Poor service (in true no service), not organized... the People were are coming after you get the ordered food. Waiting time with not a lot of people 33 mts. Forget this McDonald. read more

I give this place a zero star if I could. This dysfunctional non organization type of service!!!!. Why even have touch screen orders to try and make things faster but takes 15 mins to get your food? read more

40 minutes waiting for curbside order... Had to go in to get. Really pissed off, this franchise should be reviewed.

I asked for ketchup, the manager was at the window and made this annoying face. Like why are they working if they are not happy. Never buying here again. read more

You ask for a ice coffee with just cream they just put sugar in it anyway twice in a week. You repeat order twice and it is still fd up. I give up. I only go here when I am desperate. No more. They would screw up a wet dream read more

WARNING! My husband and I stopped last Saturday and my food was tampered with. The lab doesn't have results yet, as that may take a week. I could tell as soon as I swallowed a bite. The Dr believes it could be chemical poisoning. I had enough sense to keep me receipt as soon as I tasted it. What the hell is WTH is wrong with people?? read more

There was no one at the window when it was time to pay! Ridiculous service ! We just left after we waited for about 15 minutes

Friendly staff took my order and payment was quick. Food exactly as ordered and no wait. Good experience on busy Friday night

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited with my 2 year old for 45 fucking minutes for food. I tried to speak to the manager, Patricia, and she screamed at me and other customers. They are slow and understaffed and ended up giving at least 5 refunds in the time of us being there due to rude customer service and very slow service. We never got our food and got a refund. They ended up shutting down the dining part and did drive through only because they took so long. Fuck this place and fuck Patricia that bitch as manager read more

Yes sometimes you have to wait a few for your order but every time we visit this McDonald's everyone is always so friendly and that's what matters read more

Trashy, took 30 minutes to get a large fry and a large frappe. Employees acted as if they had all the time in the world, slow as shit. Not to mention one of the employees got into an argument with one of the customers read more

Poor management. Foul-mouthed workers. Waited10 minutes for a DoorDash order the said pick up time. I won't be ordering from this location nor picking up from this location again. read more

Slowest drive-thru of any McDonald's I have ever been to. Average time of no less than 10 minutes.

Just visited this McDonald's and had a terrible experience! The guy taking my order at the register didn't say a word to me, he just stared at me like he was immediately annoyed. So I began ordering, I wasn't given a receipt or an order number making it so I was unsure when my order was ready. I went to the counter asking if the bag there was mine and he spoke his first words to me responding "it's been sitting there" that's when I looked at his badge and saw he was the store manager! I took my bag and walked out. This will be the last time I visit this McDonald's. POOR MANAGEMENT! read more

This place sucks. Orders are always wrong. As a result--we check everything after receiving from drive thru. Last time missing two items. Parked and went in--lady was rude and downright nasty about, a simple "sorry about that" would have been fine. Then get it home and the buns were so dry they actually fell apart while eating them. For the love of God make it a Burger King. Wendy's next door sucks too. read more

bad bad the employee at the window is in a bad mood all the time I went through my order she didn't give me napkins either :( :(

Had a super enjoyable time here having a snack. Service is quick and friendly and the surrounding grounds are super clean and well maintained but the outdoor ashtrays were overflowing with cigar butts. They need to empty those dirty ashtrays more often By The Way. read more

Unbelievably poor service! Manager was oblivious to the 15 customers lined up waiting for food. We ordered one regular French fry and waited almost 15 minutes. When we asked the cashier if she could see about getting our simple order, she said,"probably not, sometimes things just take a long time here." We asked to speak to the manager after watching one girl fill one order at a time, sometimes held up by the cooks. (While 5 others were just standing in their assigned stations doing nothing) The manager appeared unable to communicate verbally and shuffled over to the fryer to take a look then seemed surprised to see a crowd staring her down. It was ridiculous. If you own this franchise you are failing your customers by hiring or not training workers that can meet the needs of a "fast food" restaurant. read more

Had to wait over 20 minutes for my food because they forgot about my order. Also, the bathrooms are very gross. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. The outside of the building is disgusting. Weeds, trash in the grass, and no parking lot surface maintenance. Even the RedBox is gone now. Inside the toilets are horrendous. Broken toilet seats and door locks. The sink in the bathroom has a large crack for the last year at least. I wonder why McDonald's lets them still use their name. Go to the Wendy's next door! read more

Constantly mess up order. It is always something with this location. Food is usually cold also.

Shouldn't even get a star bruh. Service is ass workers disrespectful runs out of drinks all the time and takes 20 minutes plus everytime I come in here. I ordered a happy meal and waited 30 minutes for it today. read more

didn't take my order. they were open i waited so long. ehh bruhhhg this shit crazy mcdonald's will not be getting a Michelin star

Bleh. The McCafe coffee drinks are good but over priced. The food goes right through me. I don't recommend anything but the chicken sandwiches. Not even the fries were any good on this particular day. read more

Absolutely foul. Stopped here on the way to the beach. Used the bathroom and left. No way I would eat there.

