We waited 31 minutes for our food when there was one other customer in the lobby When I asked why it took so long I was told they were slammed. Then our order was wrong and the food was cold. If I could give a review with no stars that's what this would get. I am a very patient person and retired, so I rarely get in a hurry. I say this to make you realize if I'm complaining it's BAD. My 84yr old mother abd I stopped in last night about 6:00pm for an ice cream. we were met as we entered with a lady yelling "you have to use the kiosk ..we too busy to take orders." there was a line in the drive up but no one in the inside except one lady who appeared to be waiting for her order for quit some time. I ordered the 2 ice creams and let the clerk know I was gonna walk me elderly mother to the car and come back. I returned and waited. after 30 min I asked is the machine broken? The lady wore an all red top and appeared to be the manager said no it's not but I am just busy. She offered no apologies for our wait. I asked can I please just get a refund and she replied "No I do not have time for that." So I waited. while waiting the girl taking orders at the drive in window's children came in and she left her window and came over and asked them what they wanted the little girl about 10 or 12 said she wanted a Sprite so the lady fixes her and her 2 or 3 friends each a drink goes over and hands them to the children and they run out. They were clearly not paying customers. Okay ....now I'm getting angry. she could have fixed our ice creams by now if she can give away sodas to her children. But no one says a word. The manager (I assume) comes closer to the counter at this point other customers have left and one said I guess Ima go get in my car and go through the drive up. so while the, assumed manager, is closer to me I say I'm just waiting on 2 ice creams ma'am can I please either get them or a refund. she says nothing but goes and fixes them. When she returns with the ice creams in a paper half container no lid no napkin, very strange I have never been served ice cream Sunday in this container, or lack there of, I simply say thank you and she walks away and I say Ma'am are you the manager and she ignores me after saying this three times with her clearly ignoring me, I loudly said "Ma'am ARE YOU THE MANAGER I AM SPEAKING TO YOU AND I DESERVE A REPLY. She says yes I am! from across the room with no attempt to come over to me and stayed bagging fries for the drive up. I have never in all my life had such poor service. I realize MxDonalds employees are not paid great and she was clearly doing the job of 3 people and bitter but the attitude and way you treat people goes a very long way. I worked in management for many many years and I can tell you that this location has a serious problem and needs to close the door and deal with it before someone is treated with such disrespect as I was and may not have the time or patience to walk away and go about their evening. this is where rage could get out of hand and turn into something it certainly doesn't need to be. Do yourself a favor ahead of time and DO NOT STOP OFF AT THIS LOCATION UNKESS YOUR LOOKING TO BE TREATED AS A PROBLEM THAT IS IN THE WAY! I wasted about 35-40 min of my life I will never get back and to top it off I have wasted another 10 on this review to keep others from experiencing such foolishness. read more

The service was AWFUL. They made us repeat our orders to them over and over and didn't tell us they didn't have sprite right up until we were getting our food. They didn't have any ice cream or milkshakes or flurries. The food tasted normal but the wait was atrocious and the service was absolutely awful. Do not come here. read more

Came in at 11:30, early lunch with the grandkids. Every table was a little dirty. I was happy to hear Christian music on the overhead. A little surprised, I guess. My husband ordered on the app. Cistomers were coming and going and our order was still mot ready. It took 30 minutes! He finally had to go up to the counter and ask what was going on! It wasn't busy and there were at least 5 people working. My suggestion do not use the app here unless it is for curbside! Bring your own wipes for the tables or eat in your car! read more

This location got one star because I couldn't give it zero. The absolute worst fast food restaurant I've ever been too. I often visit this location early in the morning. I've been told the system is down or they're not serving many times. I won't go for a while then go back only to be told the same thing, if anything at all. Sometimes they just don't answer the mic. This was pre-COVID. My wife has been given rock hard food in kids meals. I've tried to call and email the info on the window but they don't give a flip. Avoid at all costs. read more

All our burgers were made incorrectly even though the receipt had the correct condiments listed for the burgers. Ordered via the app for curbside pickup. They didn't give us our drinks so the attendant went back in & brought our drinks out right away. Well just as fast as he delivered the omitted drinks, he return back inside. Opening our bags, there were no straws... we tasted our fries, absolutely ZERO salt on them (which was a shame because they were piping hot). They gave us tons of BBQ sauce which would have been nice if I actually ordered BBQ sauce. So I figure, no problem... I'll just go inside & get the sauces I actually ordered, a few straws & some salt packets. NOPE! Lobby was closed (it was only 5 PM but that's what store owners are doing to save money nowadays post-Covid era) Well, I figured I'd just call the store & someone could deliver these to me.. NOPE! The phone was busy & continued to be busy for 15 minutes... definitely someone purposefully keeping the phone off the hook. The drive thru wasn't an option as there were at least 25 cars between the 2 lanes and I already waited long enough for their "fast" curbside service. What a joke of a "fast food" restaurant. I blame these poor Google reviews directly on the franchise owner! With the right training & accountability in place by the franchise owner, it could be fixed. There are franchises out there that run like a well oiled machine... but NOT this one! If the owner cared about the customer experience, he/she would respond to these reviewers but more importantly they'd fix their shortcomings a long time ago. Steer clear from this store. Sat at the order screen for a good 5 minutes while cars were one by one passing through the other order screen.. go around and they instantly answer, no sigh of it not working? Tell them I sat there with no answer for 5 minutes while multiple cars that got there after me went through and she didn't care. She takes my card hold it for the longest time waiting for me to get mad so I offer just to pay in cash and magically the card went through and receipt was in her hand.. Come on. Who opts for McDonalds when in Louisiana, even for fast food? The fries dipped in sweet and sour sauce is one of the only edible choices. I refuse to eat any "meat" products served here, and I haven't eaten any in from a McDonalds in years. The sodium and sugar content is high in most of the dishes. Also, the staff never wants to serve ice cream, regardless of location, the machine is always "being cleaned" if you visit in the evening. If they will serve it, the vanilla cone is decent. If I had to eat a sandwich, I would opt for the grilled chicken option. read more
