If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited with my 2 year old for 45 fucking minutes for food. I tried to speak to the manager, Patricia, and she screamed at me and other customers. They are slow and understaffed and ended up giving at least 5 refunds in the time of us being there due to rude customer service and very slow service. We never got our food and got a refund. Just visited this McDonald's and had a terrible experience! The guy taking my order at the register didn't say a word to me, he just stared at me like he was immediately annoyed. So I began ordering, I wasn't given a receipt or an order number making it so I was unsure when my order was ready. I went to the counter asking if the bag there was mine and he spoke his first words to me responding "it's been sitting there" that's when I looked at his badge and saw he was the store manager! Unbelievably poor service! Manager was oblivious to the 15 customers lined up waiting for food. We ordered one regular French fry and waited almost 15 minutes. When we asked the cashier if she could see about getting our simple order, she said,"probably not, sometimes things just take a long time here." We asked to speak to the manager after watching one girl fill one order at a time, sometimes held up by the cooks. (While 5 others were just standing in their assigned stations doing nothing) The manager appeared unable to communicate verbally and shuffled over to the fryer to take a look then seemed surprised to see a crowd staring her down. My family and I went here on the way home from the beach and this was the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. All of the workers are screaming at one another. It is disgusting there was crickets on the floor. My burger and fries weren't cooked. The burger was practically cold... just disgusting. There was no ketchup in the dispenser and when a customer went up to ask for it the workers completely ignored her and never filled up the ketchup dispenser or even made an attempt to. My mother also ordered BBQ sauce with her meal and they didn't have any left... so they just decided to not give her any sauce, instead of asking if she wanted a different one. This is truly one of the worst managed McDonald locations there are, but it is all about location-they are right off of Route 50 close to the bay bridge, and therefore can provide an easy stop on the way to the ocean resort towns. A large parking lot and bathrooms offer the enticement to weary travelers-even if their service does not. The help at this location even at slow times is horrible. As several folks have written, they seem to have employees who don't care. This location makes a lot of money, the place is always packed from Memorial Day thru Labor Day, and all weekends year round, if they paid their employees a bit more-they might draw in workers who have some manners. It was like watching a bad sitcom. Happily, most McDonald's are run well, so this locale is not the norm. read more

I Stopped here on 8/17 on my way to the beach. I went to the drive through. The person asked for my order. I said 3 hamburgers, 1 small sprite and a small Fries. Pause. Person said to "hold on". Again...silence. 30 seconds later, person come back and says "What did you want, again?". Again, I said 3 hamburgers, small sprite and small friend. They replied "Oh, it's breakfast". It's 11:03 am. So I say "What time is breakfast over". My reply back "I don't know.".Another co worker had already walked backed and was turning the menu over as I was placing my order. He shook his head. I said to him "Sir, what time is breakfast over?'. Him "11 am". I tell him, well it's after 11 now. He said "I don't know. I am turning the signs back". Very rude and unprofessional staff and they need to be trained apparently by the managers there on what time lunch starts. I would think you would know if you worked there? Needless to say, I will never stop here again and went next door to Wendy's. Plus, after reading others reviews on this place, glad I didn't eat there. Too many comments on it being dirty inside. Did walk-in because drive-thru line was huge and not moving. 45-minute wait after placing an order for one shake and spicy nuggets. Had a kiosk that didn't accept payment so people had to line up at the counter to pay. After the wait, informed at the counter that they don't have spicy nuggets. After challenging the manager about why they were even on the kiosk menu then, he exploded in profanities, blamed the fact that "nobody wants to work!" and then threw the counter cookie display on the floor shattering glass all across the waiting area before storming out (hopefully to never be seen there again). Corporate McDonald's should be ashamed to have their name attached to this s**hole. It's the gateway to/from the Eastern Shore so one would think they'd want to improve this place. Saw so many customers leave the drive-thru line to go to the Wendy's next door. On the plus side, the bathroom was clean. read more

This is the worst McDonalds around. They are forever getting the orders wrong. They are so worried about their drive thru times people in the lobby wait forever. Little things that don't seem that hard like " I would like a small coffee with 2 sugars" and I get a small coffee with cream and no sugar. The manager and staff are extremely rude to customers, and when they receive suggestions and constructive criticism about how to make the customer experience more pleasurable, the manager becomes very rude. She will say that you are disrespecting her establishment, and even after explaining that you only made a suggestion because you're not the first person to notice there is an issue, she will threaten to call the police for harassment. The worst inside service at any McDonald's I have experienced in the Annapolis or DC area. Counter staff remarkably unfocussed and easily distracted, and seemingly with short-term memory and hearing problems. Order errors, not acknowledging new customers -- I have to get into their field of vision for them to notice me sometimes. I think it's hard for them to hire good people because of the relative remoteness of the location. I sometimes stop there because, logistically, it works out, but I'd rather not. read more

I went through the drive through this past Saturday night (August 17, 2019) and had to wait in Lane 1 till the MANAGER got through pulling everyone through lane 2. I kept saying HELLO but no answer. When he did answer me he said sorry it is just one person and I told him regardless you should alternate lanes. His answer: HE STARTED LAUGHING. I ordered a happy meal for my grandbaby and a large Dr Pepper. I received it after staying in the drive through for 5 minutes. (the person at the window that hands out the food was talking to a female and laughing). I then took off and hit the highway again towards home just in time to hear a cry: Nana I don't have any chicken nuggets. I had to turn back around, get in the drive through and tell him he didn't put chicken nuggets into her happy meal. His answer: WHAT, WAIT, HUH OH DRIVE ON UP. I drove up and he said someone else's order and I told him NO, I was the person you didn't give chicken nuggets too. He looked at me, turned around went and got the chicken nuggets and KIND OF TOSSED THEM TO ME. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. I could have went next door for a better experience.