The more than 30 minute wait and the employees that did not want to be there Sum what Poor food quality for McDonald's food quality

My family and I went here on the way home from the beach and this was the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. All of the workers are screaming at one another. It is disgusting there was crickets on the floor. My burger and fries weren't cooked. The burger was practically cold... just disgusting. There was no ketchup in the dispenser and when a customer went up to ask for it the workers completely ignored her and never filled up the ketchup dispenser or even made an attempt to. My mother also ordered BBQ sauce with her meal and they didn't have any left... so they just decided to not give her any sauce, instead of asking if she wanted a different one. This was the most disgusting, Dysfunctional, McDonald's I've ever been to and I will never be going back. read more

It literally tasted like our hot fries were yesterday's fries from the trash can that they dug out and re-fried. Awful awful awful!

This is the single slowest McDonald's drive through I have ever been to. If it wasn't so close to my house I would never come here again. This is the third time I have waited more than 30 minutes on the line. It is truly the worst I have ever encountered. I wish I had some way to let the owner and/or corporate office know exactly how bad this wait is. I wish I could give it zero stars. read more

I Stopped here on 8/17 on my way to the beach. I went to the drive through. The person asked for my order. I said 3 hamburgers, 1 small sprite and a small Fries. Pause. Person said to "hold on". Again...silence. 30 seconds later, person come back and says "What did you want, again?". Again, I said 3 hamburgers, small sprite and small friend. They replied "Oh, it's breakfast". It's 11:03 am. So I say "What time is breakfast over". My reply back "I don't know.".Another co worker had already walked backed and was turning the menu over as I was placing my order. He shook his head. I said to him "Sir, what time is breakfast over?'. Him "11 am". I tell him, well it's after 11 now. He said "I don't know. I am turning the signs back". Very rude and unprofessional staff and they need to be trained apparently by the managers there on what time lunch starts. I would think you would know if you worked there? Needless to say, I will never stop here again and went next door to Wendy's. Plus, after reading others reviews on this place, glad I didn't eat there. Too many comments on it being dirty inside. It's McDonald's after all. Why was I expecting more? Sighs. read more

This is truly one of the worst managed McDonald locations there are, but it is all about location-they are right off of Route 50 close to the bay bridge, and therefore can provide an easy stop on the way to the ocean resort towns. A large parking lot and bathrooms offer the enticement to weary travelers-even if their service does not. The help at this location even at slow times is horrible. As several folks have written, they seem to have employees who don't care. This location makes a lot of money, the place is always packed from Memorial Day thru Labor Day, and all weekends year round, if they paid their employees a bit more-they might draw in workers who have some manners. It was like watching a bad sitcom. Happily, most McDonald's are run well, so this locale is not the norm. read more

Very very slow service. I have never waited this long before at a McDonalds before. Absolutely terrible. Also, they left out two of our breakfast sandwiches. read more

One star is doing this place justice. Horrible and horrifying experience - worst McDonald's ever encountered. Did walk-in because drive-thru line was huge and not moving. 45-minute wait after placing an order for one shake and spicy nuggets. Had a kiosk that didn't accept payment so people had to line up at the counter to pay. After the wait, informed at the counter that they don't have spicy nuggets. After challenging the manager about why they were even on the kiosk menu then, he exploded in profanities, blamed the fact that "nobody wants to work!" and then threw the counter cookie display on the floor shattering glass all across the waiting area before storming out (hopefully to never be seen there again). Corporate McDonald's should be ashamed to have their name attached to this s**hole. It's the gateway to/from the Eastern Shore so one would think they'd want to improve this place. Saw so many customers leave the drive-thru line to go to the Wendy's next door. On the plus side, the bathroom was clean. read more

This is the worst McDonalds around. They are forever getting the orders wrong. They are so worried about their drive thru times people in the lobby wait forever. Little things that don't seem that hard like " I would like a small coffee with 2 sugars" and I get a small coffee with cream and no sugar. And the person who waited on me was a native english speaker. read more

Worst service through drive thru ever....waiting in line for over 13 minuets and they finally tell me coffee machine is not working...took them another 3 mins to give me money back read more

Absolute worst ever. Drive through 8 cars deep at 10:00 at night . Watching crew behave like idiots so no wonder all backed up. After 15 mins in line get hot fudge for wife and small fry. Hot fudge is over filled and lid not on right so now melted ice cream all over console. Fries suck , thx for nothing read more

I am very disappointed in this McDonald's. The manager and staff are extremely rude to customers, and when they receive suggestions and constructive criticism about how to make the customer experience more pleasurable, the manager becomes very rude. She will say that you are disrespecting her establishment, and even after explaining that you only made a suggestion because you're not the first person to notice there is an issue, she will threaten to call the police for harassment. Absolutely zero people skills. I will never be returning to this McDonald's after the bad attitude she had with me and from the stories I have heard about how awful she is. The customer is always right; however, I was the one who kept my calm while she flew off the handle. Something isn't right there. read more

The worst inside service at any McDonald's I have experienced in the Annapolis or DC area. Counter staff remarkably unfocussed and easily distracted, and seemingly with short-term memory and hearing problems. Order errors, not acknowledging new customers -- I have to get into their field of vision for them to notice me sometimes. I think it's hard for them to hire good people because of the relative remoteness of the location. I sometimes stop there because, logistically, it works out, but I'd rather not. read more

I have mixed feelings about this McDonald's. Sometimes the food is hot and fresh. Speedy and friendly service. But sometimes the service is very slow and food taste old. I always have to check my bag because they have forgotten stuff or got the order wrong so many times. This seems to happen more for the late night shifts than early ones. Disappointed that the took the rebox away. read more
