The service is extremely slow, the drinks are not correct (was given root beer instead of Diet Coke), gave 4 nuggets instead of 6, cheeseburger's meat was burnt and shrunken. That is just two visits. Worst service 6 in the morning. Nobody answering drive thru. I was the ONLY vehicle. I tapped on window a few times and a young employee who was very disheveled and looks like he needs to wash his hair opens the window says nothing so I ask is the drive thru open? Please--never in your life eat at this location. I've worked in fast food for well over 4 years and never in my life have seen such an incompetent store. They messed up the order over 4 times. It was a 3 item order. All plain. My correct food came out cold. I've had rough days at work, and I blame the manager who smelled of cigarettes and wasn't wearing any type of protection as she stuck her hands in my bag and breathed in my face. I get eating at fast food places is my choice of probably not the most sanitary eating, but my sweet goodness--it was insane. I go to this Mcdonalds every Saturday for lunch. The wait time is pretty standard depending on the time of entry. 2-5 minutes tops most times. They can make mistakes on an order but they're good at making up for it. As far as I have experienced, The food is great and the crew's easy to talk to. read more

Open 24 hours but parking can be a issue due to the limited number of spaces available. Survives time for drive through is fairly quick to the 3 to 4 times longer wait when dining in. Interior is keep clean including restrooms but the TVs in the dinning area always broken or forget to turn them on. When it comes to the food it's what you would expect it to be Mclicious. There a small selection of breakfast items all day and managment is really reliable when it comes to offering company wide menu specials like McRib, Holiday drink specials ect unlike a few other McDonalds I visited. The biggest recurring issue I encountered is failing to get specials orders correct. I happen few times when ordering drive through and did not discover the issue till I was home, but when I called to inform them of my problem to my surprise the manager gave me a code to use that replaced my whole order on my next visit. All in all I found the McDonalds in Albany to be one of the better McDonalds I'm a 30 mile rations. read more

The worst McDonald's ever by far. Nothing is consistent every breakfast burrito falls all over you when you unwrap it. I went through for breakfast the other morning and they forgot my egg so I had to go back around they remade my sandwich but again messed up the remake at that point I was over it and when home. The frappes are ok as long as it is a normal one the minute you want to add something or want extra they don't know how to act and end up screwing everything up. And they just give your order away. I got 2 frappes one night and watched as the lady at the window gave it to the car in front of me even though you can clearly see the lady driving the car saying that that was not her order, and then she hands her my second frappe as she was saying it's no problem I am I like b*tch it is a problem now I have to sit and wait 10 more minutes. And when I pull up to the window she was like what was you order I told her the frappes you just gave away she was like ok what was it. Long story short the Albany McDonald's sucks and they are ok with it because Albany is so small we don't have really any other options. Update just left, they messed up my breakfast order not once not twice but 3 times how the hell does that happened and I got zero sorries just attitude like it was my fault they screwed up 3 times. read more
