The melty cheese on top, with tomatoes, lettuce, and a respectable dollop of sour cream on the side, was a full-on party for my tastebuds. Why the 4 stars then, and not 5, you might ask? Well, the carne asada was a bit too charred for my liking. Just a few too many crispy/crunchy pieces for it to be perfect. The chunks that weren't crispy were super tender though. I just wanted more of that. Got a mango shake to go, made with hand-scooped ice cream (not soft serve). It tasted good but blended way too long, to the point of being runny. If I lived anywhere near here, I would 100% go back, not even a question.
