5:45am, I sat at the drive through speaker behind 4-5 cars for a full three mins before anyone acknowledged me. I placed my order. No one moved for five full minutes. And the lady tried to take my order again as if they were actually serving food to people. Sweetheart, no one's moving. No one has been given their sandwich. No one new is at your window. Isn't the word "fast" an integral part of "fast food"? Again, go down to the exchange and take some GD lessons from CFA. And NO. I'm not going to visit another site to try to settle this with y'all. I am going to take an enormous crap on your reputation in town. Every chance I get. The worst McDonald's in America at one time was on signal Mountain Tennessee. The corporation wisely closed that location. I want you to be dead. I want you to be next. Edited reply after calming down and reading more comments. Management at this location clearly knows there is a problem. Don't reply to me to fix "my" issue. Fix "your" issues and you won't have to keep making such responses online. I appreciate that I visited on a holiday. And that times are tough and employees are not reliable. This is where management plays the role. Fix your ship, captain. read more

The staff is so nice here, food was hot and drinks were crisp! The drive thru was fast and I will definitely be back!!

Just updating my review with a few photos. I'm pleased with the burger I got..nice Browning on the bun and burger itself. Could've used more ketchup and cheese but that's easily fixed. read more

It is sad that this McDonald's is supposed to be open 24 hours and ten times out of ten when a customer pulls up to try and order . The system is updating or they just let you sit there until you give up waiting unless more cars try to come to order. It's ridiculous! It would be nice if whoever is in charge or owners of this location would just change the open 24 hours and just have regular hours because it's not like anyone is willing to take actual customer's orders. I pulled up in the drive thru at 3:30 am then was greeted by a person saying the system is updating . I was just going to wait because of fast food experience it doesn't take long for systems to update... then the same person got back to me and asked if I could pull into a parking space to wait because it was running up their drive thru time . The. Another 3 cars got the same thing told them as well about system updating and was like almost ten or more minutes apart from when I tried to order . Guess this business just doesn't want customers except during normal business hours ... Please change the hours from 24 hours til something like 6 am til 11 pm . It would make it easier on folks that might would like food instead of going to a gas station. No stars at all! Went through the drive thru put my code in for my mobile order. They send me around to the door to wait because lady said someone is currently cleaning the frappé machine. So I wait. Happy to. I work in food so i understand. But to have to wait almost 30 mins for a drink is outrageous. The team at night is usually great but not tonight. The frappé was still amazing but it's just the team that didn't have any communication between eachother that was the problem. read more

I guess you hear about this kind of stuff happening but you never think it's gonna happen to you. Well I got to the bottom of my McDonald's McCafé iced caramel latte and to my disgust there was a big black fly at the bottom of it! I know what you're thinking and the answer is no I never opened the top of the drink and there wasn't any flies in my car to fly down the straw and swim into my drink! So gross, I practically threw up! . I can't help but think this was done intentional but it was prolly an accident. Haha. this whole "pull forward, we'll bring your food out to the door" is fucking pathetic. it defeats the point of FAST FOOD. you want fast drive thru times then HIRE MORE PEOPLE. if you get benefits and incentives for having fast ticket times and meanwhile your customers wait 10 minutes in the parking lot for you to bring the order then management a fucking joke read more

I went through the drive through late night and they have daily doubles still!! I got fresh fries as well and great service. I wish more MCD's in cities could go back to this. read more

Love there frapees drive through is the worst I've ever seen but for the most part the service is great

Service is awful. I was given the wrong amount of change and witnessed customers being told the drive through was closed at 8:20pm when a posted sign said it closes at 10pm. Awful service! read more

The implementation of kiosks needs some work. We were there the night a man showed up to install the kiosks. We were told we had to leave when we were still eating our dinner. A sign or warning at the register would have been the considerate thing to do, rather than rushing people out the door. We tried the kiosks on our next visit, for breakfast. We don't like the way it makes you drill down and make a lot of selections just to get the type and size drink you want. Large Diet Coke? That's about 5 or more clicks deep. Did they consult anyone like good mobile app or game designers, or was this done based on some ancient mainframe computer interface? Finally, what is the policy about requiring use of the kiosks? We sat near the front after placing our order via kiosk. A manager was on break eating breakfast nearby. Another employee wandered over on break. A customer came in and stood at the register, where there was no employee. The manager bellowed "Front register!" and continued eating and talking on her phone. The man stood there for five minutes before someone finally came over--only to tell him to go use the kiosk. He shook his head and left. The manager (still eating) said very loudly, "Some people, especially OLD people, don't like the kiosk." You know what, lady? We are almost 60 and while we did use the kiosk, we don't like it because it is slow and unwieldy. The customer who left after being ignored for 5 minutes was probably in his 40's. What they (and we) don't like is RUDE SERVICE or RUDE NO SERVICE. We then saw a mom wiht 4 kids come in. They, too were ignored. The manager (still eating) bellowed for the drive-thru cashier to come help them. That lady came shuffling out, complaining of overwork the entire time. She asked for help. The manager told her that everyone else can cover the drive-thru and the front at once, so she has to do it too. The cashier then walked the family out to the kiosks and told them to use it. They were hispanic and looked like they didn't understand her, so she stood there grumbling and placing their order for them on the kiosk. Next, here comes two elderly white guys (white hair, wrinkly, OK we can call them old this time). I waited for the kiosk drama to unfold. Nope, someone emerged from the back of the kitchen and took their order! At the register! What's up?? Did she miss the training class where you don't do that anymore?? Oh, and I have been to this location three times for breakfast. There's a very nice lady who, every time, has been out on the floor busily sweeping and mopping. She camps with her mop near the condiments and you have to go around her stuff, plus she keeps the floor slick as can be. Are they going for ice rink slick? Because that's what she's creating. And she is...always...in...the...way. Back and forth, from the registers to the condiments, watch out for her elbows and broom/mop handle. It makes me wonder if she has one job and that's all she does. That said, she is the nicest person in the world. The ketchup dispenser is often empty at this location. I think the kiosks are a good idea, but the implementation and expectations for their use could be handled a whole lot better. read more

They are pretty bad about messing up orders, and I don't get why they have two drive through lanes where it says "any lane, any time" and then close one lane. They are packed at lunch time, so expect a wait if you come then. Other than that, it's like every other McDonald's. There is one person that works the drive through that never messes up my order and is always friendly. I think her name is Wanda. She deserves a raise. read more

Worst McDonald's around. Food is always wrong, under cooked or nasty. Store is an absolute cluttered mess. Management needs to be changed. Staff smacks gum while waiting on you, uses cell phones and are down right rude and never a thank you or have a nice day. I feel bad for the staff that is actually nice, only a few but they deserve to have better management. read more

The food isn't bad here in almost every case. The chances of you getting exactly what you ordered here is very bad in almost every case. If you go here, do not leave the counter or the drive through window without having first made certain that every item you order is present. This is of course good advice for any restaurant, but consider yourself warned. read more
